I ordered a used motor for my pickup truck. Paid over the phone, had options for delivery destination i.e. my shop, home ect.
It was timely in the delivery, but freight trucking has been challenging here lately.
Picked it up bright and early in the morning.
Im not complaining, and I would suggest LKQ for used car parts to friends and family.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have been calling for several days now and have left voicemail's, with NO return calls. Then this morning I've called 8 times and everytime sales answers the phone, they pick up and hang up!? I was calling to see if they had a hood in stock, but I literally cant get in touch with anyone at this location! If your in need of parts, this definitely is NOT the location to use!
Every time I can't find a part, they have it. The absolute best salvage service in Northwest Arkansas. I have tried others but they pale in comparison. Always helpful and willing to point you in the right direction as well!
I had really bad experience with one of the sales representatives I tried purchased something over the phone which I normally do often and he didn't take my order because he want me to drive from Huntsville just to pay in office which I coul pay over the phone
I called first to be sure my parts arrived before I left to get them and they put me on hold: but wait! While I was on hold, they looked up my phone number, and then when they came back on, they said my parts were there ready to pick up! I didn’t even have to really talk to them, they looked me up before they got on the phone. That’s the best service there is.
Purchased a airbag restraint sensor from the tontitown branch. Part was not usable due to having been removed from a vehicle that had deployed the airbag in a wreck.
Tontitown would not accept return
Only reason I'm leaving a 1 star review is because my wife said Nova was very nice and professional, but the rest of our experience was horrific. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY! They do not care about your time, situation, or money. My wife ordered an essential part, had it shipped to the springdale location when asked Fayetteville or springdale for shipping. She drove to Springdale with enough gas to make it home, and they told us they had NO order for us. We ordered it from the springdale location, to the springdale location. Nova wasn't working, but the man told my wife he would figure it out, and never called her or notified her. My wife had to call around all the other locations, and do YOUR jobs, to find her part you guys screwed up. I hope you go out of business, idiots.
The only person i deal with over there is miss nova edwards she is awesome always professional and always takes care of business. She is the only reason i call lkq for all my parts.......ive spent ten thousand so far this year and i will continue....thank you nova!!
