Vehicle was towed after State Police traffic stop merely 1/4 mile from their yard, there to pay and get my vehiclf within 12 hours, and the ticket was $193.00... I felt totally violated. Otherwise it was a smooth experience. Paid, went to their yard, got my vehicle very quickly.

These dirt bags hauled a truck to my car lot for a mutual friend. The tow truck driver hit my gate and mangled it. I called Brad and was told he wasn't responsible for his driver tearing up my gate. If they are this sorry over something like this I would steer clear of these people. See you court Brad I have videos of him hitting it!!!
I called them Saturday to arrange a tow for a vehicle I recently purchased, they were very prompt and friendly when they arrived. Timmy is the driver thar showed up to load the vehicle.
10/10 would recommend calling them for assistance again if needed, just hope I don't need it.
They picked up my friends car on a personal vendetta. Then when we called for the price to get it out they quoted one price, but when we arrived an hour and a half later it was $400 more because of "fees." Don't expect to be treated fairly! Don't expect anyone but the young lady at the counter to be nice! DO BE READY to contact Arkansas Towing and Recovery Board!!
