After being stranded on I-30 I encountered the singular most positive and heartwarming experience I have ever had with the community in Texarkana. One of the most positive was Justin with Baker's towing. They were recommended by the Arkansas Police and came quickly.
Justin was professional, approachable, and extremely efficient. We agreed on pricing upfront (with no hidden costs) and got us on our way in very short short order.
My son and I were stranded on the interstate in the cold. After walking in the dark to a Flying J through the brush, Justin and Baker's Towing helped us through a difficult situation with speed and heart.
We were stranded in southern Arkansas on 12/29/25 with car issues. Buick Roadside assistance immediately got Justin from Baker on the road which was about an hour away. Justin was knowledable and made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. He seemed to make an extra effort to answer our questions and even called the dealership to let them know he was bringing the vehicle into the shop. Great experience with Baker and Justin

We were pulling a camper trailer when our trucks engine went out, Justin came out, detached the drive shaft and towed us to a hotel. Then the next day he got the truck on the wrecker to take it to the dealership. Great guy, did everything fast and did an amazing job!
Justin showed up within 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. Friendly and professional. He was able to trouble shoot my vehicle not starting or unlocking doors . A quick jump did the trick and I was on my way!! I highly recommend you give them a call for service or towing.
Last night I hit a piece of a truck tire on the interstate late at night that destroyed my radiator and disabled my car. I called these guys and even though it was midnight they sent a flatbed truck to pick me up. I was totally stressed but the ease with the process and the very nice and personable tow truck driver, Matthew, who was very capable and gave me a lot of good info about the area's repair shops since I live 125 miles away. I can't express the relief I felt through the whole process because everyone was so nice and accommodating. If you ever need a tow in this area call this company. Open 24 hrs. You won't regret it. This company is amazing! I can't say enough great things about them. I was traveling from W Virginia to Houston broke the hitch on my trailer, I called the number on the website, they were unable to do the work but kept me on the phone line until he found someone who could come to me on the side of the road and weld it up for me at 3 am! They didn't leave me hanging and found another company who got someone there in 20 minutes, got me up and going. I have only spoken with them but they are good people and I appreciate them so much for making it happen...also got a call the next morning to check on me to make sure I got to where I was going!!! Thanks you so much you don't know how much I appreciate you!

My Truck broke down on Christmas and Justin was able to come out and recover it off the side of the highway and get it home to me within the hour! Amazing service and extremely professional!!

Recently needed a car picked up and towed to the shop and called and talked to Justin. He took care of everything and I was even able to pay over the phone because I couldn’t be there in person. Service was fast and hassle free and I was absolutely satisfied with the price. Highly recommend!
