Phone service and getting the part is much easier then going in store. The female advisor was rude and didn't listen she insisted on giving me a part I said was wrong, then answered a call in the middle of helping me. The gentleman in the office next to her was helpful and ran the vin as I asked and got me the right part.. so good quality parts, just use the phone number and avoid that headache...
Called lkq to find a black hood for a 16 year old car so it wouldn't have to be painted. I talked to a sells man named Jason at ext.3175 and he told me that they had one in South Texas but that they didn't ship used hoods. witch was fine so my customer took a vacation day to go get it a 12 hour round trip. and was supposed to get a radiator support as well. When he got down there the hood was blue and the radiator support was broken. He went ahead and got the hood thinking it was the only one that they had. Monday when I found out I called Jason on Tuesday to see what went wrong and his response to me was that they have know control over the part's you get so I have to ask you if they can't control what parts you get why would you use them they are a third party getting you the parts. From now on I will get online at car-parts .com and deal directly with the salvage company so I would recommend to anyone needing parts to go this route. when I told him I was going to give a bad review he hung up on me so there you go for what kind of customer service they have
Took a couple of tries for them to finally get me the correct parts I ordered they made it right in the end but the customer service at the front desk is terrible.
This is the worst experience of my life. Used LKQ in the past and never any problems. After 5 days of being lied and getting the run around. I canceled my order and called Payless auto salvage. They took my payment over the phone and everything was taking care of in 30 minutes. Highly recommended Payless Auto Salvage!
I already tried that with your manager Jerry. I will not be going back and will never recommend this company to anyone again.
This is all 100% true, or I would not take the time to tell it. LKQ shipped us a reman engine. The engine was put together wrong, so per LKQ's instructions we spent $4800 on repairing the internal engine issue. We turned that invoice in to them about 75 days ago.
We got reimbursed $1500. Now when we ask what is going on, and when can we get reimbursed the remainder, we get no response. These people have no integrity. We won't buy another part for them for any reason.
If u are looking for parts check this place out before you go anywhere! Also they are across the US if they don't got it here they might at there other locations!
Tyler!! Great service. I had called couple weeks ago and I decided to try elsewhere. Tyler spent was a while looking for what I needed and found them. I decided I would go elsewhere, thinking I had found a better deal(WRONG). I called him back today and he was able to pull up my name, he had saved everything. He told me the price and it was well under a 100 dollars from what Rock Auto quoted, after they quoted me a different price 2 days before. U Pull It auto wanted 400 and I would have to pull the parts myself. Thank you Tyler, you saved me.
Bad no phone number just a 800 number that not the number that I need tried to call the Fayetteville ar and it calls tolsa ok just because I have a ok phone number
Had a fantastic experience with them I brought them the alternator off my sister's vehicle and the make and model of my sister's vehicle they ordered it for me. Call me the next day and work with me on getting the VIN number to make sure we got the right alternator because the one that came off the vehicle someone had put the wrong one on and messed it up. Thank you staff at LKQ Northwest Arkansas :-)
This place is a JOKE! I went last month to get a starter for my 2003 Toyota Corolla and after paying over $80 they give me the entirely wrong one!! I go back give them the starter for a Geand Cherokee that they had given me took in my core and now it’s goin on 20 days! And I’m STILL yet to see my check for my core! PEOPLE DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND TIME HERE!
(Btw I have called constantly and they don’t answer!)
Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and kind. They not only had the wheels we needed cheaper than the other places we tried. They helped us fix a problem with our vehicle that arose at there establishment. They fixed the issue wouldn't take any payment for their time or bolt and provided us with water while we waited. Their parts are quality and their services was amazing.
This company has no idea what they are doing. I called and explained the part I needed and they proceeded to tell me that they had it, so I drove 40 minutes to pick up the part and it was not the right part. They told me they could order the right part and it would be in, in three days and would give me a call. Five days later and I still did not get a call so I drove to LKQ to see if they had it. What do you know they had it and had not given me a call. I payed for the part and as I was walking out the door I noticed that the part was clearly broken. They assured me that they would order another one and it would be here in two days. Shocker the part was not in two days later and that they had not even ordered it, but tried to sell me the broken one. This company hires people that have no idea about car parts and does not care one bit about the customer. Stay far away for LKQ.
I have tried to purchase parts here many many times. I get same results every time. They want to sell high end ticket items but no small parts. They always tell me to call a parts store... I thought i just did. Very poor customer service...
