Literally everyone that work here lies, the manager is invincible and doesn't respond to emails. I regret doing business with them.

Insurance company sent my car there to be looked at gor my claim. They assumed I wasn't keeping my car and damaged my property, stole all the money from my console, stole my custom floor mats , ripped my son and granddaughters graduation tassels from the rear view mirror. All with out me signing anything from Insurance company. They are thieves.

Our car was damaged by the tow company they contracted to move it. They take no responsibility themselves and have been no help in getting the company THEY contracted to take responsibility either. Overall, it's been "not my problem."

They stole personal items out of my motorcycle when I was in an accident. I called to retrieve them and they claimed they gave me everything. This was a lie. They stole over $1,000 worth of items such as rain gear, tool set, chaps, zippo, and items from my purse including cash.

I have dealt with quite a few IAA branches and Brooke has been exceptional to deal with.. Brooke did not know me before I came to her with a problem, she listened understood and handled a delicate situation with ease. Thank you Brooke

Avoid them at all cost. They are unprofessional, rude, cruel and enjoy harassing people. I recently lost my car due to an accident and the day it was declared totaled they began harassing me daily demanding to know when I would get my things out of the car. Even though I specified 4 on a Friday they still called me 12 to ask if I did it when I replied "what did you think I meant 4 am" they acted like they had no concept of what time is like. They were even calling the repair place where my car was at 4:01 asking if I was done yet. This was all three days after my car was declared a total loss. The repair shop said this is common and they have complained multiple times only for IAA to do absolutely nothing. Then, once I had spoken to my insurance and let them know I would need to order a duplicate title (they said it was fine and time was not a factor) and I had purchased it. IAA just did it themselves to invalidate my title and are refusing to reimburse me for the money I spent getting it done. I have written instructions for them that was sent to both me and IAA on when they could have gotten the car too and they were personally called but yet they still continued to harass me and only stopped once I threatened legal action on them. They have zero regard for anyone other than their own bottom lines and anyone who is with State Farm should be ready for incompetence and rude behavior when they work with them. They need to clean house of their current customer service representative and then teach the new staff actual customer service and establish procedures. Edit and response to owners: No, thank you. I have formed a formal complaint with State Farm and am in discussions with the claims manager about your location. I hope you lose your contract with them

Front ladies got angry at me for mentioning to them that there is a piece of wood with a nail sticking up on the lot, waiting for some 400$ tire to be punctured. I asked them who is responsible for a punctured tire. And was mocked by them for my question. Your lot is littered with trash, why not make some effort to clean it? And not have people puncture tires and when a customer asks question about something important like this - not mock him and point out that employees of IAA also puncture their tires on the lot and proudly fix everything out of pocket. What level IQ is that?

I couldn’t not have asked for a better service. The office staff was very nice. the guys in the yard on the forklift same thing. I asked the one gentleman on the forklift if he had something to unlock the car that I was picking up. he said I’ll send you somebody literally within three minutes the guy with the tools to open the door came and unlock the door. Thank you for your service.

Had a pick up and the staff treated me well. It was my first time. I was in and out fairly fast, with an IAA number assigned to me as a carrier, and I was able to transport the item. Thank you!

My business with these people went so smooth that I could hardly believe it. Friendly service complete with the smiles 😁. Really professional and organized. Thumbs up ‼️

Would definitely rate them 0 stars if I could!! They are not clear on their policies and had me drive 30 minutes out and wouldn’t even release my belongings even though my insurance company had released them. Having my car totaled is already a tough situation as it is and they have not made it any easier for me which I feel is extremely inconsiderate.

This place is a scam I trust them when they post a car that says runs and drive.. i bid this truck online never tough that it was bad on rust well all over the truck is full of rust the brakes lines are leaking truck don’t have brakes at all, truck has check engine light never saw that check engine light on the pictures they hide it.. now I’m paying the higher I can’t believe it I’m very stressed 😥.. I would like to sue the company if there is a possibility is not right what they doing..not mentioned that people inside the office are very rude including the manager..

Very unprofessional except Mrs. Nancy. There is a young caucasian girl with blonde hair at the front who is very childish, rude and very disrespectful. However, I am sure that she has the position due to her daddy. I observed how she has some of the black male customers bringing her gifts and etc as if she is on a slave plantation.

This yard does not sell vehicles as is. Pictures show one thing and when it is received it will have extra damage. In addition, the general manager was rude, he lacked any manners. This is not how you talk to a customer which shows others have addressed my concerns as well. He was so low that he accused me "trying to get extra money off them." Seriously, this was the only yard that damaged my vehicle out of 30 others, what does this tell you, it's they are not honest and conduct fraudulent behavior. They tried to pin it on the transport driver but they were the ones that loaded the vehicle and I was present when the driver unloaded and the damage was not marked on the documentation. This yard managed by Joe Baker is absolutely pathetic, rude and dishonest. Iaai needs to investigate his business practices if they care at all about their customers or reputation. Worst Auto Auction I’ve ever been to. I dropped off my vehicle to be sold at IAAI Little Rock. My vehicle was there 2 weeks and was never ran through the sale. Went in to pick my vehicle up and was charged $35 for cancellation fees. I spoke with the General Manager Joel Baker about the issue I was having with my vehicle not being offered for sale after 2 weeks. He yells on the showroom floor in front of all his staff and several customers that was in line with me “ YOU DON’T HAVE TO EVER COME HERE AND BUY A CAR”. I was Embarrassed, Belittle, Bullied, and totally disrespected and Degraded from a superior within the company.

Very helpful my things were not in my truck but the man explains they did not pick up my truck that(Title Max)had it picked up. I drove 2hrs. To retrieve my belongings and they had ben taken from my truck. Around 2.500 dollars worth sounds like a lawsuit to me(Title Max)along with the rest of the people that are suing you. Have a nice day.

Very nice people. Had to get my belongings from the car. Found out they have auctions. Ideal for finding a vehicle.

This branch here in Little Rock ran by Mr. Joe Baker. Under his supervision and he would allow his staff in the yard reporting vehicles’ descriptions with FALSE ADVERTISING to mislead buyers and thus helping the sellers benefit more of higher bid with such False Advertising. 1st car pulled out with labeled RUN &DRIVE 2013 Nissan Cube and the left front wheel fell apart. 2nd car labeled as RUN&DRIVE 2010 Dodge Charger and transmission broke, Not even moving. 3rd car labeled with RUN&DRIVE 2010 Chrysler 300 and engine gone, didn’t hold pressure. And I been told $59 will be charged each time for those 3 cars to pull out next time. I asked Ms. Laura to speak up for my situation with Mr. Baker hoping he would understand and help me avoid these charges. Unfortunately, he refused to help. Such a SHADY PRACTICE by luring the out of town buyers into False ADVERTISING, Mr. BAKER. Not to mention that a buyer brought these issues to his attention and being ignored. 1 wrong advertising, it’s mistake. 3 in a row, that’s INTENTIONAL. Very UNETHICAL PRACTICES, Mr. Baker. Shame on your blood sucking method from others’ hard earned money. Very shame on you Sir!!

I don’t leave a bad review lightly. As a matter fact out of hundreds of reviews this is the first review I have left less than five stars. The only way I can describe the business practices of IAA is complacency, and arrogance. I have never dealt with a business that is more professional. This is not the only time this is the fourth time that is been so bad that it is just unbelievable they are in business. I drove an hour to bring them over $16,000 to pay for three units. I am six minutes late past the 430 time that apparently they have stop taking money. They close at 5 o’clock but apparently they updated their info and now they only take money until 4:30 PM. I told the route office girl that I just drove an hour and a half to bring this money. Her response was what you should read your member agreement it clearly says that we can’t stop taking money at 4:30 if we choose. I said ma’am I just drove an hour and a half to pay you to Little Rock traffic and I’m here at 4:36. She said well you can ride around for the manager if you want but that’s up to you. I said ma’am I’m either going to pay you this money or I’m not going to pay you at all and I’m not going to do business you anymore. She popped her head glared at me and told me again you can wait a minute you want. Then she turned around and went back to her business. This is not the fault of that employee. This is the fault of management in this corporation. I have been treated this way mini mini times by this company and so have scores of other people. I deal with Copart and I spend about $1 million a month with them. I stopped in business with AAA about five years ago because of similar business practices. I opened a new account about 12 months ago and gave it another shot. But I can firmly tell you the business has not changed it to management. This is a business that could take some lessons from Jason Adair . I recommend Copart for your insurance auction needs. Again fourth ridiculous issue with an accommodating staff. Not the first This is only one issue I am telling you about I don’t think you want to hear the rest you would not believe it anyway. I’m hoping they change in the future and if they do and they want to contact me that’s fine I will give it a shot but I will not do business with this perso this is only one issue I am telling you about I don’t think you want to hear the rest you would not believe it anyway. I’m hoping they change in the future and if they do and they want to contact me that’s fine I will give it a shot but I will not do business with this company again and less they personally called me and asked me to.

I pay all the fees for a vehicle I bought including an internet fee. Bought a car (online bidding) pictures show nothing wrong with front end, I go to get the car front end has been smashed, they refund me the $29 internet fee and I end up with junk. Takes minimum of 2 hours to get one vehicle! Poorly managed place.

I'm a small car dealer in the Little Rock area. Their rep approached me with numbers that sounded good for some of the low end units I had. Some were running and driving, some were not. Make sure you read the fine print. I got as little as $6 for one car, had to pay around $250 for one that did not sell (and of course, towing to pick it back up). I believe their are many other options to sell junk or low end cars, and I discovered it through this process. On a positive note, the payments did come promptly. Anyone with questions can contact me.
