Absolutely ridiculous and unamerican. My truck sat there for over three weeks. It was marked as a total loss but they were supposed to put my truck back together. They failed to reconnect my backup camera and put the hardware for my bed extender back where it was. And they messed my tag lights up. I called and mentioned everything and was told the manager was supposedly doing payroll and would call me back. It's been a week and still nothing. I've had to fix the stuff they took off and broke. Crooked and unamerican.

They took care of my claim quickly. They got my repairs done rapidly and kept me updated all through the process. Everyone was extremely friendly. Overall a great experience considering the reason we met.

The repairs were made exactly as promised. My instructions to this company, when turning in the vehicle, were detailed as to what repairs should be made and certain repairs not to be made. These instructions were followed exactly. I’m impressed.

I would definitely recommend Bob Maloney! Everyone was very friendly and professional. They handled all communication with the insurance company and I was constantly updated throughout the process. The work was completed before the estimated date and most importantly, I am very pleased with the work that was done on my Mercedes.

Amazing experience! Not only did they do an excellent job with the repair and paint restoration — my car looks brand new — but the customer service was top-notch. I’m gonna have to take it back to have one little thing that is incorrect and not working right it’s the roof weather strip / drain strip that keeps popping off on drivers side . They did keep me informed just wish they could’ve done the hail damage at the same time they were repairing the bumper. It took a little longer than I expected and with the price of things it was a bit expensive, but the insurance company is covered it. I guess it is important to note That we need to be a little safer driving and protecting our vehicles because it’s expensive to get them fixed.

I had a very negative experience with Bob Maloney of Springdale recently. Although the staff was nice, the repair process has been a nightmare. I used them because of USAA; however, I will NOT use them in the future! They kept my car for quite a while to do the repairs (body work.). After I got my car back, I took a trip to Texas. My car quit working right halfway through the drive to Houston. All kinds of warning lights came on and cruise control would not work. I had to have my car repaired at a Honda dealership in Houston due to the work at Bob Maloney being defective. It cost more than $1400, and the front fender still had a gap where the clips were not properly placed. They say it happened after they repaired it, which is not true. I had to manage without my car for days while I was on vacation. I would definitely recommend using another shop for your repairs.

Got my vehicle back and I was checking everything out and realized. The tailgate would not motor up-and-down. I had.
To return the vehicle and they ordered the part. I'm waiting on them to get it in and replace it. I think they should have noticed this in the beginning. And I shouldn't have had to bring it back.Aug 16, 2025 -

These folks are great! I was hit hard by the hail storm a few weeks ago. They were wonderful about communication every step of the way. The repair work itself was excellent, and the turnaround was right on time.

Bob Maloney Collision of Springdale was a delight to work with! I went through them to repaid the hail damage on my vehicle from our recent storms and they were very transparent with me from the time I dropped my car off to when I picked it up. I received text updates on the status if my car every Tuesday and Thursday, and when the repair was delayed, they called me directly to explain the reason for the delay and new estimated completion date. To top off the excellent service I received there, when I picked up my car it was freshly washed AND they cleaned/dusted the interior! I definitely did not expect that and it was great to get my car back and have it nice and clean!

Waited over a week for an estimate which they told me they would email. Then they tell me their estimator doesn't talk to the customer? So I've been waiting for nothing. First it was excuses, everyone was too busy. Then the truth! I wasn't important to them. I heard nothing but other customers complaining. Do not use this shop

As a female senior citizen I would caution anyone for trusting these people. They had me make an appointment after I had the estimate for my car body repair work to be done. They kept it 3 weeks and never worked on it and then after having it 3 weeks they decided I should total it. It only had front bumper and headlamp damage. I had 2 mechanics and insurance adjusters say there was no reason to total it. I WOULDN'T TRUST THEM ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A SENIOR CITIZEN AND A WOMAN!!

When I received my vehicle there was a lugnut missing from my wheel, and another completely loose. This is not the condition I expect to receive my vehicle after the shop had it for a whole month. Torquing down lug nuts is Mechanic 101.. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
Edit: The shop replied mentioning a third party vendor was involved with the work. You should still be inspecting all the work completed before delivering to the customer. It’s your shop, so at the end of the day you must own the work regardless of who completes it. It would’ve taken less than 5 minutes to inspect and correct this issue.May 07, 2025 -

I've been to these guys a couple times and every time I get satisfactory results. First time was to remove a big, nasty dent in my door and in a couple days, you couldn't even tell there was a dent in the first place. I didn't even have to go through insurance to get it done, so you know the pricing is nice. The second time, which was today I wanted to buff out a large scratch on the side, and instead of booking me in for some process, I had the scratch cleaned up so nicely, you'd have to get up close to even see the damage; free of charge too. So yes, I can safely say that these guy are definitely the go to guys for getting some work done. Also a huge thanks to Tracy at the front desk for the help with the scratch; you sir, are a godsend.

All staff I interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. I got rear ended a week before I was moving out of state. I was trying to hustle to get repairs going before I moved. They went above and beyond to take my car in early and even gave me a ride to the rental car place when I didn’t have a ride. They kept me informed of all changes during the repair process and finished earlier than promised. My car looks as good as new!

The center kept me updated regularly and did an excellent job. My insurance company wanted me to use one of the collision centers they recommended but after careful consideration and investigation, I chose Bob Maloney. I am glad I did. Great job!

Amazing quality and customer service.
I took in my 2010 Toyota Tundra in December 2024 for a paint job as the clear coat was coming off due to age and the paint was starting to come off as well.
Bob Maloney did a great job - paint matched perfectly and made the truck look almost new. Price was very reasonable! They did a great job.
Only areas for improvement was took a little longer than expected and had a couple items for repair had to return for - but they took quick care of them.

These guys did a fantastic job on the repair work on my vehicle after a deer accident. It looks and feels like brand new. It's like it never happened. They gave great attention to detail on the repair work.
The office staff was also super personable and friendly and took their time listening to my concerns and making sure I was well taken care of.
They handled everything with my insurance and even helped with the rental car arrangements for a hassle free, stress free experience.

I had this experience with Bob Maloney in Springdale and Siloam Springs several months ago, I've become more angry about it over time as I pass by their shop in Springdale often. My 2023 Toyota Tundra was involved in a parking lot hit and run and the passenger rear bumper was damaged. The initial repair was estimated to take about 7-10 days. Due to a series of missteps, lack of communication between employees, locations, the parts department of Bob Maloney it took them 37 days to repair my vehicle. I was contacted by the Springdale Manager after drop off who suggested they take my Truck to their Siloam Springs location so they could start the work immediately as some of the jobs in their shop were taking longer. I appreciated the honesty and approved the move. This is when the wheels fell off the wagon. My Toyota app alerts me when the doors are opened and closed and I need not receive an alert the vehicle was moved until the next day and then sat in Siloam for an additional two days. So much for getting to work on the truck faster. This should of been a red flag but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. What happened next was a series of missteps, lack of communication between employees, locations, the parts department of Bob Maloney, it took them 37 days to repair my vehicle. This is one of several you should never do business with this company.
Here are some frustrating details which support my decision.
The most common report I received from the Siloam Office was they waiting for parts that were on backorder. After putting pressure on the District Manager he told me it was a miscommunication between their Siloam Springs shop and their central parts department which services all of their locations. I had to challenge their endless excuses and push him into being truthful by doing the research on the availability of the part they were waiting on myself. It turned out it was available for me to buy from a Parts Warehouse that day and could be shipped overnight. Why should a customer have to do that. I will say, when confronted, the District Manager was honest, the Siloam Springs branch was a recent acquisition and they were working out issues. I would have appreciated that information sooner than later. The District Manager was nice but not very ethical. Here's why. They also damaged my car, a two inch scratch between the driver's side door and passenger door. He and the Shop Manager reviewed the pre-work photos and took ownership for the damage and agreed to repair it. The problem is he told me he would only honor fixing it for a limited time. I was offended by his offer. You damage my care and tell me the repair is time limited? You guarantee your finished work for a year but when you damage a car in your shop, it's time limited? Sir, you're a Hypocrite, that's bad business. You put your company before the customer. Here is another great reason to not do business with Bob Maloney Collison.
Here are some smaller annoying things
Due to the long wait for the repair, the damage, Manger agreed to waive my copay, $200, which they did not honor. He looked right at the Office Manager and told her. The office manager was listening to the whole thing and still asked me to pay. I was so upset about the damage on my car, I just handed her my card and she charged me. Was she not listening? It was only me, her and the Springdale Manager in the entire office.
The Siloam Springs guys parked my truck in a huge puddle of water and I had to walk through 2 inches of water to get in my truck. My passenger side floor mat was creased, and no longer molded to the floor. My guess it was thrown to the side during my Trucks 37 day stay, creating the crease which would make the mat corner flop across the brake pedal when I took my foot off of it. It cost me $125 to replace the mats.
By the way the fender was well repaired but not worth the pain and suffering. I wonder if there is a Bob Maloney? If so, I hope you read this.Aug 07, 2024 -
No one wants to get in a fender-bender but if you do in NWA, I highly recommend Bob Maloney Collision in Springdale! Thankfully, I have never needed their services before but my vehicle insurance company referred me to them. I'm so glad they did. After dropping my car off there, several different people told me Bob Maloney was a really great company. Not only did they keep in touch with me regularly about the status of my repair, they were also in direct communication with my car rental company, updating them as well. They finished my repair earlier than expected and the repair work is excellent--you would never know anything happened. They said the work is warrantied for life. Not only that, I was shocked to see they actually detailed the interior of my car including shining and conditioning the dashboard, and even shining the tires. They truly went above & beyond which they didn't have to do. Bob Maloney Collision in Springdale is the best!!

TERRIBLE service! Do not go here unless you want to deal with a headache and a large list of problems. Once I got my car back after delayed repairs the interior was very dusty and they also lost a plastic cover to the door they fixed leaving exposed wires and frame. On that same door it cannot be opened on the inside now only outside. They also left plastic trim hanging loose. Called about this to schedule an appointment for them to fix and they said “You may come anytime without an appt as long as it’s before 4pm and not during 12-1pm”. I show up today after a 45 minute drive there and they say they’re “too busy” to look at my vehicle. Very unprofessional business with unqualified skills and management.
