Try to avoid this place at all costs I was at loves trynna change my tensioner and belt I didn’t want to wait to long I call this place they still and up taking 5hrs to change the belt plus they over charged me they give me use parts I really regret I didn’t wait to get my repair at loves
They took the sprinter van, it needed just new belt.

They wanted $2800. Mind you this business has revoked licence. They can't issue the invoice legally. Only accepting cash for one obvious reasons.
On top of everything they created a problem on top of existing problem. You want to skip on those guys. I would not let them do any work.
Scammers stay away. $1407.40 to change alternator. . Funny part driver drove truck to there shop and it stopped right in front of there shop driveway, they had to boost it to get it in to there driveway and the charged call out fee for that to.
They don’t even accept visa. Stay away at all cost. They don’t even deserve a single star…
Air fitting done job 5 min , total 470. 2 hour minimum of any job. That’s after*discount of road call, was fixed on ramp , after that got messed up again on same fitting 26 miles down the road
My Mom and I were traveling from Michigan to Texas pulling a fifth wheel. When we stopped for gas in Wheatley, we discovered we had a bad tire and on further inspection found out that the axle on our camper was broken. The guys @ Southern Tire Mart in Brinkley recommended Extra Mile to us. We called Extra Mile and Jake was at our camper before 8 am the next morning. We followed him to the shop and made it there about 10:30. Blayne, Ronnie and Jake spent 7 1/2 hours fixing the camper. Blayne actually ended up making the part needed because it was going to be 3 days to purchase. After repairing they mounted the four new tires we had purchased at Southern Tire. My Dad passed away on December 3 and so my Mom and I were traveling alone. She and I sat in the office talking with Becky while the guys were fixing the camper. We shared stories of our families and Becky, the secretary at Extra Mile was so hospitable to us. She let us bring our dogs inside and by the time we left, Mom and I felt like we made new friends. The guys in the shop were patient with all of our many questions and they 100% went over and above to help us. In addition, we were expecting the bill to be much more, and when Mom received the bill, she was shocked that it was so reasonable. Mom and I would highly recommend Extra Mile for their customer service, their kindness and the fact that they go over and above to help. Thank you to Becky, Blayne, Ronnie and Jake!

Do not call these people I repeat do not call them. If you need roadside service this guy installed my starter with the battery connected and now one of the battery is blowing, and they don’t wanna take responsibility
Avoid coming to this place at all costs. I had a terrible and frustrating experience with this company. My coolant hose burst, and it took them two hours to arrive. When the technician finally showed up, he connected the originally leaking hose, but then another hose on the front right side of the engine, which had never leaked before, suddenly started leaking. He said he had no spare hoses and that I had to follow him to their shop. I waited until 7 a.m. for them to open and didn’t leave until 3 p.m. They charged me for nine hours of labor at an outrageous rate, and on top of that, they add a $150 fee just for the call itself, even if you do the work with them.
Please avoid this place entirely. Just five miles away, there’s a Pilot with a mechanic and tire shop that works quickly, efficiently, and affordably. It’s a much better option.” They open at 6am
So incredibly helpful! Our situation didn’t fit their normal business (semi trucks/trailers) but they are so well resourced and focused on getting folks back on the road, they answered immediately and offered other trusted local providers as well as followed up to make sure we were good to go! A+ for sure!

Broke down in the middle of the night and had my vehicle towed to the shop. Damon and his crew went the extra mile to help me out. Very thankful my car ended up at his shop.
I had an accident and needed to be towed to a local repair shop. I found myself here at extra mile diesel repair. Got to meet the owner and his technician s. They were able to make the necessary repairs needed and they were also able to locate the problem of what caused the crash l was involved in. The compressor air dryer for my air brakes went bad. And was why l wasn't able to stop quickly enough to avoid crashing.
I just want to say that l am happy with the help and assistance they provided me with because l needed to go get drug and alcohol testing done the day after the crash and they provided me with a ride to get that important matter tended to in a timely fashion. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
They deserved all those stars. They went beyond calling to get me back on the road. Very polite, honest, and polite. Customer Service was spot on. Highly recommend them in the future. Thank you.

My van broke down on the highway en route to Atlanta, and the tow company brought it here because it was the closest option. That’s where the nightmare began. Communication was practically nonexistent — I had to chase them for updates, and getting an ETA was like pulling teeth.
It took five days to replace water pump and radiator. Finally when they informed me the van was ready for pick up, I confirmed I would arrive at 9 AM the next morning to pick up the van. When I went there at 9 am, I was forced to sit in their office for three hours while Blaine claimed to be “busy” with a trailer repair. The actual handoff — payment and keys — took two minutes. That kind of behavior isn’t just unprofessional, it’s downright disrespectful.
If you value your time, sanity, or basic customer service, stay far away from this place.
Our jeep broke down and we were traveling across the US. Extra Mile secured a rebuilt part and then proceeded to store our Jeep so we could be on our way and pick it up on pur way home. If it weren't for finding this awesome garage our trip would have been over before it started. Can't thank you all enough!
I had a really disappointing experience with Extra Mile Diesel and Trailer Repair. They charged me way too much for the work they did, and the repair on my truck was poorly done. For the price I paid, I expected the job to be done right the first time, but instead I left feeling ripped off and frustrated. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for fair pricing or quality repair work. They are youtube mechanics. STAY AWAY
They came out and met me at the Loves station. My truck went into limp mode. He knew exactly what the problem was brought the parts that had me going in less than an hour and a half. I highly recommend

These guys bailed me out big time!! Blew a belt about 20 miles from their shop while traveling from NY to Texas. Called them up at 8pm on a Friday and he said he’d get on it first thing in the morning if I could get it towed to their shop. Good communication throughout the repair and even picked us up from the hotel and brought us to the shop to save us from calling an Uber (is that even a thing in Forrest City?). High recommend if you need any mechanic work!!!!
Very Disappointing Experience
I took my truck to this service center because they promised to complete the repair in just one day. Instead, I had to wait for three days. The actual work took only one hour, but I was charged for four. The mechanic claimed he was experienced and performed this kind of repair daily, yet it still took him three full days to replace a part that should take no more than an hour.
To make things worse, right after I left the shop, my hood popped open at a traffic light — they didn’t even bother to check if everything was properly secured.
Extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend this place. Dishonest and low-quality service.
Extra Mile Diesel and Trailer Repair has truly gone the extra mile for me in every way. I came in with a blown out transmission after being recommended by White Motor Company, and from the moment I arrived, Blayne and Drew treated me like family. Not just a customer.
They quickly diagnosed the problem, helped me order a new transmission and clutch, and stayed on top of every step to get me back on the road safely. They even offered to give me a ride to a hotel and gas station. That kind of kindness is rare and it's not something I’ll ever forget.
I’ve been here for nearly two weeks, waiting for the transmission to arrive and during that time, I’ve seen a constant flow of customers come through big rigs, small fleets, one truck operators like me and every single person left satisfied. Blayne and Drew are professional, honest, and truly skilled at what they do. These guys live up to the meaning of Southern hospitality. They genuinely care.
To anyone passing through Arkansas or in need of diesel repair your truck is in great hands with these guys. I’ve watched this team work nonstop, and I’m living proof that they do phenomenal, trustworthy work. They got my truck back up and running with precision and care, and I’ll always be grateful for that.

BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!!! We brought our truck in for a forced regen only.
1) The shop wasn’t open 24 hrs
2) They took forever to figure out what they thought was wrong with it, said it was a sensor
3) Took all day to go pick it up from Little Rock, when they got there business was closed (how did you even order the part)
4) Dropped us off at a motel and said it would be fixed first thing In the morning, which was another lie
5) we waited so long to get picked up, we eventually caught a ride to see if they were working on the truck. Was not, laying around
6) Then they came up with a YouTube guess it was a brake sensor. Still didn’t know what they were doing.
In summary, stay away from this shop. They YouTube all repair jobs, over charge for labor and repairs they aren’t fixing. Then had an attitude because we got towed to a real shop $1600 later. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Please if you can, go further even Loves is better, at least you have food, clean restrooms, receipts of real work, and a possible Ubers.
Was broke down and service technician dae dae came out and repaired me right on the spot had a airline coupling broke on chamber had parts on hand and fast response plus fixed a tire on the trailer as well.. if in this area and I need a quick repair and roadside service I will be calling Extra Miles Diesel and Trailer Repair
Great place to get the job done, friendly environment and mechanics know what they’re doing. If you need any repair done these guys go the extra mile for all your repair needs. I have a 2021 cascadia the seal was leaking on the back drive axle. It was a pretty big job but they cleaned all the parts before putting them on. There work is professional and an affordable price. Special thanks to DayDay, Mathew and the Boss for coming through for us.
These clowns couldn't change an alternator right. Burned up the lug because they never tightened it. They also put a dent in the left rear quarter. Don't use these Bozo's. They can't even admit their screw ups. Detestable.
