Counter people will help any way they can, just not enough of them. Manager won't hire enough staff, been told he is a jerk. Ask for Lopez, he'll bend over backwards to help any way he can, excellent employee!

I went to get rotors turned, and when they were warped, he took me back and showed that they were warped instead of just telling me. I didn't think to get his name, but he was all around a solid employee.
