I just wanted to thank Marty Russell for being so kind and helpful yesterday. He went above and beyond to get my car back on the road again! O'Reilly Auto Parts is fortunate to have him as a store manager!
As long as you deal with the young lady, josh David or Marty you get amazing accurate service the other guys can be rude and in accurate love the people listed above and I think they the ones that keep this store going
Josh is a great guy, he was super nice, and he went way above what he was required to do. I was on a trip and my brakes started messing up while I was hours from home and I spent the last of my money getting brake pads a town over from a different store and despite not buying them from orielly's he still let me borrow his jack because the jack was missing from my vehicle and he was checking on me quite often to make sure that I didn't need anything. He even let me use their facilities to clean up a little bit before I got back on the road. Josh you really saved us I don't know what we would have done if it wasn't for your generosity and kindness thank you so much.
I absolutely love the staff, I accidentally lost my debit card and with the smart thinking by the staff and the gracious customer that kindly turned in my card after finding it in the parking lot, staff got the name on the card and looked me up on Facebook to notify me that they have my card and will hold it until I could come pick it up, thank you soooo much for taking the time to go above and beyond, and I always enjoy how much interaction I have with the staff when I come in this store, although I wish there was a bit more options with car accessories and supplies on hand and not so much online, I always get great service and friendly suggestions thanks again!
The employees could not be bothered to quit talking come out front and help the customers. Plus they made them wait more once they came up front. I will go to the oth er vendor from now on
Absolutely the best one in town. David changed out all four of my dim and bright lights. I don't know what I would do without them always willing to go above and beyond. I'm elderly and am alone. These guys are truly God sent!
Very poor service! Why don't you answer the phone? When you order a part, why can't you contact the buyer to let them know the parts are in? Why bother to go here when you state we have to order it, we can do that cheaper

A few employees kind of had a dry attitude and one didn't know Jack even with a computer in front of him. They highly need to recommend taking applications from more technical experience personnel. It's one thing not knowing anything about vehicles, but if you have a computer sitting in front of you that gives you the answers that the customers need and still don't know what you are doing, is and outright embarrassing. I only give two stars because the store was actually pretty well clean. And one of the older employees was very nice.
I giving them four stars the reason I'm not doing five is simply because I was needing to wire up a power supply and was a lil strapped on cash and had to buy a test light because it wasn't a tool that they have for store and customer use. Should be something that they keep to let folks use from time to time. Was disappointed to have to buy the test light just to use one time for 2 minutes.
Thank you to the personnel @ the Mt. View store on our way to town the driveline on my truck broke and through the belt we thought it was something in the back of the truck had fell the guys at the O'Reilly's in mountain view loaned me tools they had the part I needed and checked up on me to make sure everything was still if everything was going okay thank you very much we got it fixed and got on our way awesome service
I don't like to give bad ratings, but this place is just crazy. I went it for a 105 inch mower belt (a typically inexpensive part) and they wanted $116 for a new one!!! I found the part I was looking for for $16 in another shop. I can't blame the workers for their prices, but every time I have gone there, they either give me the wrong part or over charge me.
Best auto store ever! The men in this place are so helpful. They even put my bulb in my car for me and saved me some ridiculous money that the mechanic wanted to charge me to change a lightbulb and did charge me the last time one went out. I live in Mountain View and I work in Batesville and I never go anywhere else to buy my car parts.
They gave us the wrong part. Make sure to double check the part before leaving! When called to let them know they were really rude and had terrible customer service!!
Great staff. They always go, above and beyond, to get you the parts you need. A well stocked, and clean store. Plus they give Military and Senior Discounts.
