Is it too cold for you to figure out where the negatives to test a kids battery? If I can figure out how to jump start her car, then yall should be able to figure it out. Yall just blew my mind. You work at at auto store and you can’t test a vehicle battery
Wal-Mart was able to it and that should hurt. They replaced her battery because you were unable to find the battery terminals in the cold weather.
I call to verify they had the parts I needed they ask what i had and said they had it all in stock. Then I drive 40 miles and they didn't have what they said they had.
Pretty good overall, the staff does try to help you out with any of the things you might need from an auto parts store. They could be a little more friendly though. I usually get oil and filter, wipers & fluid, and any other auto parts I need, brake pads, water pump, exhaust manifolds, etc. A little higher than online, but, it's much faster and easier to get from O'Reilly's.
Samuel and Carl are awesome! They didn't give up until my problem was fixed. Even tho I was was very stressed they were very patient and kind. Will be a repeat customer.
I only go here if I have too. Most of the time it’s because they do stay open later than most businesses around town. The manager gentleman is not very nice, he always makes me feel like just because I’m a woman I don’t know anything about mechanical work. There prices (which I know is not this specific locations fault) are way high. And the most annoying thing is it’s like a 50/50 chance on whatever you're getting being the right fit for your model. Down to the lug nuts, $20 for 5 lug nuts that don’t even fit our 4 wheeler! 🙄🫨🫨
Not the most friendly or helpful place they will definitely try and make you feel as if you're ignorant and or they are better or intelligent than you if you don't say something about the price of an item than there going to give you the most expensive of the option they are very narcissistic here watch what you are saying and asking for
These guys are awesome they done a wonderful job taking care of automotive needs. Night shift last night the younger guy dark hair was the best in customer care
Car wouldn't start. Dead battery according to diagnostic test run. Charged $200 for new battery Walmart less than 1/8 of a mile away could have purchased for $100. Was told I needed an alternator also. Didn't need one.
The employee that replaced old battery for the new one busted the plastic fasteners that go over the radiator and battery now need to purchase new ones and repair.
Sorry to say poor customer service
Had to order almost everything I needed, one part was in store, they were supposed to put it back for me, so I could pick all of it up at once, when I went to get the stuff. They had to order that part!!
I haven't had a very good experience with Ash Flat O'Reilly's after a year they will lose your phone number the parts bought before they won't stand behind
