Our vehicle was hit by another driver and Edgar was able to put it back together, like new! He and his team did exceptional work in a short time frame and were a breeze to work with!!

Spent over $300 and took a day off work to have my windshield wiper motor replaced. Had to go back three times and take more time off work because motor was still not working properly. And guess what? It's still not working properly. Decided not to take it back because why would I take it back to a shop that obviously doesn't know how to repair it. I just took it as a loss.
Great service and priced fairly. They never try to sell me extra services and are very honest. Also quick service whenever I have issues with my vehicles.
Had 3 busted CV joints fixed it up nice and pointed out a future problem without even asking Edgar and his team are fantastic, will definitely be back for future repairs!

Edgar and his crew did an awesome job! They were able to fix my cars radiator in about a day of them being open and the pricing was fair! Communication was easy and and paying was no hassle! I will be using A & E Auto for any auto work in the future, and I suggest you do too!
Edgar and his wonderful employees are fair.. Honest and will work with you. He does great work and his warranty is excellent, sometimes he’ll make an executive decision and honor his warranty a few months after it expired…. Depends of course the circumstances.
I would give 6 stars if I could. Very professional and trustworthy. The next time something happens they will be who I call first. The crew was great and the office staff were very polite. I can't recommend them enough.
Edgar is my hero! This is a shop I HIGHLY recommend to everyone! I have been doing business with A & E for several years. I love how honest, knowledgeable, friendly, efficiently fast they are. They stand behind their work. They have done everything from transmission rebuilds to AC repair to literally anything I have needed. It's always done right the 1st time. Very reasonably priced, always quicker than expected turn around. This is the perfect shop for women, no BS here. After all the years they've kept my vehicles going I still can't say anything negative about Edgar & his crew! They no longer do diesels LOL . I work nights & there have been times I'll swing by to set up an appointment & they'll fix my car right then! Absolutely a perfectly fantastic place to do business. They have all the modern equipment to work on new vehicles & all the know how to keep old junkers in tip top shape. I'm 60 & have been to hundreds of shops & dealerships...A&E is THE BEST!
We have used Edgar twice and have been happy with his towing and mechanic service. We would use him again and would recommend him to others. However, I am unhappy about how Edgar and his bank handled our financial transaction. We paid $298.00 on a debit card. His bank did a pending $298.00 for the debit transaction and then held another $298.00 for over 1 week! This created some stress for us because I could not figure out what happened. When I called Edgar about this he acted like it was no big deal if $298.00 of our money was hijacked for over a week. If you use this garage make sure you pay cash or credit, no debit!
They’ve taken care of my cars for years and I will always come here. Has done oil changes, break pads and rotors, fixed my air conditioning in my cars and a lot of other things and is always complete and awesome work. Whether it’s a 2003 Chevy Malibu or a 2016 Kia Soul.

Great people and place. Had my car with engine check light on, went to Midas first and was told a MAP sensor problem which may cause $340 to replace it. But the A&E guys fixed the problem for free! When I went to picked up my car, the mechanic guy worked on my car was not there. So don't know the exact problem. Anyway the problem was solved! Thanks these people.
**DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE** Con. I took my Honda here to have them install my brand new AC kit i had bought and left it in the box in my car. I was recently involved in an accident where it was brought to my attention that they didn't even install the new condenser that came with the kit. When my dad came by to ask them where it was and why they didn't install it, the man told my Dad he was lying and that they didn't have it and asked for proof that we even brought them the kit. My dad has worked on cars his entire life, and I work for an auto shop in Lowell where our mechanic confirmed the old condenser is still intact. Better Business Bureau are being notified.

Edagr and crew are the BEST in the state. My truck was totaled in an accident (not my fault, I was waiting at a stop light), and I had just gotten it back from A&E the night before after having it repaired and finely tuned...it purred like a kitten...it never ran better. Edgar, being the sweetheart he is, did NOT charge me for the rest of what I already owed him on the truck repairs!! Excellent crew, Love them!!
I cannot say enough good things about this place. Edgar and crew were recommended to me by a neighbor, and he did not steer me wrong (no pun intended.) I went in thinking that a piece of my undercarriage was broken and going to have to be replaced, walked out less than 45 minutes later with the pins replaced and the problem solved for $20. Honest, quick and customer-service oriented. Everyone I encountered was so friendly and helpful. I will be using A&E for all of my car service from now on.
People there are unprofessional not willing to work with the customer on time frames concerning the repairs on the car and my husband's work schedule. Uncooperative and demanding all the while the mechanics horseplay around mine and other people's cars. Consider carefully before taking your vehicle here.
Honest. A & E is the most honest, fair shop I've ever worked with. They're all wonderful people, a real "family" type shop, which means they treat you like you've always known them. Their work is superb and their prices are very fair. They're quick and very knowledgeable. I have 3 cars and will only take them to A & E from now on. I highly recommend them.

This place is a diamond in the rough. I have had two clutches and a radiator replaced at A & E over the past 4 years. One clutch replacement just the other day. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Edgar and his crew are very honest and do excellent work. They will get the job done, and done right, for the lowest price around.
