I've had a good experience until today, returned latex gloves for correct size. Counter personnel took a phone call mid service, wouldn't acknowledge me until another employee finally came. After asking for my phone number 4 times, I asked if he could just write it down, he asked for a 5th time & Dakota ended his conversation to finally help. 10 minutes later, they finally swapped the item. This is crazy!
An excellent experience. Absolutely outstanding customer service. Not only the right parts for the right project but out of their way to ensure I was able to continue my project was moving forward when I was stuck with a truck that would not drive.
I call here when I have questions and they are always helpful, listen, and again go out of the way if the information isn't easy.
Best parts store I’ve been to in a long, long time. The level of service was like going to an old school parts house. John was the best! He helped me know what to do and how to do it. He even gave me the tools to use and advised me how to do my repair in the parking lot. I’m here on my own for medical treatment and I was extremely concerned about my truck breaking down and not being able to get to the clinic for treatment that day. I was back rolling in a few hours with awesome O’Reillys parts and phenomenal service. Praise God for the amazing help I received.
I miss the days when auto parts store employees knew about automotive parts. Went for transmission filter and transmission fluid. The woman had no idea what type of fluid, or how many quarts I needed, even though she had a computer right in front of her she was no help at all.
Very frustrating. I bought the filters and she did not add the sales to my account, simple task that any O'Reilly employee should know to do. Went into town and found another parts store to get the correct stuff.
The worst experience I have had at an auto parts store. The knowledge was severely lacking or they pretended to not know to get us to leave. My only hope is the the young guy (Lucas, maybe?) was new and that is why he was not listening. There was one other person working and was brushing off any help that was needed from the fellow employee.
As much as I hate to say it, seriously, make the drive to Farmington. We had to take the battery to another store to make sure it matched because they refused to come outside and check for us as we needed reassurance due to their indecisiveness on which battery fit the model car.
These evening employees are a joke.
A great place to get supplies for a oil change, and yes some people still change their own oil they have all the tools and keep a good supply of antifreeze.
Super place for your Automotive needs. If you have questions about your automobile they will try to answer them and they help you put on windshield wipers or whatever great place.
Had to get a $17 dollar PC for a wheel it cost $45 at the gentry store so I went to ask why to my normal oreillys which is in prairie grove who said they the gentry store had 3 different prices the woman at the other gave me the most expensive
