I work next door to this location and every time I go in both everyone is very helpful. Pedro and Jason really take time to help me understand what I’m looking for.

Quick to get in and out. Only had Wix filter for one of the two vehicles I needed, but the alternatives available were good enough

Shout out to Justin! I came in for a new headlight bulb for my car and he offered to install it-- I had previously called the store in Rogers and they (rather rudely) told me they couldn't install it. Justin went out of his way to try and do so and was very friendly and professional! (My car decided to be difficult and require tools to remove a part and change the bulb, but that's no fault of his.) I live in Rogers but I am going to go out of my way to visit this store in future because I had such a great experience.

Great place to get parts for the care of your car. Attention in English and Spanish.

This particular store found what I needed, it's not always the case that these stores actively try to get what you need. I'm on the road alot and visit alot of the same chains, employees here are great. Made my customer happy, which makes us happy.

I had no clue what was going on with my diesel truck. This young store clerk Zach I will remember the name, came to me with a big smile. He did an electrical test and told me it was my battery and alternator. And took the time to take them out for me. All while walking me through it for future reference. Cool Marshallese kid with a country accent.

My master cylinder went out and they had all my parts on hand, with knowledgeable store clerks,

I always have good service at O'Reilly's. I started shopping there about 8 years ago and they all are very helpful and polite. I am a female and most men at other auto part stars look at us females like we are dense and have no clue but at O'Reilly's I feel they respect us a little more than other places. I appreciate them and do not shop anywhere else for my parts!!!

Roberto kept me waiting 20 minutes when i asked for two rubber bushings. I came from a different Oreillys and gave him the exact part # so im not sure what took so long. Roberto then came out with only one bushing and when i asked for the other one he kept me waiting another 10. Wasted so much of my time for nothing.

I have yet to have a bad experience at OReilly but my trip today topped them all. I just needed a drain plug washer. Unfortunately, like many things, the manufacturer has gone to plastic. Napa’s inventory showed the same - no more aluminum squash washers. I reluctantly proceeded with the plastic ones. The employee even looked up the torque specs for me as I was wondering if they differed for the plastic washers. After handing me 2 washers he said “you’re good.” I offered to pay but he wouldn’t charge me for them. I have had a similar experience before. My 5-star rating is not because I got free parts, it’s because good customer service has, in my experience, been prioritized over taking my money.

Ordered a torque converter. Opened it up at the counter and it was completely different than my Core. It was the wrong part in the right box. Ok it happens. The employee ordered me another one and it came in promptly the next morning. Next week I need another torque converter and I order it in at the Rogers location. Of course the Springdale hub supplies the part and sends it their way. I arrive at Rogers to find the wrong torque converter in the right box. The exact same one I already had an issue with in Springdale. They decided they should just tape it closed and try again. Wasting my time over and over again. Part of me knew it was going to happen because the staff had no clue as to what they were doing. After he ordered me the replacement that day in Springdale he asked me what I wanted to do with the wrong one? I said it’s the wrong part you need to send that back and he just kind of shrugged it off.

You going to have a phone number then answer. Trying three different times on a Saturday is not acceptable. Not good to ring and ring and ring. I can go to another auto parts store.

I hate to even give a star for there effort. I suppose the star will be worth being able to have the lights on. I went for a part that they didn’t have so I ordered it. It came in on Thursday I picked it up on Friday. Now I got to put the part together on the truck and had the wrong part. The part wasn’t verified by me that it was correct. I trusted the part would be the right one as it looked to be the same shape when I got home. So now I’m stuck looking for a part else where. I will never do business with them again as this seems to be a common thing. I will stick to another place that has better customer service. Oreilly store 306

I've been an O'reilly customer for decades. These stores have degraded to the point that I literally look up everything I need online before going to the store and screen shot the parts to try and get the right thing within a decent amount of time in the store. Today I walk in, see 3 employees talking at the counter. I go to where a Dorman help item I need should be but can't find it. As I walk to the counter 2 of the 3 scatter leaving a young man that cannot understand that I'm working on a custom car and I already have the part/item numbers for what I need. Literally he is on the front counter alone now. Tells me it's his 2nd day. Phone ringing off the hook with no one answering. I see other employees in the back. After 10 minutes of him looking and going back and forth to the back, I finally ask 1 of them to help. He says he has to finish what he's doing. They eventually find 1 item but cannot find the other that shows to be in stock. Not the young man's fault that he's left alone to fend for himself but it is a totally ridiculous situation. The manager at this store should be ashamed of the total lack of employee concern for a customer. I feel sorry for this young man just trying to make a living. I went to their competitor down the street and have what I needed and was gone in under 5 minutes. I give up on O'Reilly Auto.

If I did not know what I was talking about the guys there definitely would have no idea what I was looking for other than that pretty decent parts store

Really friendly employees. They loaned us the tools we need to change our alternator. We were out in the heat for awhile and one of the employees bought us water to help out which was amazing since our truck has no AC.

Didn't have what I needed. Counter person wasn't sure about the lookup even though I had looked it up for them beforehand. Then the price was over$500 for the parts I needed and they could order. (I priced it through my old account ar $290. I came home and bought name brand parts online for what I used to pay at O'Reilly when I had a shop from a good reputable online company . Saved $370 including shipping.

We needed a oil pan on short notice. I called the store AT 800 W Sunset. And spoke to a guy named Dessy, he was very polite and very helpful . Told me he had the part in stock. When I arrived it was 20 minutes TIL store closing. The young man Dessy had already gathered up the parts and had them ready. He absolutely needs a pat on the back for his great attitude and great service! He sets a great example for others to emulate. These are rare qualities that we find today. Well done young man! We will for sure be buying more of our supplies from this location!!

O'Reilly Auto parts is good, good parts, decent batteries, the staff were just there to translate the computer to parts so you can get the right things so please lay off and don't be rude to the staff, half of them don't actually know a whole lot about car parts or anyting but it's a minimum-wage job and they're there to help you so be nice please, I've seen too many people in the public be absolutely absurd and rude to these people. If you want to be rude and insignificant, go to AutoZone or somewhere else.

Great parts great prices great people! Always got great parts in Springdale by box 10 that's their main hub store. And Shane and Rogers is one of the nicest assistant managers you would ever want to meet. Thank you Mr Marion Wright

! I went to the Oreilly in Rogers to look for a distributor rotor after waiting 20 minutes to get waited on due to lack of help at counter the guy said that the Springdale store had one so I asked him to call to make sure they had it!!! No one would answer the phone. IMAGINE THAT!!!! So I drove the 30 minute down to Springdale, I get in the store and wait again for 15 minutes to get waited on and then I asked the guy behind the counter about the rotor , he looked it up and didn’t know where to find the part . Asked the other guy he said look down one of the isles so I watch him walk around the isle then another worker came and said it was in the cage and no one had the key so they looked for a key ,for about 10 minutes then they told me that someone was going to go get a key !!So this whole time I counted that there were 5 workers there, I want people to know that they left 2 people to work the counter while customers stood in a line to get waited on

Had to get a replacement starter for a 2005 Honda Pilot. Picked up a refurbished one for $86 + $30 core; not a single problem out of it unlike refurbished starters we have gotten in the past at shops. Staff were helpful and swift. Good experience all around.

I went here to get the car’s battery switched after the old one stopped working. When the guy tried to replace the battery, the car started making odd noises, & then it stopped working completely. The lights wouldn’t turn on, the keys wouldn’t work when trying the lock, basically, the car was broken. I should’ve known something was gonna go wrong when the guy working was unaware that they do installations. After trying everything to restart the car, they eventually gave up. I had to get my car towed to the nearest mechanic only to find out that the damage would be very expensively repair. What started out as a $100 battery replacement turned into an over $500 mechanical repair. I do not recommend this place to anyone, especially if they plan on getting their battery replaced

My experience was so bad I'll never go back. The part I bought was in a damaged box, I asked if they had one not messed up- the worker told me its fine. Got home and opened the box- part was broken! Called to ask for replacement, after holding for 10+ minutes, I was told the other part they had was also broken! Left a message for the manager to call me. Still waiting... go to AutoZone next time.

Went to get my car battery checked and charged. Then a couple of hours later i came to pick it up (because they only gave me a sticker instead of taking my number and info to let me know when they're done like all the other oriellys) and they gave me the wrong one. Then i came back to the store to pick up the right one and asked the manager who was helping me why they didn't take the number to let me know about it and he was very rude and then said they don't do that. Finally got my car battery and they said it was a bad battery and couldn't charge it. I took it to Wal-Mart and they were able to charge it in an hour. This store was rude and unprofessional towards me and this is not the 1st time the gave me the wrong battery then tried to make me buy a new one when mine was fine and just needed a charge. This is false claim trying to take advantage of people who know no better. Also why doesn't this store take your number when your leave things such as batteries there? I don't blame the staff but management for letting this be an on going issue who knows how many ppl have bought new batteries when they didn't need to.

I called at 8:50 PM and spoke to Wyatt. I was asking about some thread nuts. He said they have different sizes in five packs. I get there and all I can get is assortment packs. I drive all the way from Huntsville for parts and of course again it’s the opposite of what they say over the phone. What is it going to take for an employee to actually learn about the products they are selling? All the other times I’m always having to come back 2-3 times because parts on the computer seems to never work out. So it’s time to start shopping at Napa instead.

Being as I'm not exactly a "car guru", my experience here was quite exceptional. We needed a part for the muffler, which they looked up for us. It was a special order part, and they ordered it and it was shipped the next day from their warehouse in Oklahoma. They called us and let us know it was in. O'Reilly gets a solid 5 stars for over-the-top customer service!!!

The customer service here is terrible. On three separate occasions I have picked up the part I needed (nothing special) and stood at the register waiting, and waiting..... and waiting. In the meantime, the employees who even came out front were in no hurry to help anybody, completely ignoring customers waiting around. I understand that there is a cue of people and I must wait my turn, but when you've got 10 people waiting to be helped, maybe you shouldn't be casually chit-chatting with your friends and coworkers. To add insult to injury some customers just walked through the store into the back room where employees seemed to be hanging out. These "preferred" customers would get what they needed and walk out after joking and laughing with employees. It is inexcusable for a customer to have to wait 15 - 20 minutes just to get checked out while being treated so rudely by employees. There are several other auto parts stores within a block radius where you can get the same parts and be checked out in mere minutes. Never again will I go to O'Reillys.
