Danny with Arky Towing came to my house in Rogers to tow my car after Adventure Suburu in Fayetteville recommended them and I called them for help. My Suburu manual stated if key would not turn over might be electrical. Danny put key in and wrenched the steering wheel and car started. He then had me get into my car and do the same. Car started. He said car was fine and battery was fine and I did not need to be towed. He would not accept payment for this. I was so impressed with his honesty and kindness. I would highly recommend Arky Towing to everyone.
Why do these guys have a near perfect rating?? I don't know, because it should be a PERFECT 5 star rating!!!! Kyle and Danny have been nothing but amazing on more than one occasion, on the phone and in person. They have both gone out of their way to give me great advice and service when it comes to the care of my vehicle. I honestly can't praise these guys enough! Service has always been prompt and very professional. I will recommend them to everyone!!
Didn't plan to need a tow in the middle of the night, but sometimes deer get confused about right of way laws...
Mr. McCarthy was superb in every facet of of the job - from accurately gauging the time it would take to make it to my vehicle (even though it was late, he still got there fast), safely collected me and the vehicle off one of the bridges on the interstate (even though it was in a pretty dangerous spot), and got me and the vehicle to the desired location safely.
Courteous. Clearly knowledgeable and skilled at performing his job. Priced appropriately.
I will certainly continue to make Arky Towing the people and company that I call when I need help.

Towing technician arrived quickly, meeting expectation set during initial phone call. Knowledgeable Technician asked a few questions and solved the problem with my van which avoided the cost of a tow, resulting in a reasonable service call fee.
The only towing service in NWA I recommend using. I work at a local shop here in town that they bring cars to very regularly and they always do an amazing job towing customers cars and my own. Everything from everyday cars to exotic sports cars, Arky is the way to go for a trusted quality towing service.
These guys came in clutch when I thought I needed a tow, they guy asked if he could check something real quick and was able to actually get my car started for me and I was able to drive it to the mechanic myself. He was a real nice guy and gave me real good advice for what I should do to fix the issue. Highly recommend this service!
I was pretty nervous about using a new towing service, but these guys had a 4.9 star rating and the rest were rated as low as 2.5, so I gave them a try. I was not disappointed as Arky Towing is definitely a 5 star operation; they were courteous, communicated very well, took care of my mom's old car while loading it and to top it off they were very reasonably priced.
This is the only place to call. Prices are amazing and they are up front about when they are higher. I called on a Sunday and they recommended a Monday tow if possible to avoid weekend rates. My go to towing business from now on.

Can’t say enough about the responsiveness, timeliness and amazing communication with this company. I’ve had a few towing experiences go badly and this was a very good one. Danny went above and beyond to communicate with me about the status of my tow, completed it as fast as possible to meet a needed deadline and I will absolutely use them again.

I called to have my pickup towed to my house. They were by far the best priced of the places I called. one place wanted 140 bucks to do a job that took 30 to 45 minutes at most! very professional crew. guy was super nice and friendly and very helpful! Definitely recommend there services! very very well priced!
I won’t call anyone else!! Danny is amazing. We lost both key fobs to our Denali, he towed it in to the dealership. I got my ss camaro stuck on the mud after a bad storm and he pulled it out for no charge. He just left to tow our dead 60th anniversary corvette to the dealership and took extra precaution with the low ground clearance. I can’t praise him enough.. he’s so friendly too.
I'm here waiting on a tow that should have been here a while ago. Not a big deal, but there is absolutely no communication. I have been calling constantly for about 20 minutes to see if they are still coming. No answer.
This is the only place to go for great service. They helped my college daughter on the weekend by going to her apartment to get the keys, calling us to let us know when the car was delivered, diagnosing what the problem was with the car, and did everything at a very reasonable price. I could not have been happier with everything they did for us as the driver kept us in the loop during the entire process.

Seriously, the best towing service I've ever used. Needed my car towed to a shop here in Fayetteville so I called and set up a time. They showed up 10 minutes early, secured my car, gave me directions to the shop in case we were separated, and off we went. Nicest guy you could ever meet, super helpful, and very professional. If you are in northwest Arkansas, need a tow, and you DONT call them you are doing yourself a serious disservice. 5 stars.
