Super friendly, quick and came through in the clutch. Hopefully won’t be in this situation again, but if I am - I know who I am going to call every time.
NO stars - one of their drivers crashed into my car and they have been avoiding talking to the insurance company. So unprofessional and would NOT recommend them.
These people are angels! A family member and I were desperately trying to get from Fort Smith to the hospital in Springdale in time to see someone in the ER. It was a literal life or death situation. My 2007 Nissan XTerra had started failing before we got off the interstate and I was just barely able to coast my way into the Fiesta Square shopping center in Fayetteville. (I tried contacting the Nissan dealership .5 miles away, but was asked to wait for a call back from a manager to see if they could work me in, and was given an 800 # to call for towing. I tried that but it was obvious that wasn’t going to be fast enough so gave up on it almost as soon as I started.) A quick Google search found Complete Towing for me so I called. Hazel answered immediately. In a shaking voice, I told her where I was from, where my car was currently broke down, and the emergency situation we were in. I said “I need a tow truck, a mechanic, and help getting to the hospital.” She said she would send a tow truck immediately and gave me two local options for mechanics that they recommend. Hazel said they couldn’t provide a ride but recommended an Uber. I called the first mechanic (May’s Auto) and they agreed to work on my car. Since I’ve never had to use an Uber before, I was in the process of downloading the app in order to hurriedly set up an account, but the download was lagging. That’s when I got a call back from one of the tow truck drivers. He advised that they had two trucks on the way… one to tow my car, the other to give us a ride to the hospital!! The driver was incredibly kind to us and we were doing some heavy duty praying the entire way. He dropped us off right at the ER doors and we thankfully made it there in time to see our loved one before it was too late.
Start to finish, Complete Towing went from an urgent call of extreme distress to safely delivering us to our destination, all in under 30 minutes. We cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond in their excellent service and their extreme kindness.
Complete Towing came in CLUTCH today when we broke down on the side of the interstate. In less than half an hour they had gotten to me and were getting my car hooked up. I will never have enough kind things to say about this company and the people who work there.
Absolute garbage. Without a doubt the worst towing company in the area if not the state. They went thru everything in my car and stole several necklaces that were Christmas presents for my children. Complete lack of respect for others and expensive for labors they do not even complete like picking up parts from crashed vehicles. They should be shut down immediately. If you have to get a car towed push it or drag it by hand before letting these people near it.
Great tow company! I love working with them. They are kind, easy to reach, and handle requests quickly. They operate ethically, always going through the proper channels before towing a vehicle.
Having anyone towed is not a pleasant feeling. Complete towing is kind and professional, super quick and goes through the right measures to make sure the towing is warranted. The woman who answers the phone is always friendly and gives a great expectation of timeline. Couldn’t recommend their professionalism enough.
I called to have my truck towed to a repair shop. The phone was answered right away and the woman helping me was super friendly. The driver arrived about an hour later. He explained exactly what he was doing and make small talk. They're down to earth friendly folks. Their prices were far cheaper than other companies. I highly recommend them.
The rudest tow truck driver I have ever encountered. I was trying to pick up my daughter at her apartment. He came running at my car extremely aggressively yelling at me that I was impeding his towing work. I wasn’t in his way, just next to the curb waiting. No class. No professionalism. I treat people with respect, and so, I let it go. He’s going to pull that aggressiveness/ nasty attitude with the wrong person and regret it I fear.
I needed my car towed to a mechanic, and I'm so glad I called around to get quotes because they offered the best price by a long shot. It was a flat rate of just under a hundred dollars for five miles. They arrived within thirty minutes of my call. I want to give a shout-out to Nick, who was so kind and professional, which made all the difference after a stressful day! I would definitely use them again!
Called once. Got an answer. She hung up on me. Called back about 17 times. Still trying and no one is answering. I’m still trying and no answer.4 drillbrick editing this because I kept trying to call and after over 100 calls no answer. I even had my wife try to call.edited again because got whole of the owner and guy told me no trucks available. And that I had not been trying to call. But I’ve got a picture of the 100 time me and my wife have tried to call and owner yelled and me threatening to call the cops because they wouldn’t answer the phone
I would give ZERO stars if I could. I heard my car being towed outside my house. I walked out quickly and asked if I could move it. My car was hooked up and he made me pay. He had no remorse and didn’t give me the chance to move it. I had to spend $80 I don’t have as a broke college student just because this guy is an Ahole!
They got to me quickly and the gentleman didn't mind explaining what was happening as he hooked up my car he was so polite and drove very carefully with my BMW I'm a little particular with my baby lol so I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I wouldn't call anyone else now
Even though it sucks being towed, the people who run complete towing are wonderfully kind and respectful. If you get towed its likely for a good reason. Mariah was super helpful to me when i got towed by an uncontracted company, not Complete Towing. They are extremely cheap compared to the other impound lots in NWA as well. At least 100$ cheaper, and again extremely kind and helpful.
I called them two different times on a Sunday, once at around 1:30pm and another at around 9pm - both times for cars parked in my reserved space. Both times, a driver was there inside of 20 minutes and were quick to remove the improperly parked car. I never thought I'd have a towing company I'd prefer but considering how quickly these guys respond - especially in the weekend, they're now my top option. Thank you!!
This towing company is the definition of evil. I seriously do not know how they live with themselves. They simply lack compassion, understanding, and have no respect for human life. They are the epitome of greedy, money-seeking, disgusting individuals. These types of people make me lose hope in humanity. They do not care about anything ethical, they only care about how many cars they can tow so that way they can take your money. In my opinion, it’s an elaborate scam to steal. “Legalized” stealing. I don’t know how they get away with it. The workers are rude, disrespectful, and an abomination. I’m looking into suing them because I think they may have towed my car illegally.
I get there is a need for a towing service. And I understand mistakes can be made and happen to everyone. But I don't understand the obvious carelessness (or inabilities) of the tow truck drivers who damage cars while in the process of towing...and then don't want to be accountable for said carelessness (or, again, simple inability to do the job without damaging someone else's automobile).
Hire good drivers. Train those drivers. Reprimand those who make mistakes. And be accountable for damages that did not exist before you were involved. It's really simple.
The "good" reviews here are from those who CALLED to tow a car, it seems....of course you guys are nice and professional in those instances. Why not act the same way all the time?
Just because someone parks illegally doesn't give anyone the right to carelessly handle towing them, cause damages that will cost money to repair, and then shrug it off as not their fault.
This isn't a review about towing cars. It's about the subsequent damages being caused by a company who doesn't care.
A 2.5 star rating from 120 something reviews isn't a coincidence. Food for thought, anyway.
Don't give these guys an excuse to tow you!
People park in front of my house at the cottages without permits overnight constantly and take the few spots we have near our house and Complete Towing is always soooo nice to us and comes as quick as they can! They call us back to let us know the car has been moved and towed so we can take the spot in front of our house back they are always so kind to us! All the bad reviews are just because people don’t follow parking rules and get sad when their cars are towed! They are really nice and helpful!
I understand that if your car is already in their yard it is too late and you'll have to pay to get it back, but I'm posting this so that hopefully someone at the company sees it and reevaluates their business model. I overstayed a guest pass that I received for an apartment building and was subsequently towed - this is completely my fault and I don't blame them for towing my car to their lot. I blame them for sending me a letter informing me that my car had been towed. It took 11 days for the letter to arrive, accruing a $10 per day fee. The guest pass in my windshield had my name and phone number very clearly written on it, and when they took my VIN number from my windshield they HAD to have seen it. They also surely ran my license plate number which would have pulled up my name and phone number, but they ignored all of that and chose to send a letter - deliberately going the extra mile and creating more work for themselves to keep me away from my car and cost me more money. I understand they have to make money, but I think they should do that by expanding their services like flat tire repair or breakdown pickup that actually do good for people and the community. Instead they choose to screw people over and make peoples’ lives worse when they don’t have to.
I called to have my car towed to the body shop and the person on the phone was friendly, they showed up within hours (I actually had to make them wait until I was home and asked for a call before they left so that I made sure my car was cleaned out of all of my personal items before they arrived), the guy called as asked and was very professional when he arrived. He took good care of my vehicle as well.
