This company outsources their calls and requires payment up front before a truck is even dispatched. I was told an hour and ended up waiting 4. I called after 2 and asked for a refund and was told that if I cancel the only refund 50%. After the 4 hours I called and said I'm not canceling but id like my money back as you guys have failed to provide a service. They then said it would take 3 to 5 days to get my money back. To talk to the actual people who are in nwa you have to first go through the outsourced calls who relay information to the main stateside people. It was a nightmare to get to someone who actually is in springdale. Their business model is take your money up front and then you get frustrated and cancel when they don't show up and you're just out half of your money and can't do anything about it. Do not give these people your business.
They wanted to charge me $388 for a jump start on my semi truck . I understand that I have a Semi truck and should pay a little extra for the work involved but that was ridiculously expensive and it shows how unethical this company is. Price gouging is despicable.

My insurance contacted them so that they moved my damaged car, from the highway to my house (5 miles away) they never arrived despite having charged $ 148 in advance ($ 87 out of my pocket) and 4 hours later when I contact them they said that the car could not be put in neutral (a 5-speed mustang) and the have to charge $190 Adicional because they used special tools to put the 5 speed car in neutral! and that as a policy they would only refund 60% for cancellation on services
