While part of a national chain, this one is unique. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. In 40 years of working on my own stuff this is one of the best if not the best parts store I have worked with.
All of the O'Reilly's around here have high quality service, however, this one is just the very best. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and go the extra mile, every time. I have brought them some tough questions or situations. They always exceed expectations, even though mine are high. If you're not a rude person, or a person who can't be reasoned with, or an entitled person, they will ALWAYS make you happy with their customer service. The others can't be helped as easily, but they even help them too, I've seen them do it. Thanks to this crew, I've changed my own brake pads, wheel bearings and rotors. I've added oil to my differential. And I've lost track of all the other stuff. Plus they are just a neat bunch of guys with years and years experience actually working on cars and trucks. Even the younger fellow has worked on his own vehicles. Also, easy to get into, as traffic is not as bad. They have saved me a lot of money, and I've never had issues with a return. So I don't mind spending money here, at all. They can also point you to local shops or resources, if you're in over your head.
I was having long term issues with my gas cap and recent issues with my battery. It was freezing outside and dark but Joe a long time helping me as best he could and advising me on what to do. I’ve never had such a good experience with taking my car anywhere and I felt incredibly safe knowing I could trust his advice and appreciated how much he helped me with my car even tho he didn’t have to.
To the lady that hung up on me after calling me disrespectful. Me laughing at something my daughter said has nothing to do with you. Sorry your having a bad day maybe you should find another job that doesn't involve customer service.
If they don't have the party, they can usually get it next day. Most of the people are pretty knowledgeable. I get quite a few parts for various vehicles from here.
The people working here are helpful and willing to listen to what you tell them. After listening, they are willing to help figure out what is going on.
I needed a new battery for my tractor. The associates were fast, friendly, helpful, and knew exactly what I needed. I was in and out in minutes.Back on the tractor in no time. You have a customer for life.
Wonderful, bought a battery for my car cause the cold weather had done it in. The young man that went and got the battery out of stock, I asked if he could install it for me and he did. So thankful for his doing that for me. Elkin's O'Reilly's is so helpful. I like doing business with them.
Greg always goes above and beyond for cutomers. Great customer service! Very unlike the oreiilys on college and drake. They don't want to help anyone and will come up with any excuse not to install a battery or help find a part
Why is this the only O'Reilly store that won't price match with Walmart??? All other stores per store policy will match on the spot with digital proof but not this one! Why???
The employees at O'Reilly's in Elkins are always welcoming and extremely helpful. They are knowledgeable about everything I've ask and they're not trying to push a sale on you. If O'Reilly's doesn't have what you need to fix it, more than likely they can tell you an alternative way to "Jerry Rig" it. Or tell you where you can get the parts or stuff you need. Good employees.,
Bobby and Noah were awesome. Bobby went way beyond great Customer Service. He was already off the clock, but they were a little bit busy, and he had no problem staying and making sure that I had to help that I needed. I will be definitely be back for all my auto needs.
Last week around 7 p.m. when I was in the store I was greeted the first time by a man named Tony he then proceeded to ask if I needed help and assisted me with a battery change so nice to see young people with manners and a good work ethic
There is a guy named Gene that works here and he is a phenomenal worker! He provides excellent customer service every time I need a part. I went in there looking for a headlight and he took me right to it and made sure it fit right! Thank you guys!
Was greeted upon entering the store, and assisted quickly. The store was very clean, and had what I needed. The staff took the time to understand what I was shopping for.
I was traveling through and my battery died . After having it jumped I went to oreillys expecting good service. I paid for a new battery but later had other issues with my car. The Nissan dealer said the battery hold down had not been attached causing it to move about and cause a loose terminal. I have called the manager and he was apologetic but for me the damage was done. Replacing a battery seems a relatively common task at an oreillys
