We were on our way to our vacation destination after being in the hospital with our son for a week, when our car started shaking and acting funny, we found this O’Reilly and Ethan stepped up and helped get it fixed to get us on the road again!! Thank you soo much. You blessed our family tremendously.

The employees were so awesome. I was missing a lug nut and they put the lug nut on and checked all these other ones to make sure they were tight.

Always friendly and helpful. Jayson is always on top of making sure we have the correct parts and over the top customer service

Great experience I had a bad battery they checked it out and diagnosed the problem swapped out the battery and sent me on my merry way.

Moe may not know, but she will definitely help you over your auto hump. I called ahead and met Moe. My car was having a random moment. She did all she knew to help me along my journey. Moe ya know when I get the answer you will have an extra tool in your toolbox!

We were heading back home to Texas when our alternator and battery went out in our van. We were able to make it to this location right before it died. They were able to order us the part and have it there within 2 hours! They gave us and my kids a place to chill out of the heat while we waited. The manager and her staff were amazing to us and the kids! By far the best experience I’ve ever had.

There is a man working here that never wants to help you. He gives you an answer like, I'm not doing it today or I might have time but I doubt it, as he's sitting down doing nothing.

I stopped to get some windshield wipers and the assistant manager that was on shift was the nicest lady ever! Stop in and they will help get everything you need.

The people that work in this store go out of their way to help the customers . Unlike most parts stores where it seems to take forever to get service. Each time I've been here they had what iI needed in stock. Friendly, helpful and courteous.

Super nice young lady, I'm terrible with names, her Mom also works at the dollar store there in Brinkley. She carried my items to the car for me. I didn't even ask. She has been there for a few years. I will always go there for my auto supplies.

Don't ever stop here keep going staff is rude, not helpful sold me broken rental 🔧. NOT only was it broken but incorrect. The worst store in the history I believe. Treated like no other in different states. Horrible for an stranded out of towner traveling!

They have what you need you just have to find it but they will help asking is it a 4x4 Harley

They have great service, will order things for you and have them there fast. Don't expect them to order the right thing or even have what you need available though.

My boat trailer was heavy on the tongue and I needed to raise it two inches to even the load. I went in to buy a new adjustable height hitch and ball because the one on there was seiiizzzzeeedd SOLID. Long story short, the store rep came out with a big wrench and we sprayed some PB Blaster on it. He turned the hitch sideways to put more leverage, took a stand and as if 'bobs your uncle' it came undone. We flipped the hitch, checked the load weight and height fore/aft and job was a good'n. This chap saved me $50+ dollars in unnecessary parts in 10 minutes flat. It's why I always stop by O'Reilly for all my spare parts needs as they really do go out of their way to get you back on the road again with the simplest solution!

We had cabin fever and took a chance taking a road trip. Our truck broke down we didn't have enough to get the part. We sat outfront of this location all day. Plus adding up to 18 hours. After closing store she drove over and gave us blankets from her car a book to read she put money in the book so we could eat. You don't find too many people like this. We come by here once twice month on our return trip returning what gave us plus something special. Even the gentlemen that worked on Sunday reached out helping us find a western union.
