BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! We were just passing through town, heading home from vacation. Our AC cut out, and with 1 phone call James got us in, recharged our AC and got us right back out on the road.....we were traveling with both kids and both dogs and he accomodated all of us!! The best mechanic in Texarkana hands down! Went for a complete A/C replacement and front brake replacements as well as replacing the upper control arms and tie rod ends on my Silverado! He even changed out my cabin air filter. The price with insanely affordable and the mechanic was an all around respectable man! If you have car or truck issue check this guy out for sure! Will take my truck here for all repairs! Thank you for the amazing service!
James was amazing! Visiting Texarkana for a funeral and ran into starter problems. Called Taylor Auto, he was able to get me in right away. Went and pick up the part myself from Auto Zone and he was done within an hour! Very impressed with his service and quality of work. Thanks again James for getting us back on the road!
The guy their is cheap and the part's he uses are cheap as well plus when you ask him a question about what he has done to my car. He get upset and says are you accusing me of put on wrong parts. So I had to ask him can a person ask a genuine question about what you have done to their own stuff. To me I think he thought he could talk to me any type of way since I am a women. He won't be seeing me ever again.
Was in the middle of a road trip and had the check engine light come on at 5pm. Wasn't busy, so got me in, got it diagnosed, and fixed all within about an hour, and for a fair price too. Saved the road trip, and saved me a lot of stress. Awesome service.
We were driving from Houston to Memphis and our AC suddenly stopped working. This place was the top result. Within minutes James knew what the issue was and we were back on the road in less than an hour! We're so thankful for his quick and professional service!
While traveling from Hst to Michigan, we unfortunately had the water pump go out on our Ford 150 truck? called several ford dealers around the area, found that all the Ford dealership service departments were closed on Saturday. We googled auto repair near us and lucky for us found Taylor auto repairs ? as soon as we arrived James was able to quickly diagnose the problem and call around to find the part. He worked on removing the old pump while he was waiting for the new one to be delivered. He had us all fixed up and back in the road in about 2 1/2 hrs. Very happy to have found him and he was able to fix us up so quickly! Thanks James for saving the day and our vacation. FYI very honest and reasonable price ?
James is an awesome mechanic! He's extremely nice, trustworthy, and fair. His work is fantastic and he will get you on the road quickly! I was stranded nearby making a cross-country trip and needed to get back on the road ASAP. James took me right away, fixed my car very quickly, and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend!!!
