First time my car needed to be towed, everything worked out fine, driver got there after about an hour. The most recent time I tried to have my car towed, the driver did not show up after about hour and 15 minutes. I had to cancel and not waste more time. The dispatch informed me they were backed up with towing for the police. Just know that dispatch only gives an estimates for arrival time (45 min) and that’s the same estimate I always get. I will be trying a different company next time.
Huge shoutout to this towing service for coming to my rescue when my car stalled in the middle of the road. They got me safely out of traffic, and towed my car to a secure parking area. The service was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful during a stressful situation. I really appreciated how calm and efficient they were. Highly recommend if you ever find yourself needing a tow!

This company is awesome! They are quick to respond and are quick getting in and out. In the past I had to call for a quote on a tow and I spoke with Anthony. He was friendly and extremely helpful answering all the questions I had. Appreciate the business they do.
I was T-Boned and my jeep got towed to NWA towing. Anthony was the guy that came to tow my jeep from the scene. He was super friendly and helpful! The next day when I came to the tow yard to get my stuff out of the jeep the ladies in the office were super friendly and helpful as well. thank you for making this scary, upsetting time for me more bareable
Breakdowns are stressful — I get that — but this experience was unacceptable.
After the initial driver arrived, I was informed a rollback truck was required and told one would be sent. After two hours with no communication, I called dispatch and was told there was no record of a rollback being dispatched. I was then assured the “next available truck” would be sent.
After another two hours, I called again. A different dispatcher answered, had no knowledge of the job, and then told me they could no longer take the call at all.
Because of this lack of coordination and follow-through, I missed:
getting my vehicle to the shop before closing
transportation to pick up a rental car I had already paid for
and ultimately a full day of work
I understand roadside situations can be complicated, but once your driver confirmed a rollback was coming, the responsibility was on dispatch to follow through or communicate delays. Four hours of silence, no continuity between dispatchers, and ultimately abandoning the job is not acceptable.
This company operates in situations where customers are already stranded and stressed. Clear communication and basic accountability matter — neither was present here.
I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you need reliable, time-sensitive service.
Car towed from church lot at 12am on a Sunday. $200 for holding my car for less than 10 hours. Tow truck driver got out of his vehicle like he was gonna fight me, aggressive, yelling expletives to me at the shop. Just hope you don't have to deal with them
They did not take my car where I said to take my car. They took it to their tow yard so they could charge fees. When I called to see if my vehicle made it to where I asked them to tow it they said my vehicle never arrived so then I called the tow company and of course they don't give you any answers over the phone so then I had to go in person to several of their offices to find my vehicle please don't use this towing service unless you just want to waste your time and money.
Towed my sons car from a university lot, which is fine, but damaged beyond repair the front tire and wheel. Denied doing it, but luckily the university was able to provide video. They can mess with my attorney now. $1800 damage to the vehicle. .
Transparency, everybody needs to make a dollar and i completely understand that. I will start off by saying I didn’t do my due diligence in asking questions upfront. Though it just sucks when a business is not upfront with how they are charging and which I should have asked day of my accident. Total was $540, but please pay attention next if you don’t know much about these places or situations. They offered to take $100 off my bill to get it out of the yard to salvage so I wouldn’t keep getting charged. I had already made prior arrangements with company to sell the car for xna amount. For shits and giggles I called closes salvage yard to them which said they are full don’t want any vehicles. Told them the vehicle, they said they would come get it right then for 1k within 2 minute conversation. The lack transparency in this tow yard would have got me for $1440 total (which I got more) if I had zero idea in the world like someone may. Just heads up, be transparent with your customer always and let’s try not to run up people that may not know or are not expecting to be taken advantage of! I may have events or things twisted wrong they weren’t trying to do but I just want someone to know if this occurs to them to be know honestly!
Had a breakdown and called your number. Your dispatch lady was very kind, saying she would get someone out to me as quick as she could. Hayden showed up within 20 minutes of my call, and since this was the beginning of rush hour, I was delighted! Hayden my van hooked up and delivered to my home in no time at all. He was efficient, professional, and very helpful. I wanted to give y'all a big shout out for GREAT service and efficiency. Thank you for making a challenging afternoon a lot better!
My car got some passenger side door damage during a tow. Accidents happen. Greg, the owner, made sure everything got fixed. He set me up with a rental, put a whole new door on my car, and even went the extra mile to fix paint scratches on my car. Even though nobody wants to get towed, NWA towing and recovery makes it easy and stress free. They treat their customers with respect and do their jobs well and in a timely manner.
It’s never fun having your car impounded but come in with respect and you’ll be treated the same. Peggy was extremely helpful. Good people just doing their job
Admittedly, my brand new car was towed from the building I live at because my parking expired (moved my car to a covered spot to avoid hail damage). I came to my car when it was in the process of being towed, and the older Caucasian male proceeded with being extremely rude as I asked if there was anyway I could pay part of the fee associated with him having to drive and set the car. However, he rudely implied that I did not live here as if bewildered that I could live in luxury apartment. The entire time he raised his voice and continued to imply that I didn’t live there until security showed up and confirmed. I can attest this behavior is not acceptable, and is RACIAL PROFILING. I would strongly advise against business here.
I cannot say enough good things about Terry, he went above and beyond to help me out. He was very helpful, he let me watch him install my new battery and explained how it worked, as a 21 year old girl I’ve never felt more taken care of and safe as far as something like this goes. 10/10 Terry. Will recommend. Terry for president.
I locked the key to my car in the car. As always, NWA Towing was quick to my rescue. They are friendly and professional. NWA Towing is the only place I call when I need a key retrieved from me locking it in. I've also used them for towing and they take special care of your vehicle.
These folks were fast, professional, and understanding. I called for a private impound, and they were on my property in 20 minutes. The owner claimed the vehicle as the towing process began, and your driver resolved the situation to everyone's satisfaction. I appreciate your understanding and excellent customer service. This is the service I will recommend.
My truck broke down on the side of the road and all the other towing companies were a 2 hour wait. Dalton arrived ASAP and made the process very easy and fast. Great service all around, Dalton no doubt deserves a raise.

the weekend staff woman was beyond rude when asking for information related to my car being towed. first of all i parked for 10 minutes and she claimed that it was for 30 and wasn’t telling me where to go to get my vehicle. i have work and am now 4 hours late because she claimed that she wouldn’t be available until “7 p.m.” when this occurred at 4. why would i have to wait if the vehicle was just towed…… zero help and she gave the most attitude. i can’t believe people like this are in the workforce
Excellent service! Eric was out within 20 minutes to winch our car out of a steep incline after a deer ran in front of us. He was completely professional, careful and thorough in his work. Thanks to Eric & NWA Towing, we got our car back on the road with no additional damage. Highly recommended!
James and the driver (I forgot his name) saved us on a very rough day. They both got to us quickly and made sure my family was safe and even helped us find and get to a hotel. They did a great job. We are grateful for them. The price was even reasonable.
