Hanna was wonderful on responding back with answers. They had tow truck pick up the Honda at my house within a time frame that fit my schedule. They made it very easy.
I had a late model Honda Ridgeline truck. I received two other offer from on line buyers, Carvana and Carfax, both of the companies gave me offers on what they would pay for my truck. Carvana had me traveling 4 hours and Carfax had me driving 2. They would not pick it up or meet me in any location. I chose the closest location 2 hours away and contacted them twice by email and received a notice both times that they received and I would hear back from them. I texted through a number offered and received automatic answers to most questions. None fit what I was needing. I tried calling the phone number offered and it would go to there sales department, not there buying department. I never got through. I gave up.

It took more time than expected. The questions were repetitive. The experience was good up until scheduling the pick up. 4 hour time blocks disrupted my entire day. The tow truck driver was a half hour later than he said he would be which caused me to be late to work. Plan on having either 8 am to noon or 1 pm to 5 pm available for the pick up.
Things could not have went any smoother. So easy and they actually give you what they offer. Did not try to change the amount or anything. Would definitely use them again.

It was somewhat of a painful process submitting my information. I submitted it through the website, but then gave the same info via telephone not once, but twice. Once we got to the local dispatcher and tow truck guy, things were great, but everything up to that point was a bit of a muddled mess.
They made an offer on older vehicle I was needing to get rid of . Their offer was 3 times what similar companies offered. They came the next day picked vehicle up and handed me the check for payment of vehicle.

I was then directly connected to Becky at Copart to discuss vehicle pick up date. It was nice to get everything accomplished in one call. Tow Driver called an hour before he was coming on pick up day. He was very nice and polite and right on time and had the check in hand. He did his paperwork took his pictures of vehicle and hooked up and was done in no time. I have to admit, I was skeptical at the beginning but everyone involved proved me wrong by their great customer service and keeping their word through the whole process.
