Absolutely horrible service with horrible people working there. I went there to pick up a vehicle that was towed and the useless excuse of a human being in the office started insulting me and being plain rude for no reason at all.
Nice professional people. Had my truck picked up & towed to the dealership in 30 minutes. Fast & friendly service is what they provide, Mr Mike was pleasure to work with.
They can't handle a swear word over the phone. They'll call it a disturbance.
And if you find that your glove box was gone through (police do this when they find your vehicle on the side of the road to get your information) and want to report it to the police they will give you attitude and call them on you and treat you like the bad guy! I would not recommend this place ever!

After calling a few other company's that all said it would be a few hours at the earliest, if they even answered the phone that is, these guys had me loaded up and on the way to my house within 30 mins. I had to pay for a family member’s car to be released and towed to a mechanic. I first spoke with the owner, Greg, who was extremely kind and helpful. The car was at their Fayetteville location but he sent me to the Springdale office because it was more convenient for me and I was only paying not picking up the vehicle. He told me Cindy at that location would take good care of me and she did not disappoint. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and very kind. The first question Cindy and Greg both asked me was if my family member was OK after the wreck. Very compassionate! Definitely made things go smoothly for me. I appreciate the service I received from them.
My Chevelle lost wheel studs on the highway. Gave them a call and had help in about 20 min. Very easy ride home and unloaded safe in my driveway. Price ended up under the estimate I was quoted on the phone. Would not hesitate to use again.

I am writing this so that everyone can be aware and cautious when using this company. If you use this company for anything PLEASE ASK FOR A RECEIPT ON THE SPOT. I had my car towed and the driver said it was $356. He didn’t have change so we handed the driver $360 and told him to keep it. I called them to ask for the receipt and it says 297.72. I told them that there had been a mistake and that the amount was 356$. NWA TOWING could have given my money or given me a receipt for the 356$. Instead They told me they couldn’t fix it because it was my word against their drivers.
It’s always concerning when the insurance adjuster warns you that the tow company is hard to deal with.
Our company vehicle was involved in an accident. The insurance adjuster told me I’d have to sign a release with NWA Towing. I called them and was told I had to come in person. It’s 45 minutes away so I asked that they email me the release and I’d email them my I’d and the title to prove ownership. I was repeatedly told because I live in state I have to come and personally sign the paper. “If you were states and states away I could do that but it’s company policy. I know that you are who you say you are because insurance called us earlier but unless you come in we can’t be sure. It’s just company policy.” Then she asked me to hold, the owner came on the line and said it’s company policy because I will have to clean out the vehicle. I was told to bring the title, registration (or get it from the vehicle when I clean it out) and sign the paper.
We rearranged our whole day to drive there and do this. My husband walked in showed his id, showed the copy of the title that I’d offered to email and signed the release that they couldn’t email and left. Didn’t even see the truck. Just wasted an hour of our day and was able to charge another day to the insurance company.
It’ll be our company policy to never use NWA Towing again. The whole thing was asinine.
These guys are the best. Just moved to the area and needed my tool box out of a u haul, these guys quoted me the best price and had the best customer service in the area. The guy they sent out was on the ball and super personable. He also talked very highly about the whole company. Good to know who to call when you need it the most.
Rosalie and Mike were awesome. We were getting ready to get gas after we washed our car so our Grandson could take it to Homecoming. We tried to start the car and the battery was dead. we called NWA and Rosalie answered the call. We explained that we needed the car towed to the dealer and we had little time to get it there in order to have it back in time for our Grandson to take the car. NWA said they could be there in 20 to 30 minutes. Mike showed up jump started the car saving us a tow. Mike offered to follow me to the dealership to make sure I made it. who does that.
They nailed the time and we made it to the dealership in time to get the battery installed. Our Grandson is out tonight enjoying time with his friends.

My car broke down at the local Sonic, just as the 5 pm rush hour traffic was starting. Ugh. Terry was there within minutes. He took time to assess the situation (dead battery, corroded connector, loose cable?) and he clearly knew what he was doing. He did get my car to start but something was clearly not right and Terry advised that I go ahead and take it to my mechanic. By that time a friend had arrived to follow me to the mechanic, so Terry didn't end up towing my car. I guess what Terry ended up doing instead is called "roadside assistance." Or in my case, "Sonic-side assistance." Either way, Terry was professional, patient, courteous, and most of all, a genuinely good person. Thanks, NWA Towing and Recovery, for hiring someone like Terry! Highly recommend!
They charge me a cleaning fee of 43$ to sweep a tail light on the road after the wreck, they charge me 44$ dollars a day if the car left on the lot ( 5 days). For ( .4 ) of a mile they charge 23$ dollars for having four wheel drive 54$ and a tow for fee of 131$ to travel anywhere between ( .1-12 miles) total was 586$ down the drain( DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE) u going to spend 500 dollars every time about

They kick a man in the face when he is down, doing everything they can do to keep your vehicle, and personal things.
I called them thinking I'd have to pay a hefty cost to tow, diagnose, and fix whatever was going on with my car. We tried to jump it three times ourselves before we called, so we were worried something else other than the battery wasn't working. NWA towing came with a jump box and my car started up!! I was so relieved! They answered all my questions and helped me understand what was going on with my car. They recommended me a good place for a new battery. Now it's all taken care of for much, much cheaper than I thought it would be. Thank you so much NWA Towing! I highly recommend them.
My girlfriend broke down and we got the recommendation from the Police Officer who had helped us move out of the way. I’m so glad we asked for the recommendation! Terry was who helped us and he was great. Very friendly and nice to us. He even checked out the battery to see if that was the issue! The payment software wasn’t working at the time, so he wrote us a paper receipt and called the next day to make sure we got our emailed receipt as well. Terry was very thorough and made us feel like we were in safe hands. He is also a Veteran, thank you for your service Terry!
Highly recommend! I was hours before closing on a vacant lot when someone decides to park an old RV on the property! The ladies in the office were extremely helpful. And Mr Greg kept me posted and had the rv moved and impounded before closing time. Kind, helpful, and got the job done promptly!
Scheduled a tow with a flat bed for the next day hoping that they could accommodate on time. They showed up with a tow truck instead. I was forced to call another company who not only came out at the scheduled time but charged me over $100 less than the starting quote from NWA.. not trustworthy and over priced..
I just bought a car for my 16yr old and we was at a gas station in Springdale trying to figure out how to open the door to the gas cap. After not being able to figure it out the gentleman that was pumping gas from NWA towing was so kind to show me how to open it.

I went to visit my son at varsity Apts in Fayetteville ark . I didn't know the parking arrangement so I park close to his building an with in 15 mins my car was towed I called n.w.a towing and ask them why my
Car was towed they told me I wasn't suppose to park in the blue lines so I ask the night manager how was i suppose to know this an he told my it was up to my son an the apt manger to in for me of this ok well I told him I knew nothing of this my son isnt home it's 11at night he told me to bad not his problem I asked his name he said Mr 100 so I got upset. I didnt have the money at the time so my car sat at n.w.a for 3 days til I could the money to get it out. But I was told they signs at each entrance but how can you read the small sign with cars behind you at night an the sign on the ground . so no way will I every use n.w.a for anything.an plz tell me what

Car shouldn't have been there!! Not bu the fault of nwa . Springdale pd prejudged me I seen the tow truck pull up not yet having seen a judge I was convinced. Furthermore these safety officers put my health and safety and theirs I feel these gentleman should have been wearing ppe in my presence take a minute and think how more people could be sick COVID 2020
