Nick was the best I have ever had help me on the side of the road. He loves his job and it shows in his safe caring of the customer. I highly recommend this man and the company he works for.
HAD A TOW SCHEDULED WITH THIS COMPANY AND NEVER HEARD ANYTHING SO I CALL BACK AND HE SAID THAT THEY WERE BUSY THEN CALLED ME A SCAMMER, AND SAID GO FIND SOMEONE ELSE. I GUESS THEY HAVE ENOUGH BUSINESS AND DONT NEED MY BUSINESS.

Due to the winter weather last week my vehicle ended up in a ditch on a hill. Called Premier and they were honest with me from the initial communication that it would be a couple days before they could get to me due to all the other calls and requests they had already received. It was well worth the wait. They were very professional and well prepared. They did a great job getting the vehicle out of the ditch. I would certainly recommend them and if I ever need a wrecker, they will be the first call I make. Thank you, Premier!!!

This team was able to get out to us fast when we had a car break down. Other towing companies were 90 minutes or more. When they arrived, the driver was awesome. He tried to help us fix the car but we weren't successful. He was awesome with my son and let him be involved in hooking up the car, etc which was fun really fun for him. He made this experience much better than expected!
We were broken down on the side of the highway and needed a tow for a Silverado 2500 towing a trailer with an excavator. We didn't have to wait long and when Tony showed up he was all smiles, kindness, and efficient professionalism. He told us our big hound dog could ride in the cab with everyone while he towed us an hour home! What a nice guy--he said that his favorite part about his job is that he gets to help people. Thanks, Premier, for safely towing our rig and charging us an incredibly fair price.
Questionable die to referenced by wash co sheriff's dept as same as superior and few others. None has my collector car. Police didnt help me when its stolen and no one will get into contact with me to tell me how to get it back. Its stolen by a towing company but no one has it. And police did not file a stolen restored Camero 1973 black and white from fayetteville area by university .
Do not do business with this company, if you're having to sell your vehicle for scrap or even if its on the verge of being totalled DO NOT sell it to this group/do business. I was: told at the last second that there was a $50 fee for anyone to come into the lot just to even check the car after I had wrecked it one day prior. My final bill was right at $650 leaving me with $155 to my pocket for a 2010 with less than 85k miles on the car. Again DO NOT DO WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE
Both times that I have used Premier Towing, they were quick, friendly and affordable. They made tough situations a little better through their service. I definitely recommend them!
I've used Premier Towing & Recovery twice, once in the rain and once late on a Saturday night. Both times they were prompt and professional and helped to make a trying time a little less stressful. Their prices are fair and I would recommend them for those needing help.

Great experience! After waiting hours on another tow truck company that kept telling me it would be “just another 40-45 minutes”...3 different times, it was wonderful to have Premier Towing show up within 30 minutes, AS PROMISED! Kyle was super friendly and it was a perfect experience. I’d use them again without question!
