Swift, affordable, and kind. I would recommend this service to anyone. Edit: my first towing service with this company was amazing. However, I scheduled a tow (3 minute drive total from my place to the service center) on Friday via phone call for the following Monday and gave plenty of detail in the text I sent. I followed up this morning and the driver confirmed he was still good for that time. When it was 5 minutes past the time window I gave for the pickup, I gave the driver a call and he told me he was on another tow and would be at my pickup destination in half an hour. When I asked why he couldn’t make my appointment time it was clear he had gotten the time wrong even though I had followed up that morning, and he said I could leave the cash and keys in the car and he’d get it to the service center. I declined and cancelled the service altogether as it would miss my appointment slot to fix my car, and called the service center to cancel my appointment since it was 5 minutes til at that point.
This gentleman is my go-to towing service from now on. My daughter was in a bind after a wreck and he was prompt and fair! Towing isn't cheap any way you cut it, but he charges much less than anyone else that I called and he was there before we were! It was a much less painful experience than I thought it would be.
I had a flat tire and was stuck on the shoulder of the highway at night. I forgot my drivers name but he seriously deserves a raise! He hauled his towing truck to me as fast and as safely as possible to help get me to a Walmart before everything closed for New Years! He’s the only reason I wasn’t completely hopeless about getting my car fixed- otherwise I would’ve been stranded. His kindness, professionalism, and speedy service are something I will never forget! Highly recommend these guys!
Stuck in a rut without much hope or money. Lee was a wonderful experience, he was professional and kind but what stood out to me was his patience. Running on my time he was courteous and had my car ready to tow before I had even gotten back to my vehicle. Nobody wants to have a tow but if you need one you want to use Lee with Affordable Towing, I know I will be happy to again.

Terrible experience. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes, received a quote ~$100 higher than a competitor, and was eventually disconnected from the call. Would not recommend.
Great people needed my truck towed to the shop and he gave me a time he would be there and he was on time. Excellent service and reasonable fee. Will definitely use them again if I need a tow !!
Great Service and quick to arrive! My Daughter-in-Law, hit a curb, on a busy section of Don Tyson Pkwy, blowing out 2 tire on her mini van. We called Affordable Towing, and they showed up quickly, Not just that, they made the tow with only our State Farm Insurance for up front payment. They saved the day!

Lee at affordable towing & recovery was awesome he was very professional and kind. A little on what happened, we went to pull out a car with our 4x4 suv and ended up getting stuck so we asked the neighbor for help with his 4x4 pickup and he did without a second thought (really nice guy) he ended up getting stuck to so now we have 3 stuck cars another neighbor saw us came over in his 4x4 suv and ended up getting stuck as well.... 4 stuck cars... Lee at affordable towing & recovery came over and winched us all out. Most of the other tow companys didn't want anything to do with the situation and if they did they wanted an arm and a leg for it but Lee came over to assess the situation and got us all out at an affordable price. Just like in the name of the company. ill post pictures.
