I'm a trash truck driver. Out on route, I came across a stranded driver! Knowing a few places, I called around. Most, no answer! Including, people i know, on the same road!. But, my sister,(whom works at COPART) said she may have a truck that can help! (Shealene Dennis), gave me the number of 1st response! Out of MANY places I know, they were the only ones to pick up the call!. When you are out in the middle of "no where," and need a tow... they've got you! AND HUGE shout out to my sister for helping one citizen to the other!! COPART ROCKS!!!

Worst customer service ever. Booked an appointment to pickup car and arrived before 5 people but was not helped until hours later until after everyone else was helped before me even though I arrived first. Incompetent workers kept losing lot number and information. Will NEVER do business with this Copart again. DON’T RECOMMEND!

Be aware that Copart will use every excuse and delay tactic to nor return your deposit. It's been 2 months of calling and they're still saying it'll be another month. Poor customer service the entire 2 years and $100,000 I've spent there.

DO NOT BUY HERE. This place is unprofessional, and improperly lists the vehicles they sell. They have multiple hidden fees, the staff here are very rude, arrogant, and are bothered when you ask questions pertaining to your purchase, or checking in. Expect any vehicle you buy here to have been handled poorly, and to be bent over backwards with their fees.

Copart fees are crazy, I had cashiers checks to pay for my card, after driving 3 hrs I arrive to realize there’s late payments and storage so checks were no longer enough to cover balance,,, didn’t have enough cash either, but the staff was absolutely incredible,,, they helped so much trying to get it resolved , and finally the manager overrode the fees I got loaded and on my way!!! Hope to be back soon!!

Best customer service ever! They asked if I was ok after learning I got hit by a deer. I was frazzled and didn’t know what to do and Becky was so helpful and nice! Then when I had to pick up my things and turn spare key in Melie was so nice, helpful, and so was the rest of the staff. Including the sweet girl who had to walk who knows how far back of the lot to get my item from the car that was special to me and I had forgotten when cleaning out my car. Thanks for making a sad experience (loosing my car to a deer) a great customer experience. Thank you!

Rude and the app sucks .spent 7 hours to pick up 2 cars had 8 to get but didn't happen. The make a appointment on a app that don't work right is bull and I will be calling Monday to someone over the ones there .that's not how u treat customers or there transport people.

The 3 madames That work in the Office were great service because I went in there and I didn't know how to get my car They said you had to download an app make an appointment which I was cluelessAnd they see me struggling then they show me how to do all that so thank you to the staff and to the 3 Young ladies that work in the office. And for the forklift driver thank you for lifting the car up for I can change my tire I recommend this place

This company is unbelievable. Due to the nature of their business, people come from all over to view and pick up what they have to sell. Every location is operated differently. So every time you go to a location, you have new rules, viewing times, etc. Drove three hours today only to be told I could not view a car because today was their auction day and it is unsafe to have customers out in the yard. When asked where this was posted or how I was supposed to know this, they said "you could have called". I even checked in with their online app as a viewing member, was placed in a waiting que without any of this info given until after the wait and asked to come inside to the counter. Left and called customer service to ask for a refund of my membership fees. They did credit them back without any trouble. Otherwise, I would leave no stars. **So even worse, they have "Preview Hours" listed on the website page for this location that show 8-5 Monday-Friday.**. If simple info like this is inaccurate, what about anything that really is important?

After dealing with the terrible service of Geico following an accident with one of their policy holders, I was finally told my car was at Copart. I went promptly to clean out my car and retrieve personal items. When my car was brought to the front there was only 1 plastic sack with items and my license plates. I asked about the personal items in my car and items from my rear view mirror and visor and the man explained those are automatically trashed upon arrival. After speaking with office manager she proceeded to tell me that my car has been in many hands before reaching them and could have been ejected from the car in the accident (I was rear ended with no shattered glass). Then was extremely rude trying to find a solution despite the man having told me those items were trashed. They had no right to my property as I haven’t released the title and those personal items, such as prayer cards and family keepsakes, will never be able to be replaced. Not to mention the spare change, office supplies, and other items stolen from my car. Would give negative stars if possible.

They say it runs and drives but if you ask them whether I can drive from their locations, they will say they don't recommend. Recently I bought 3 cars out of which 2 don't have catalytic converter. Very BAD EXPERIENCE.... They certify cars that it drives in road with limited speed but it's TOTALLY not true. They are not TRUSTWORTHY.

Incredibly rude office staff. Got mad at an older man because he couldn’t figure out there online service where you have to book an appointment (for a towing place??) Rolled their eyes at my bf and made it OBVIOUS they were at an inconvenience. When we finally got his car, (the towing guy was really nice), the windshield sun blinds were stolen from his car, which was the only thing (plus his license plate) that he wanted. bad service, missing stuff. would never use again.

I recently purchased a car at this location and I had a few questions. I emailed the general manager Jeremy and I immediately got assistance, awesome experience and I feel he went above and beyond! I've purchased from multiple locations and so far it has been smooth sailing thanks to the great employees I've had contact with. Update 02/01/20 - I received the car, unfortunately it came with additional damage that occurred after the initial auction photographs were taken. The passenger door and fender need replacement now. I suspect another car got smashed into it while being moved inside the Copart lot. It's unfortunate but these things happen I suppose, out of 8 cars I've purchased from various Copart locations, this is my first time running into this type of issue, it is what it is. The manager of this location was very responsive when I brought the issue to him, unfortunately there isn't anything that can be done. This wouldn't stop me from purchasing another car from this specific location but I'd be a little more cautious since someone there is further damaging cars and not reporting it. When bidding on cars you take into account the visible issues and bid accordingly. You expect damage to the undercarriage due to the forks and other small issues but not something like this. An additional door and fender aren't a big deal over all but I expect better quality control on their behalf, even if it is dealing with salvage cars. I'm still lucky the additional damage wasn't worse. The 1 picture below shows how it was pictured for the auction and the 2 other pictures how it arrived.

After my car was totaled last week and it got towed to Copart, I made a 40 MINUTE DRIVE to recover my $35 front plate off of it before we sold it for salvage. I got all the way there just to realize one of their employees had stolen it off a car that still belongs to me, assuming I wouldn’t come for it. They made no efforts to figure out who did it or to reimburse me for what they stole. On top of all of that, I and very diligent about keeping my car clean and keeping dirt out of the inside and the interior drivers side door looked like someone had walked all over it with muddy boots. Including all over my drivers side speaker. This company has a theif(s) among them, poor customer service, and doesn’t at all respect the fact that some of the car on their lot are still in someone else’s name and messing with them is a crime. Very disappointed.

Trying to look at vehicles here is tough. Times change often when you can preview vehicles. The manager tells me they are under staffed so I can only preview Monday Tuesday and half a day Wednesday. I have been buying from copart for 20 years, they keep making it harder to buy here which pushes prices down. Wish this problem was fixed. Crashed toys are next to the gate and I still can't look, not good business.

I have been attempting to call them after a lot I won and paid for was unable to be delivered by the shipping company due to the ongoing pandemic. They continue to add storage fees now which at this point are more than I paid for the lot and since I can’t get a hold of this specific yard even after several voicemail messages I’ve left and I’ve even talked to the main office and all they told me was that they couldn’t assist me and that I’d have to contact them. This has been a horrible experience and I’m out 1100 bucks right now and I’m not getting any assistance I’m hoping that maybe this review will get their attention to help me. I work with the USCG and have a limited time frame during this pandemic especially when I’m duty and would appreciate a call back and resolution where I’m not paying for something I’m unable to get member I’d 394473

If I could leave negative stars I most certainly would. I was trying to help a disabled client who was in an awful accident and sustained several broken ribs to get their scooter out of the vehicle that had been towed. The hospital had given the client a manual wheelchair but with being a disabled Veteran with broken ribs he could not manage to get around with the chair and desperately needed his scooter. I called the tow company and the woman was rude on the phone, stating that the van was parked in the mud and she had told the client that they could not get to his scooter which was in the van. Being that they literally own tow trucks I don't know what was so impossible about getting the scooter. Once our staff arrived to obtain the scooter the personel was extremely rude and hostile, constantly reminding them that they closed in 15 minutes and then made them sign several documents all the while telling them what time it was and rushing them, they even threatened to lock them in the gates!!!! I don't know about anyone else but being unwilling to help a disabled Veteran, even when they literally had to do nothing, our guys did all the work and heavy lifting, is inexcusable and down right Un-american. I will never recommend this company to any of our clients as they are mostly Veterans and all disabled. This company is by far one of the rudest I have ever encountered.

I've bought several vehicles from copart auctions, with this location being the worst by far. The blonde lady at the counter told me the exact amount for the cashier's check, and to be there no later than Friday 4:30 pm. I was there first thing Friday morning, she took the check and said now 50.00 more for a late fee. She was rude and unfriendly. The manager at this location, Jeremy refused to offer solution even though I showed up with the exact amount, and earlier than expected. My sale was approved and the deal was done afternoon Tuesday Jan 9th, they stuck me with a late fee of 50.00 late fee (after they took my cashier's check!) on Friday Jan 12th 9:00 am. I've spent a lot of time trying to get it straightened out. Jeremy, you and your office personel are unprofessional, I want the late fee refunded imediatly.
