I had an issue with a trailer I was towing and was over 100 miles to my destination. I called them and they were very helpful from the start. They advised me up front of their per mile rate and total for the tow, they also gave me some suggestions of getting it fixed in town to avoid the costly tow. It was better for me to just have the trailer towed to the destination. John, the driver was friendly, informative and a master at what he does. Highly recommend this company.
Car got stuck in a ditch by construction, back tire was up. I called 1st Response and they were there in less than 15 minutes. They were very kind and communicated exactly what was happening. Got my car out fast with no damages. I’m so thankful that I called them.

No luck. 1st response towing was the first person to pop up on Google, communication was excellent and the price was even better, once compared to other price quotes. Thank you. Your driver did an excellent job pulling that girl’s car out of the ditch. No long wait time when we called. I think it took apx. 20 minutes or little less for driver to show up. Avoid the hassle & call 1st response towing when in need!
Fantastic towing service! Quoted a 45 minute wait, truck showed up in 20-25 minutes. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very friendly. The man and woman who towed my car were also super friendly. Best of all, I paid what I was quoted, not a cent more. Great people and great company!
There is a reason this company is so highly rated. My daughter's car broke down on the interstate on her birthday and we are from out of town. I was nervous about being taken advantage of being a woman when you hear about this stuff happening all the time but that was not the case. They worked with me on a great payment. The two people that I talked to were very pleasant. I appreciate everything they did for us. This is an excellent company. I highly recommend.
