Towed my car at 6 pm and they close at 4pm. I wasn't able to get my car till the next day. Worst towing service ever. Who tows a car when they're closed and your not able to get the car until the next business day.
Transparency, everybody needs to make a dollar and i completely understand that. I will start off by saying I didn’t do my due diligence in asking questions upfront. Though it just sucks when a business is not upfront with how they are charging and which I should have asked day of my accident. Total was $540, but please pay attention next if you don’t know much about these places or situations. They offered to take $100 off my bill to get it out of the yard to salvage so I wouldn’t keep getting charged. I had already made prior arrangements with company to sell the car for xna amount. For shits and giggles I called closes salvage yard to them which said they are full don’t want any vehicles. Told them the vehicle, they said they would come get it right then for 1k within 2 minute conversation. The lack transparency in this tow yard would have got me for $1440 total (which I got more) if I had zero idea in the world like someone may. Just heads up, be transparent with your customer always and let’s try not to run up people that may not know or are not expecting to be taken advantage of! I may have events or things twisted wrong they weren’t trying to do but I just want someone to know if this occurs to them to be know honestly!
Very poor customer service. The location I showed up to was the wrong one and the employees there didn’t help at all with finding the address where I needed to go (their own company). Got to the impound lot and a bunch of employees were sitting around on their phones and they weren’t in any sort of hurry to help me. Absolutely horrendous service here.
yall damaged my car and charged me a extra 50$ bc i have front wheel drive and the lady tried to say her day was going worse than mine not very professional
Had a breakdown and called your number. Your dispatch lady was very kind, saying she would get someone out to me as quick as she could. Hayden showed up within 20 minutes of my call, and since this was the beginning of rush hour, I was delighted! Hayden my van hooked up and delivered to my home in no time at all. He was efficient, professional, and very helpful. I wanted to give y'all a big shout out for GREAT service and efficiency. Thank you for making a challenging afternoon a lot better!
My car got some passenger side door damage during a tow. Accidents happen. Greg, the owner, made sure everything got fixed. He set me up with a rental, put a whole new door on my car, and even went the extra mile to fix paint scratches on my car. Even though nobody wants to get towed, NWA towing and recovery makes it easy and stress free. They treat their customers with respect and do their jobs well and in a timely manner.
It’s never fun having your car impounded but come in with respect and you’ll be treated the same. Peggy was extremely helpful. Good people just doing their job
Admittedly, my brand new car was towed from the building I live at because my parking expired (moved my car to a covered spot to avoid hail damage). I came to my car when it was in the process of being towed, and the older Caucasian male proceeded with being extremely rude as I asked if there was anyway I could pay part of the fee associated with him having to drive and set the car. However, he rudely implied that I did not live here as if bewildered that I could live in luxury apartment. The entire time he raised his voice and continued to imply that I didn’t live there until security showed up and confirmed. I can attest this behavior is not acceptable, and is RACIAL PROFILING. I would strongly advise against business here.
I cannot say enough good things about Terry, he went above and beyond to help me out. He was very helpful, he let me watch him install my new battery and explained how it worked, as a 21 year old girl I’ve never felt more taken care of and safe as far as something like this goes. 10/10 Terry. Will recommend. Terry for president.
They like lying to insurance companies saying they're in their way and then steal the $800 you paid and refuse to pick the person up. Then keep claiming it's because they're "busy". Husband has been on the side of the busy hwy with heavy traffic for 2 hours and they're saying he needs to wait another hour or more. Avoid this place at all costs!!!
I locked the key to my car in the car. As always, NWA Towing was quick to my rescue. They are friendly and professional. NWA Towing is the only place I call when I need a key retrieved from me locking it in. I've also used them for towing and they take special care of your vehicle.
These folks were fast, professional, and understanding. I called for a private impound, and they were on my property in 20 minutes. The owner claimed the vehicle as the towing process began, and your driver resolved the situation to everyone's satisfaction. I appreciate your understanding and excellent customer service. This is the service I will recommend.
My truck broke down on the side of the road and all the other towing companies were a 2 hour wait. Dalton arrived ASAP and made the process very easy and fast. Great service all around, Dalton no doubt deserves a raise.
My vehicle completely broke down at a stop light. Couldn’t get it to go or move out of park. NWA was called onto the scene by Fayetteville PD. I had no money, I lived 50+ miles away and couldn’t afford to pay to have it moved to a parking lot so it would have been towed to NWA lot. The guy who came to the scenes name was Dwayne. He really came through and saved me from going through even more trouble in my life, losing my wife, prevented me from having it towed and not being to pay to get it out and have me 40 bucks to help me and kids out because I had just used all my money to buy my wife flowers to get her back and a full tank to make it to work. These guys are so nice and professional and Dwayne deserves a medal for his kind deeds and I rate this company a 5 star for the kindness and professionalism they provided! I am for ever grateful to Dwayne and NWA towing
I was so stressed about my vehicle being towed until I walked into this shop! Everyone is super helpful and kind, Peggy Sue & Dwayne made my experience stress free and simple. Just want to give a shout out to Nate and Johnny with NWA TOWING for SAVING THE COLD WEATHER EARLY MORNING!!!! Arrived upon a situation of being locked out of a vehicle...not mine... just a young man at the gas station. I assisted him with getting some help. Already working hard...Nate and Johnny took time from their morning to come to the rescue...after they dropped the car they had they came back and unlocked the car in a flash!!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! THANKS GUYS!!! Y'ALL ROCKED IT ALL THE WAY!!!
I was waiting this morning for a car towing. He didn't show up and no one called me. I had to reschedule for the afternoon. Later that morning I called again saying that I will be home earlier if he was available to tow my truck. She started laughing at me with someone else, making fun of my accent. I was obviously being discriminated by the two employees. I ended up cancelling my appointment.
the weekend staff woman was beyond rude when asking for information related to my car being towed. first of all i parked for 10 minutes and she claimed that it was for 30 and wasn’t telling me where to go to get my vehicle. i have work and am now 4 hours late because she claimed that she wouldn’t be available until “7 p.m.” when this occurred at 4. why would i have to wait if the vehicle was just towed…… zero help and she gave the most attitude. i can’t believe people like this are in the workforce
Visiting Arkansas got in a vehicle accident. Car got wrecked wasn’t able to get my belongings due to not having my title. Waited until DMV sent me a duplicate. Once tittle arrived I Went in to get my belongings just to find out my stereo and sound system were STOLEN!! To make things even worse front desk lady said “ we are not even sure if the car even had a stereo system to begin with” Really unprofessional and very Inadequate way of providing SECURITY of others belonging. Extremely upset.
I parked in a church parking lot Saturday night and should have read the sign! and got back to my truck at 1am on a tow truck after a night with friends (Yikes!). The driver was cool, charged me $50 to drop the truck. A minimal fee, I mean, they were doing their job. and I was thankful. The driver and I joked for a moment and I was on my way. Not the end of the world.
Didnt say the price over the phone and operator tried to call the cops on me for not being able to pay. Like no work was done the guy just came out to give the estimate. That man, the towing man, was so polite and understanding. I told him i couldnt pay and appologized and he was so nice he told me he hopes i have a good night and was sorry he couldnt help.
... then the operator called and she yells at me saying how dare I call a company and not be able to pay for the service and she didn't even tell me over the phone how much it was going to cost up front so I could tell her not to send a driver out. Most disrespectful person ive ever heard. She tried to call the cops on me for theft of time
Excellent service! Eric was out within 20 minutes to winch our car out of a steep incline after a deer ran in front of us. He was completely professional, careful and thorough in his work. Thanks to Eric & NWA Towing, we got our car back on the road with no additional damage. Highly recommended!
Called NWA Towing and Recovery to help a customer who had been stuck on our gravel lot in the mud. They came and helped our visitor back out. Because it was such a quick fix and they didn't even use the tow truck, they didn't even charge us. They will be my go-to when I need it! They were so so helpful!
When I wrecked my car, the service at NWA towing was excellent. Being a student and far away from home, I wasn't sure what I needed to do. Terry made me feel so at ease in a stressful situation. He was calm and collected and assured me that cars can be replaced. I also received great customer service from Mrs. Peggy at the front desk. She helped me make sure I had all my documents in order and even helped me out on my insurance call. I couldn't have asked for better people to help me during this stressful incident and I highly recommend NWA towing for any vehicle trouble in Fayetteville.
My car was located in front of my apt. building this morning and needed a tow. Business shows that they are 1.9 miles from me. They moved it 1 min from the street into the parking lot and charged 131.70. I am pissed! I feel ripped off/cheated. The police got them to come out. Next time, I will be more patient and call around for price quotes. Plus, the receipt shows the wrong time that they came out by many hours.
Rude, rude, rude! I just had a car accident with a shattered right leg, and I was the only one allowed back into the lot to claim the items from my car I am on crutches and I had to walk to the back quarter of the lot to point out which 1 was actually my car. I really should changes to 2 stars being that, the gentlemen in the back are good old boys and bent over backwards to help in any way they could. It was the front staff Namely Stephanie the receptionist that was very inconsiderate and down right mean when there was no reason to be. This place is definitely not meant to be a service industry that actually care about the customers opinion of them. By the way not very wheel chair/crutch accessible.
We are so appreciative to NWA Towing for treating us with respect and working hard to make a difficult situation doable. The driver was kind, patient, and the price was reasonable. It is such a relief to work with a business that values customer service and care, and we are particularly appreciative to the excellent NWA employee who took care of our needs last night. James and the driver (I forgot his name) saved us on a very rough day. They both got to us quickly and made sure my family was safe and even helped us find and get to a hotel. They did a great job. We are grateful for them. The price was even reasonable.
The driver showed up very promptly. He actually tried a reset button to see if he could get my car to start based on what I thought the problem was. When that didn't work, he did a great job maneuvering in the tight space and sloped driveway. The driver was polite, friendly, and professional.
