I just had my car towed from my driveway to a local service provider due to potential battery or alternator issues. It was completely dead & wouldn't even turn over. From start to finish, the service I received from Premier was excellent, thorough, & responsive. The process was quick, streamlined, & efficient - with direct billing to my insurance carrier - requiring no out of pocket expense for me, which I greatly appreciated. They quoted an approximate time to arrive for pick-up & were precisely on schedule. The driver also contacted me when he left & when he arrived at my home, keeping me informed on exactly what to expect. I also really appreciated their system of truck-bed towing, avoiding the use of my tires for the transport to it's destination. Thankful for this company and very much thankful for Nick! Our car had died at the busiest intersection in Tontitown after the alternator completely died after getting it diagnosed at O'Reilly's. On top of that we were dead in the turning lane. After several attempts of trying to jump it hoping it would start, it wouldn't. In a panic with my wife parked behind me with her emergency lights on, I had called Premier Towing and the dispatcher was quick and on it! Nick came in, got the car towed and secured with ease. He was very kind and calm, heck he even placed the car perfectly into the garage so that I can replace the alternator in comfort. I can't say thank you enough, thank you Nick and Premier Towing for saving the day! If you're in need, don't hesitate to call them!

Due to the winter weather last week my vehicle ended up in a ditch on a hill. Called Premier and they were honest with me from the initial communication that it would be a couple days before they could get to me due to all the other calls and requests they had already received. It was well worth the wait. They were very professional and well prepared. They did a great job getting the vehicle out of the ditch. This team was able to get out to us fast when we had a car break down. Other towing companies were 90 minutes or more. When they arrived, the driver was awesome. He tried to help us fix the car but we weren't successful. He was awesome with my son and let him be involved in hooking up the car, etc which was fun really fun for him. He made this experience much better than expected!
We were broken down on the side of the highway and needed a tow for a Silverado 2500 towing a trailer with an excavator. We didn't have to wait long and when Tony showed up he was all smiles, kindness, and efficient professionalism. He told us our big hound dog could ride in the cab with everyone while he towed us an hour home! What a nice guy--he said that his favorite part about his job is that he gets to help people. Questionable die to referenced by wash co sheriff's dept as same as superior and few others. None has my collector car. Police didnt help me when its stolen and no one will get into contact with me to tell me how to get it back. Its stolen by a towing company but no one has it. And police did not file a stolen restored Camero 1973 black and white from fayetteville area by university .
Do not do business with this company, if you're having to sell your vehicle for scrap or even if its on the verge of being totalled DO NOT sell it to this group/do business. I was: told at the last second that there was a $50 fee for anyone to come into the lot just to even check the car after I had wrecked it one day prior. My final bill was right at $650 leaving me with $155 to my pocket for a 2010 with less than 85k miles on the car. Again DO NOT DO WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE
Both times that I have used Premier Towing, they were quick, friendly and affordable. They made tough situations a little better through their service. I definitely recommend them!
I've used Premier Towing & Recovery twice, once in the rain and once late on a Saturday night. Both times they were prompt and professional and helped to make a trying time a little less stressful. Their prices are fair and I would recommend them for those needing help.

Great experience! After waiting hours on another tow truck company that kept telling me it would be “just another 40-45 minutes”...3 different times, it was wonderful to have Premier Towing show up within 30 minutes, AS PROMISED! Kyle was super friendly and it was a perfect experience. I’d use them again without question!
