Good towing company.

My friend had a failed trailer wheel bearing on our way back from a camping trip. NAPA is usually our preferred auto parts store for service and selection. They didn't disappoint. The man behind the counter knew what bearings we needed and in about an hour from arriving, we had the bearings installed and on our way.

Went looking for parts and they didn't have as many as I needed. The guy was friendly, explained options and offered to order whatever I needed. He even attempted to call surrounding stores to get what I needed. We've always had Excellent service. Once I went for Windshield wipers and he helped me replace them.

Well the people that work at Bakers auto parts know what there do'n, hands down they have the knowledge and experience to do there job.

On the road and battery went dead. AAA sent a man from Napa. Got our car started, had us follow him to Napa and tested our battery, found out it was our battery and got us another one, installed it cleaned off the posts. Very nice guy in a red hat and beard. Did not get his name. Thank you to him

Good parts and there open on sunday and late hours through the week not your typical 8 to 5 parts store banker's hour's

Called for a part and they said they had it and they told me they put their hands on it to be sure. Needed rear brake shoes "not brake pads" and Adam told the employee specifically.. drive there from Broken Bow Oklahoma to pick up the parts and they were rear brake pads not brake shoes. Just a warning to the customers about their service

This is the sorriest Napa store in exaistance they never have anything you need don’t have a battery for a 98 Chevy that battery fits over sixty model cars customer service is a joke horrible experience

This part store stays open very late to accommodate travelers that are coming through and her having trouble with their vehicle. I was stranded with a bad thermostat and it was after hours for most businesses but these kind folks were open and I got the tools and the thermostat that I needed.
