I was helping my buddy get his vehicle out of impound today. Megan in the office was super sweet and helpful, and really made the process go smoothly. I talked to Terry at the impound yard, nice guy. He checked what he needed to and we were on our way. Simple and pain free.
The dispatcher was super sweet, patient and kept me informed. The driver was quick, professional, knew what he was doing and it didn’t hurt, that he was extremely clean and handsome
Vehicle was towed after State Police traffic stop merely 1/4 mile from their yard, there to pay and get my vehiclf within 12 hours, and the ticket was $193.00... I felt totally violated. Otherwise it was a smooth experience. Paid, went to their yard, got my vehicle very quickly.
Cabot Wrecker Services came out at 11:30pm on July 4th to help us get into our vehicle after the keys were locked inside. They were there quickly and very polite and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was stuck on the side of the highway. I called and the tow truck was to me within minutes and took me to where I asked. The driver was nice and polite. Thank you very much!!
These dirt bags hauled a truck to my car lot for a mutual friend. The tow truck driver hit my gate and mangled it. I called Brad and was told he wasn't responsible for his driver tearing up my gate. If they are this sorry over something like this I would steer clear of these people. See you court Brad I have videos of him hitting it!!!
I called them Saturday to arrange a tow for a vehicle I recently purchased, they were very prompt and friendly when they arrived. Timmy is the driver thar showed up to load the vehicle. 10/10 would recommend calling them for assistance again if needed, just hope I don't need it.
They picked up my friends car on a personal vendetta. Then when we called for the price to get it out they quoted one price, but when we arrived an hour and a half later it was $400 more because of "fees." Don't expect to be treated fairly! Don't expect anyone but the young lady at the counter to be nice! DO BE READY to contact Arkansas Towing and Recovery Board!!
