They told my girlfriend she had to pay all the fees for her car that was towed there after an accident in order to get any personal items out of her car. According to Arkansas Code § 27-50-1208 certain personal items are excluded from possessory lien. When we called back to advise that we were aware of these rights and wanted to get the items, the belligerent trailer trash on the phone began yelling then hung up on my girlfriend.
Broke down at Sonic in Gravel Ridge. Called roadside thru my insurance company and that driver refused to come. Called Jhook and Adrian from Ivy Hall was there in less than 10 minutes to get me going. Excellent service. Would definitely use again

Well needless to say that the fact I am leaving this review says it all. I had my first accident and thankfully it wasn't my fault. As I got off the phone with 911 I looked up and there was Adrian with a tow truck. There was no way he was called to the site but I was so glad he showed up. Right off I felt somewhat relieved because he could go on and move me. Once we got to the yard I was greeted by Alex and I really started feeling better due to the service I got from her. I tried to remove what I could from my truck but did forget something. I went back and again the service that she displayed was so very welcomed. If nothing else, I can say that the service the team there provided me was heartfelt! I had never heard of them before but I'm glad I did. Both Alex and Adrian should be commended on the great job they did and the outstanding service given to me. Thank you!!!
Alex is a great woman! She helped me out with my car when she really didn’t have to. I can only thank God that she has such a great heart. All you guys out there listen up! Be nice and respectful to the individuals that work there! They are just doing their jobs and are willing to work with you, but only if you show kindness and are patient. My car was stolen and they picked it up when it was found. They were really nice and let me borrow a gas can when we needed to put gas in it. They worked with us and were just really great people.
Friend mother was in an accident and they towed the car to the shop and went through the whole car and stole personal items and claimed that the state police had gotten the things out of the car. What a thief . It will come home to people like that. Would not recommend this tow truck company. Sorry…
The office personnel there are Con Artist. The presented me with a final bill with all sorts of charges not communicated before. Administration fees, certified letter fee, ( which they could not produce me a copy of), set out fee, etc. These "fees' were on top of the tow charge and storage fees. I will be pursuing this matter with the Arkansas Towing and Recovery Board.
Had an accident. This is who the city of Jacksonville sleeps with. They immediately call these guys. They came to the accident. Hooked the vehicle up. Drove 3 miles and it was 273.55. They then lock your vehicle up behind a locked gate. If you don’t ask they don’t tell you that it cost 50 a day to let it sit there while you are trying to figure out what to do. Oh and they only take cash. Go figure. Please call smith wrecker if you need an fair price on a tow. You won’t get it here
All towing and recovery businesses after COVID-19 should be ashamed of their selves for repossessing vehicles from families that are just trying to catch back up.
Customer service and sticking to your word is gold in business. Site says 24 hour towing but when you call they are very rude and say they don’t open until 8-9am. Why even answer or have 24 hours listed? I also think I was charged more due to the vehicle I own which is an expensive car. I was quoted $135 over the phone. When they dropped my car off my total was $191.00. I paid $200 cash and driver never offered to give me my change. I would not recommend AT ALL.
The woman at the desk was incredibly rude and provided false information several times trying to tell me I could not have my property out of my vehicle and could only have paperwork. their prices were ridiculous and the amount they wanted for a simple service was literal robbery.
Great communication came right on time, dispatch and driver both called me would highly recommend if you need a tow or cash for clunkers type deal they came with check in hand and towed my clunker outta here within a day of setting it up I used to deliver mail to ivy when they were on main street in Jacksonville and they have always been super polite and also check them out for good deals on cash cars at times.
I locked my keys in my van and gave these folks a call. They were extremely fast at getting to my location, very courteous, and extremely fair on the price! Thank you, Ivy Hall!

My car got towed from Sherwood & i called to see if there was anyway to have my car towed to my house since I’m paying for it anyway , she couldn’t even tell me where my car was . She kept telling me to call back @10am tm. I know it’s because they want me to pay them for having my car over night . & it’s okay bc I’m going up there tm. I would much rather get my car towed by tj’s $35 towing (thank me later) . i hope i never have to deal with them again .
This place is awful the staff is even worse. I was in a car wreck they towed my car and to get it back it cost me almost $300 for less the 24 hours the staff was rude and disrespectful worst place ever
Tony was by far the best tow truck driver I have ever met!! He is very knowledgeable and cool as hell... Ivy Hall will be the only tow service we use...
I forgot to post a review, but had to call them late at night a few months ago and the Driver was great. He was friendly as hell and did whatever he could to help me out in my sticky situation. Plus the price for a tow is well reasonable.
