This transfer station is poorly designed and managed. I’m happy to take my business elsewhere, even if it means I have to drive an extra 30 min out of the way. City of Fayetteville can, and should, do better.
OMG Braxton the guard at the booth is so disrespectful he yelled at me today really with fighting words, he thinks he owns the place and yelling at me saying that if I don't like his attitude I can stop using this transfer station. This guy really needs to get some real customer service training. Besides that the transfer station is very clean.
I’ll be upfront and say this isn’t about the drop off center but the regular recycling services doesn’t have a Google page and it’s all connected. The recycling service in Fayetteville sucks. They frequently skip my house (or one of my neighbors) and will constantly leave small pieces of cardboard of small plastic containers in my yard/street.
The guy at the scales that weighs your vehicle and you pay. Definitely seems like he's pretty miserable he's less than friendly. But the dump itself is easy to use as long as there's not a big line. I guess when you work for the city you can act however you want. You would think you're the face of a brand name I.e the city of Fayetteville that you would act a little more normal. I've never liked when someone acts like i'm doing them a favor when they're providing a service to me.
Is it possible to do 0 stars on here? If so, that the rating I give to the front scale guard alone who disrespected my friend all because he tried to return vest back while the guard was taking to somebody. Braxton yelled at my friend and asked him if he was deaf or blind. I get it if you hate your job or whatever but to take it out on someone trying to be polite is so unprofessional! 0/10
We went to this place to drop off lumber, and we went to drop off the vest to the scale house gaurd braxton, we didn't see signs where to put the vest he gave us so we reached opemed the window to drop off the vest and He immediately became disrespectful and rude saying are you deaf and blind to my co worker, to never touch the glass that he isnt entitled and what not. i get it if you dont like your job, but disrespect is not, and will not be tolerated. Let Braxton know please.
Braxton the front scale guard . Absolutely disrespectful, all because you miss play something . Calling people blind and deaf. CUSSING . I will never go back there again . This guy is rude . Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Ruined my day . He be-little me . Extremely hurt
