This review may not put them out of business or even hurt them at all, but if I can save one person from doing business with them, then I am satisfied. They really probably have some generic, empathy lacking response as they have for all their other reviews.
Whew...where do I start??? I'll try not write a book...
September 2024, I purchased a used engine (6.2L about 200,000 miles for $3400) so I understand the risk(s) and bought the 12 mth warranty (because of these risks and figured if it is offered then they must stand behind their product)
My truck is not an everyday driver, between Sep-Oct and to date I may have put approximately 500 miles on it as I've been customizing it quite a bit...minus all the details now 7mths later I am faced with front seal/crank issues as well as a horrible rear main seal leak (about $1700 to get fixed) and this company is pointing the finger at everyone besides their failure to QA/QC the engine and I am no mechanic but why not just replace these parts prior to reselling (may have been an expense of what less than $200 since the engine is already pulled and on their property, so why not inspect for issues like this to save your customer on the back end) I should not be coming out of pocket with these type of expenses less than a year after purchase!
Took forever for the sales rep to open a warranty claim (well have a mechanic do this and have a mechanic check on this) til I finally dropped the truck off and still horrible customer service as if he didn't want to open a warranty claim. Now I am asking them why was it denied? Can I have a copy of the actual warranty? And to Please send me official correspondence so that now I can hire an attorney to get the answers/service that is due to me. Guess what??? Silence! But when I was buying the engine and the warranty customer service was excellent, response time was instant, and all questions and receipts provided instantly.
Surely, they will reply to this review and point the finger about why the issue is my fault and my mechanic fault who installed the engine rather than them selling me an engine they knew was sub-par from the beginning or finding every reason why the warranty doesn't apply to this situation like most companies do, to get out of doing what's right. If everything is/was going to be denied why even sell the 12mth warranty could have just sold it as is, but maybe the plan is to sell the warranty, deny everything and still come out on top.
Did I mention no one is returning calls, I have no correspondence as it relates to the claim (still ignoring me) and it took them about a week and half to I assume figure out a way to deny the claim.

I could not find a way to reply but please provide a direct line for someone who can provide me some answers aside from the rude salesman and the warranty representative who continues to hang up in my face!
I bought some parts from here, the parts were supposed to be great condition. But I received badly damaged parts. The brush guard I ordered was ok, except the cut the mounting brackets off. The salesman worked it out and refunded some of my money.
They were great. They were very knowledgeable. When I purchase my and my wife's transmission. It was no good. They found us another and replaced immediately
The worst said that my bumper was there drove all the way from Little Rock on my lunch break and it was not. I was told that they would call me later in the evening when the truck arrived to get my bumper no one ever called to let me know if it was there or not very unprofessional. I would never use them again!
This place sucks. The customer service is terrible. I paid for a part on Tuesday and didn’t get it pulled until Friday. So I had to visit this place twice. When I returned to pick up the part it was damaged and incomplete. I specifically asked what was included several times. They didn’t care that I was inconvenienced and just offered a refund. They were cursing and talking about customers while I was waiting to pick up my parts. A total disaster.
I use to trade with Sony back in the day and he was honest and helpful .the manager now RD is after your money I bought a complete set in engine and transmission for my 2010 camaro he sold me one that he said would fit and work fine it wouldn't it was the wrong year and he wouldn't stand behind his mistake I'll never do business with them again big mistake on my part I remember when they took care of there customers . What a joke they got me but never again watch who you buy from ! These are crooks they said it would fit . Why would someone buy somthing he knew would not fit ? They made a mistake and won't stand behind it.RD is not a good business man.
Service was great they relly helped me out and went beyond what they should of and relly helped me out I felt with a man they call r d and his name matches him perfectly he was relly determined to help me
Mike was very attentive, quick response, and all around helpful in locating my back glass! I saved hundreds! He even allowed pay by phone which was awesome. I’d rate yu 10 stars!

They will definitely get over on you. They don’t handle customers cars with care AT ALL. If you get one thing fixed you’re more likely to get your car back with multiple other problems. A few months ago they put an extra 1000 miles on my sons car in the process as well. Buying parts from here is okay but getting your car fixed by them is not such a good Idea.
Terrible salvage yard. Pay advance for whatever you need? They don't care. They'll put you off and won't let you know when your parts will be ready. Their customer service is horrible and you'll be lucky if the parts are as they described. Absolutely terrible
Wish that I would have known about this place sooner.... They have very knowledgeable staff, in most likely they're going to have what you need, had a great price. Best of all you don't even have to get your hands dirty...
They seem to be OK but friendly people's. No problems and the prices for used parts or fair deal.
As of now. They are AOK so as of now the price is right and if it change and goes up higher than expected then I go to someone else.
Got a rear bumper for my 92 Chevrolet 1500, really good bumper for the money, nice heavy steel bumper. Recommend this salvage yard for any used parts you may need. RD is a great funny dude
Really impressed! The folks working here know their stuff. I needed a door and called, they said they had it and it took them only a few minutes to pull it. Highly recommended!
They only want to make a sale not a customer. I drove 2 hours to buy parts for 3 vehicles. I started with inquiring about a door they had. I wanted to examine the paint. They pretty much want you to buy the part with no refund with out seeing it then and only then will they let you see the part. Went elsewhere and got parts I needed. Steer clear from any business not willing to treat you like a customer
I was told they had a wheel I could buy for $65 if I turned in my old wheel to them. I called again and confirmed this before driving 40 minutes to get the wheel. When I showed up, they said it was $200 firm, no discount for turning in the old wheel. They were rude and very unapologetic about it. A brand new one would only cost $170. I will never go back.
I gave a star only cause you can't review without giving one but they deserve a -5 for taking 3 months and still not fixing my vehicle. They threw an engine in it to get ride of it they knew nothing about. Then told me my computer was bad but my mechanics disagreed

Best used auto parts around and believe me I have shopped them all. They are very helpful and friendly. If something doesn't fit it is easy to exchange or get your money back. Never had a problem doing business with them.
poor knowledge of staff. was quoted a price over the phone for a product 2 days before driving 90 miles to go pick it up. price didn't seem right seemed to low but we asked him 2 more times and stated price was correct for that product and the make and model truck we needed it for. even made that 3rd call the next day and yes that was correct price. get there the next day. 90 mile trip one way only to find out he was looking at the wrong vehicle every time we called and was around 600 dollars more than quoted price. would not make good on the first three same exact quotes. very hateful to me as I was by myself going to pickup item for my husband. needed less to say I gave them a piece of my mind and then some. oh don't let me forget they did offer me a free donut for the confusion. I told them to shove their donuts
Mike is the service/sales man that my son and I had to deal with and he was fantastic!! He was honest and up front about everything!! and as a single mom when you are spending $3000 I expect great service and personality and complete honesty and they did not disappoint!! I would recommend them to anyone
I needed a mirror for my vehicle, and after making many phone calls, I found it at Sonny's. Nathan was very helpful, they had exactly what I needed. I was able to get my part at a great price, got quick service, and he even showed me how I could put it on myself and save some money.
My parents bought a new engine for the car I currently drive from here. Well, did drive until two weeks ago. They were very highly recommended and we were told they would treat us right. Month and a half later, engine blows, they refuse to honor the warranty. NOT TO MENTION, the guy that put the engine we got in the car had to take the first one back, because it was broken. When confronting the people at Sonny's, they told him to fix it himself because he was a mechanic, and he refused to leave until he was given a good engine to put in the car because that's what we as customers were promised. Apparently they don't think that highly of their customers. Now I have to scramble to try to find a working car so I can make it to work and provide for my three year old.
Well I called to see if they had a part for an import car. After being put on hold while he conducted business on another line he came back. When I asked him if he had anything for the car, he just hung up on me. No words just hanging the phone up. Now that's quite rude, and it seems like they need more customer service skills. After all we as customers, or prospective customers should not have to put up with that kind of service.
