  My Chevelle lost wheel studs on the highway. Gave them a call and had help in about 20 min. Very easy ride home and unloaded safe in my driveway. Price ended up under the estimate I was quoted on the phone. Would not hesitate to use again.

  These guys are the best. Just moved to the area and needed my tool box out of a u haul, these guys quoted me the best price and had the best customer service in the area. The guy they sent out was on the ball and super personable. He also talked very highly about the whole company. Good to know who to call when you need it the most.

  Quick good cheap nice driver put my broken truck exactly where I wanted Both major towing companies around here seem to be all good people I’ve dealt with using a tow company when you’re not from the area and it can be a nightmare they definitely aren’t that type of company

  Highly recommend! I was hours before closing on a vacant lot when someone decides to park an old RV on the property! The ladies in the office were extremely helpful. And Mr Greg kept me posted and had the rv moved and impounded before closing time. Kind, helpful, and got the job done promptly!

  I just bought a car for my 16yr old and we was at a gas station in Springdale trying to figure out how to open the door to the gas cap. After not being able to figure it out the gentleman that was pumping gas from NWA towing was so kind to show me how to open it. ( I seriously could not figure it out ) I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name but would like to say Thank you!!! You rock

  Peggy at NWA Towing is AWESOME. I had a tire blow out and she was super professional and got me the help I needed (tow truck). I hardly had to wait and now my car is being towed to the Acura dealership. Highly recommend NWA Towing & I hope you are lucky enough to get Peggy on the phone.

  Car shouldn't have been there!! Not bu the fault of nwa . Springdale pd prejudged me I seen the tow truck pull up not yet having seen a judge I was convinced. Furthermore these safety officers put my health and safety and theirs I feel these gentleman should have been wearing ppe in my presence take a minute and think how more people could be sick COVID 2020

  Thank you for taking such good care of my Mom, Betty Gulledge, this morning. SUPER nice young man brought gas to her, jump started her battery, followed her to the gas station and made sure she got her car filled up. Didn't leave her until he was sure she was ok! Great service!
