I called them to unlock my car they were there in under 10 minutes they were very nice very fair and very efficient I've used them before and I will continue using them and I suggest you do the same because you would not ever be disappointed thank you first response towing and rescue
I highly recommend 1st response towing! James is a good man and he cut me a break when I really needed one. I am lucky that they were the ones on call when I totaled my car. He took $107 off my bill and gave me a few days to come up with a plan for my totaled vehicle. His wife was very professional and polite to me on the phone and also took her own personal time out to come meet me at the lot more than once for me to get things out of my car and to have people look at it. Terry also went above and beyond for me and helped me get the best deal I could get for my car. He was also very polite and professional. I will continue to use them in the future and will recommend anyone I come across to them. Great job guys! Im impressed!
Professional, punctual, and friendly! Needed a tow back in Sept and both the staffer who took my call and the tow driver were fantastic! Highly recommend, and if I ever need another tow, will call again!
Jake was wonderful, very understanding when he had to come find me & my car in a different place than my maps dropped my pin for pickup… the truck was super clean & very professional. Great service, I would definitely recommend.
