If you want your car damaged and then they refuse to fix their damage, call them!
Initially, they told us they would be an hour to get our vehicle, an hour turned into three. I had specifically told them I was on the side of the highway and I would be waiting on them to pick up. When I called to check on ETA over an hour later, they tell me they had other calls come in blah blah, it seems like once you do payment online, they will take other tow calls since you have paid already. They let me know it wouldn't be till another hour or so, I had a gut feeling I should've stayed but had to get to work. Once I picked up car, bumper was damaged, falling apart underneath and they refused to fix it because they did not take pictures before hand! I mean why not if you guys hook it up underneath the bumper.
Also, it was such a struggle getting a hold of manager, they kept pushing us off telling us that their manager would call back again and again. A week later after calling so many times, a driver supervisor came out to "see car" to only tell us he would get back to us at the end of the week (which AGAIN, I'm having to call again to check on status) to only tell us they are REFUSING to pay for damage.
ALWAYS TAKE PICS BEFORE ANY TOW SERVICE !!!
They came to tow my Nissan but he checked my battery first.He followed me to O Rileys and I purchased a new battery

Mr. Brier arrived in less than 10 mins. to tow our car. He even checked our battery, without being asked, just in case it was the problem. Made our day better. Best customer service!!!

Having enough on my mind what's wrong with my truck and when I was going to be back on the road was enough stress.

Needed to have a trucked towed from home to my workplace a shop, I had to be present at work. I explained I'll pay when the vehicle gets dropped off, but before I pulled out the money I got threatened with impounding and fees? Guy was a prick. Oh and the tow was 2 hours late. Won't be using you guys in the future.
Martin was the absolute rockstar ! He patiently waited at the dealership to get my car towed to another shop and make sure it happened! He was very friendly and assured me with images that my vehicle was at the right Drop of location. I would use there services again in the future!.
Cody was awesome!! I knew going in that this wouldn't be the easiest drop, but he managed to maneuver the flat bed through my subdivision and drop in my driveway with the greatest of ease!! Thanks for making at least a little part of this whole experience positive!!
I was quoted 1 hour it took over 2 1/2 hours with no notifications and was very short when I was trying to get updates. They said it was due to an overload of calls. Why take more than you have the availability to handle? Shouldn’t you defer others rather than pushing those calls already in and promised a time?!? What happened to first come first serve? Lastly my shop closed at 5 so I will not have my vehicle until tomorrow in which I work I guess good luck to me! Not your problem so why care as long as you’re making as much money as possible even if disrupting someone else’s life!! Very frustrating and unprofessional!!
Martin was great I was quoted an hour from geico. Martin called me when he was 20 mins out to update me. All in all took only 40 mins. He hooked up quickly, and took my car where we requested. He even sent a picture of the car when he dropped it off and who he gave the keys too. Best experience I've ever had. Thank you Martin.
We got a flat on the interstate. River showed up within 15 minutes. He was very professional and helpful! It started to downpour right after he pulled up so he was working in the rain soaking wet. He also helped us get back onto the interstate safely! Thank you so much for taking care of us!
Recently required battery assistance. River, the responding tech/mechanic went above and beyond to get my car running. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. His expertise was exceptional and absolutely saved me and my dog. I honestly can't say thank you enough.
The drivers are amazing and very helpful! We were traveling through and broke down on the interstate. They worked with us to get our boat and truck towed to a shop. Highly recommend their services!
Martin was fantastic. Needed my car towed from Crain Kia Service Center(Fayetteville) to Christian Brother's Automotive in Fayetteville after Kia having the car for two weeks and not looking at it. We were able to work the details over the phone and Martin handled it like a champ. Thank you so much Martin for your kindness and professionalism.
Rear differential went out on our whip, had to get it towed to the dealer. Martin was dispatched to assist. From the start he was very communicative, keep us updated on his speedy ETA. Once Martin showed, he was a blast. Kept it fun, light, quick, and relatable. Quickly took pictures, notes, and had an enjoyable chat of the situation. He loaded it up and had it dropped off at the dealer in a few minutes. Shared pictures of the car post the drive off, letting us know it was safe and sound.

Had my car towed by Martin N today. Very impressed with how he handled it. My car is pretty low, and he made sure no damage was done while picking it up and towing it. Timely service and he sent pictures of the car delivered and the keys put where they should be afterward. So, I had peace of mind that my car was where it needed to be. Great conversations too.
Martin N was just an awesome tow operator, I had to ride with him and he is a great genuine guy who cares for the cars and makes sure you are happy with the service. Went out of his way to park my car safely in the back lot to make sure my car wasn’t broken into to the best of his ability. This is my second call with him as the responder and both times he was kind and respectful while doing his job and boy was he good at it. Huge shout out to him for making RSTofNWA shine.
Needed a tow to the dealership. I now more than got off the phone w my insurance provider and Martin Navratil text to let me know he was 10 minutes out and on his way. Got here super fast. Very professional and at the end of the row took a picture and text me to let me know he got my vehicle to it’s destination and the dealership was aware of my concerns. Thank you very much. Michael got to me quicker than expected . I had a very unique battery situation and he had it fixed PERMANENTLY in minutes. He even followed me down the road to make sure it was fixed.
He was polite, and he had a great attitude. He went above the call of duty to help me. Seriously great service and even better of him to follow me to be sure it was fixed.
We have used them twice and both times we got amazing drivers who were super helpful and knowledgeable about cars! Logan came out to tow me this morning and he had me hooked up and delivered in under 30 mins!! He was friendly and a pleasure to work with!!! When he had delivered my car he sent me a picture of it at the mechanics so I no longer had to worry about my car!! I will definitely use them in the future!!
Had a dramatic flat last night and Kyle R from Roadside Services NWA was terrific. I waited a short time because he was rescuing someone else, but when he arrived, he was professional, efficient, and courteous while changing my flat. He even had a plastic bag to set the damaged tire on when he loaded it into my vehicle. Impressive. Hope I don't need the service again soon, but just in case, I'm putting the number in my contacts. My car needed to be towed to a shop for repairs. It was parked on the street with cars parked directly in the front and back of it. The Tow guy Micah was able to get my car on to the tow bed without touching the other cars, and did it with ease. He was very professional and helpful. He did it with speed and precision. Definitely recommend AAA to anyone.
Micah was great!!! He was professional and efficient. I’m so glad that he was able to help with my lockout today. I’ve had locksmith in the past help but Micah was different than the rest. Thanks again brother and keep up the good work!!

James called me when he was on his way. Super friendly, professional, but he was funny too! I was at my sisters house & he was waiting with my van to tow. He was already in the middle of hooking it up.
Prior to this, when I called to schedule the pick up, the lady I spoke to was super nice and answered all my questions I had. They made sure I understood everything before hanging up. I would definitely call them again & I would recommend them to ANYONE needing their services.
Casey was awesome! He showed up quickly, was friendly, professional and very helpful! I'm definitely keeping his card in case we have problems again! I can't recommend him enough. His courtesy and service helped to turn a bad day into a good one.
Casey was my service provider today 10.24.18 and he was very efficient with having the vehicle moved from point A to point B. After being turned down via AAA by over 5 other towing companies in the very rural area I was stranded in, Roadside services of NWA came through and saved me! Definitely 10/10 overall satisfaction. Casey communicated with me throughout the wait time & updated me with his arrival time and was even 20 minutes early! Thank you!!
