Mr Charles and Ms Sherry Were Really Nice and Helpful

It was very hot and humid and my AC went out and I pulled up to O'Reilly in West Helena and when I tell you Mrs Sherry and orlander was absolutely phenomenal would be an understatement. These 2 wonderful people took the time and patience to help me find the issue with my AC in 100 degree temperatures barreling down on us that it made my day. It is service like that ,that makes me stop by this location every time I have an issue with my car. God bless these 2 wonderful people and the care they display with EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER

Quick fast in and out. They have a huge stock but if they don't have it in stock they can have it tomorrow just call them

There are 2 white women in the store that are lost in space. Couldn't find a snake if it was saying here I am. Didn't know where anything was located had to ask someone else everything. Worst experience ever.

If you're white, don't bother shopping here. Rampant racial discrimination. Been here two times and both times the black manager seemed to be having his own personal party. First time, non-employees sitting on the counter, playing music, talking loudly with each other. I'm white, stood at the counter waiting for help. No black employee acknowledged my presence. White guy finally waited on me. Today, same thing: black manager back in his office with two non-employees. One of them actually came out to speak only to tell me that he didn't work there. Manager never acknowledged my presence even though I yelled: does anybody work here? No one up front at all. I reported the manager to O'REILLY'S HQ. Hopefully, he'll be gone soon. I won't be back. Zero rating.
