Had some battery trouble, went in just to get a battery but David Lee was super helpful and swapped the battery out for me, thank you for the excellent service!
Disappointed in the lack of service at this location. This incident happened on 6-1-25. I wanted the date to be known for a potential training experience for the employee. I walked in and asked for the individual to test my battery. There are signs all over the front of the building that states they do multiple testing procedures on vehicles. The guy told me he could not help me because the phone has been ringing and he would need to stay inside and make sure the phone didn’t ring. He was the only person working. I think a business should take care of the customers they have standing in front of them, not be concerned with the potential of the phone ringing. I went to Auto Zone down the street and they were eager to help me.
I had a great experience with Donnie. He really helped me out by changing my headlights for me. He worked proactively and efficiently, I was very pleased.
Lately the experience that I have had at O'REILLY have not been good. Like they will hire anyone that has no experience or don't take pride in their job. Tonitown & Siloam Springs, AR, I will never use again. They will sell you wrong parts and even if you tell them that is the wrong one & price, come on guys care about your job and use some common sense
Ordered online to pickup at store counter. Quick and easy pickup. Employee could use a little friendly service training as he barely said a word to me... but whatever. This is why places sell online, service in stores is garbage these days
Taking a moment to sing praises to the staff at O’Reilly’s in Tontitown.
Specifically, Austin, Benjamin and their driver whose name I did not catch.
I went to get a battery tested, but because of the battery I had it was going to take a while.
They went above and beyond by giving me a ride back to work while they took care of me.
I needed a new battery and the guys helped me shop around to meet my needs and installed it for me.
While they were doing that in sweltering sun, they took time to help me check on an oil leak.
The expertise, customer service, and efficiency the team displayed is impressive, so much so that I actually took the time to sing their praises.
Go and see these guys, they will take great care of you!
Extremely disappointed with my experience. I was sold the incorrect part and had to take off work and run to different locations across town to find the correct part. When I asked the manager if they could discount the part to at-least show some courtesy for the inconvenience they caused I was told no and the best they could offer was a “sorry”. The customer service at this location is abysmal and I won’t be back.
I was having a 'duh' moment there one day and the clerk ( wish I could remember his name) was extremely patient, friendly, and professional! Yeah, I'll be back!
Dissapointed ask for assistance and I shouldn't, even as I told the guy what vehicle I got and offered him to look at it he insisted not to do so. He instett just didn't wanted to help or just doesn't know enough about cars! Told him what I needed and he still gave me the wrong seat covers. My backseat are one piece including the headrests and the front headsets are separate. But he insisted they once he gave me will fit! Wrong as I said! Went to Fayetteville store and service way better and more knowledgeable. Returned covers there.
The workers were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We got the items we needed quickly, we got out quickly, and most importantly the price was low! A quick detour just west of I-49. Plenty of parking too.
Top notch customer service with a good continuity of staff. Store is well stocked, arranged and clean. It’s my favorite car parts store for most all my automotive needs.

Store looks dingy. Maybe it's the lighting maybe it's the cleaning maybe the store just needs a remodel. Prices seem higher than they are across the highway at Auto Zone. I actually try not to go here. Just don't like the feel of the store.
Knowledgeable counter help saved me time and money. Their tool loan program is s GODsend for those who find themselves not having the pulley puller or such necessary to get back on the road.
Was going a a long trip and the battery died on a car with 4,000 miles. Had to have it jumped. Since I would be in some pretty remote areas, I was very concerned. These guys checked the battery and alternator and gave them a clean bill of health. THANKS, GUYS!!!!
Great customer service! I woke up this morning to a dead battery, got my car jumped, made it here and was in and out in 10 minutes. They changed the battery for me and we're kind and friendly along the way!
