Darren was a huge help! I'm quite happy to find things on my own, but why waste time when someone who knows exactly where everything is that you rattled off you need. He grabbed everything very quickly, rang me up, and he even installed the new headlamps and wiper blades for me. This location is particularly friendly!
I have run to this store last minute several times. The staff are always so kind and informative. They have even come outside to lend help when they aren’t busy. I appreciate having access to people who help you find what you’re looking for but don’t push additional purchases on you. I will continue using this store for my automotive needs.

Justin was kind, professional and efficient in assisting me with a bulb change within of one of my headlights. My ask was minor compared to many, but due to travel circumstances, it was imperative I had this taken care of quickly. Not having knowledge of how to accomplish this myself, once I had taken a look under the hood, I had called several places prior, and most stated it was too challenging to fit within a fast timeline, because of the vehicle make and model. I have never been more disappointed in customer’s service! I have witnessed him being disrespectful with 2 different customers on 2 different days. Then he was disrespectful to me over something him knew nothing about!
I was attended by a young woman named “Nessa.” She was awesome. She really knew her stuff. She even helped me install the headlight bulbs. Meeting her was worth the trip. She refused a tip, but I was so grateful, I wanted to give her a great review. She restores my confidence in the youth and people of today. I hope they pay her well
When the product doesn't fit your vehicle, you would think they would try and figure out why.. no they just said, those are what it calls for SMH, customer service 0 unfortunately... When you're wipers cost 53$ I'd like them to work properly but I guess that's just me.
I was only helping out a young lady who was having car trouble, but the gentleman at the counter was more than helpful and very friendly. He went above and beyond to help by loaning us a particular tool to aid us in removing her dead battery. Thank you.
The manager is not helpful. No customer service at all. He’s very lazy! He would not mix paint even though there was still 45 minutes until close. (6pm) He said he was short staff and I said I could wait . His reply was “well you’ll have to wait an hour for my other guy to come back from lunch and then I go home.” He had two other guys standing there. Like Seriously? Even though I was willing to wait for an hour and that was his response? He did not want to help me at all. He should NOT be store manager. I think his name is Lian ? (Something similar)
This is a great place for auto parts and supplies. Even if you know nothing about your vehicle, they will treat you with respect and give you options for what you need. Today, we had a damaged wiper blade. They found exactly what we needed and came out in the rain to replace both wiper blades. That's service!
Staff are always helpful. I’ve been working on a rather large project with both my motorhome and Ford Excursion and they have been helpful on pulling up diagrams and finding the right parts. I highly recommend this location over the other locations on Sunset and Thompson.
The gentleman was so helpful. He checked my oil & is fine. He also showed me how to check it. Very grateful. My daughter & her boyfriend works for your company and loves your company
After some discussion my young friend decided to go here for a new battery because they are usually helpful Even though they are more expensive than Walmart they have better hours and install it battery quickly and for free like they advertise. After she bought the battery the lady nicely told her she wasn’t going to install it because “it was hot”, “she didn’t want to” and she had already done one today. Nice or not she refused. My poor friend went out to her car which wouldn’t start and called me. I told her to return the battery but upon hearing that she wanted to return it they changed their mind and installed it.
This was a young Hispanic girl and I’m just sad that I now feel like I can’t trust Oreily’s to treat everyone the same if I send them business. Which I doubt I will again!
I didn't catch the employee's name, but he was very nice, hooked up the little gadget they use, read my issues, PLUS REMEMBERED I had come in earlier in the week with a check engine light issue. He cleared the error from the car (it was clear from the scan, but had to be acknowledged o guess.) And my car was good to go! Except for the things he couldn't fix, of course.
O'Reilly usually has what I need and they always treat me well. If I need help they will go out to the car with you and help. If I don't have a tool you can make a deposit and borrow one. Bring it back and you get your money back. What more could you ask for.
I enjoy coming to O'Reilly because of their prices. I usually come here for my part needs and have never had a complaint about it. They always have nice staff, willing to help anyone out that needs it. I'd come here more often if I didn't have to spend a dime for parts! But overall, good location.
The manager stop by my shop and invited us to a customer appreciation lunch about a week ago. Barbecued hamburgers hot dogs and little O'Reilly workers running around catering to us ... Now that's an automotive Parts House that truly does serve its customers well
Bought a battery and they installed it in no time. I have always had a good experience at this O'Reilly, but the one on the west side of town always takes longer to get your parts, and sometimes the counter help doesn't seem to know what they are doing. This location is the best parts house in Springdale with the most knowledgeable employees.
Bought transmission fluid, asked for help, employee said as soon as he helped next customer. I waited and waited. We t back in and he was counting down drawer. I said I was still waiting for assistance. He finally came outside and he poured it on ground because wrong funnel size, tried finding correct size funnel, but only poured 1/2 of fluid on ground and then got mad when I asked if he could replace the bottle of fluid he wasted on the ground. 2nd time I've had something happen like that at this location. Never will I return.
My car stranded me in the O'Reilly parking lot last night. After I was stuck, I realized my battery warranty was from a competitor. Despite this, one of the employees kept helping me jump my car until the battery finally cooperated and turned over, so I could go get my battery replaced. If that isn't outstanding service, I don't know what is! The people here really care.
