The tow truck driver doesn't know how to drive. He cut across multiple lanes and cut me off. I had to lock up my brakes. Please try to train employees and make sure they know how to drive.

I was told they couldn't pick up my vehicle due to the fact of the driver having a very bad attitude. Tried a second day and they said the same exact thing. So based on the drivers attitude and misinformation to his boss/dispatcher they get this rating

Forgot the order. Called at 7:00am ...said it would a couple of hours. Called back at 11:30am ...was told the night shift operator did not enter the order.

This is the most reliable, fast, incredible group of individuals. No one takes care of vehicles and customers like Metro, and I can't speak highly enough about this company. Best there is, hands down.

i think they are a very good company ever sense they got a new dispatcher. i have used them many a times there prices may be high but u have to pay the bills some how.... when they towed my car it cost $175.00 because it was a police call/ emergency call if i was to have called them myself it would have cost $75.00 plus tax and mileage if necessary there customer service is decent i give them a 10/10.....

The company is a rip off. It cost me almost $500 for them to keep my car for less than 8 hours. The driver was also incredibly rude. On the up side, $500 did get me back my vehicle without any additional damage. I would have been a lot less upset if they had to pull it off the side of a mountain or if it was sans wheels. They probably deserve an additional star, but the cost and the driver were enough for me to caution you to avoid this service like herpes blisters.

I scheduled Metro to tow my 1994 F350 7.3 liter turbo diesel but before we hooked up the truck for the tow the driver of the tow truck said let me try something. He hooked a 10" x 4" x 2" device onto the primary battery terminals and said try to start the truck. To my amazement it fired right up leaving me with the understanding that I have a pair of batteries that are loosing their cranking amperages. Glad the tow truck driver tried the small battery booster device.

Had an accident in Little Rock. Ray came to pick the car up, and was as nice and considerate and helpful as he could be. When we went to pick our stuff up out of our car in the recovery lot, we got there past closed; but again, Ray was still more than willing to accommodate us and was somehow still a super nice guy after working in 105+ degree temperatures all day. We will definitely call up metro and Ray for any future recovery needs!

These guys are great. Ken showed up and was very professional. Also knew what he was doing in moving a classic car that had an oil leak to the shop. Highly recommend.

Like always If you get your car impounded It's gonna cost you big buckso the best thing to do is tonigit was did not ever have it done but this was definitely a much more pleasant experience than many others

Shady bastards. They wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to move my vehicle across the street but they said they would still have to charge me the full price. No business sense whatsoever. The man I spoke was very rude and uninformed. He told me one price when he picked up the car and I ended up paying twice that amount to get my car out. I would not recommend this place!

Really need to work on their customer service and attitude towards customers!!! I JUST got off phone with them. I had a car accident yesterday. Chris told me that towing to their yard would cost me nothing. There was no others comments than it would cost me nothing. Nothing about insurance, payments or anything else. Well, after calling tow yard today to pick it up they said I had to pay tow bill and denied all claims of Chris ever saying something like what I claimed. The person on the phone got increasingly nasty while insisting I was wrong and there's no way I could be right. Thank God my insurance will pay the tow yard for me. Nevertheless, they REALLY need some work on customer relations.

This company and it's owner Todd Cooper are real jerks. One of there tow truck drivers hit my truck while delivering a Comcast truck on the parking lot of the dealership I work at. They where find until they got the bill for $1,868.00 and now refuse to pay. Have a witness and who saw it and when they found out the cameras did not film it they changed there mind and basically said SOL. I turn them over to the AG and they lied to them and I can not get anything done. I have to take them to small claims court to get my truck fixed. The truck was sold and now I can not sell it until it is fixed. This company and Todd Cooper are not REPUTABLE , WOULD NEVER USE THEM BE WARE OF THESE KIND OF BUSINESS AND PERSONS. I would not rated them but had to rate them one star they are a - 5 star company.
