Great customer service today, battery light on, discovered loose battery clamp, also detected not being charged, staff set up service with local shop mechanic, William was greaton that end.

Bought a new to me vehicle near this store and took it in to be scanned. Jessica was quick to welcome us in and help. When we had additional questions the store manager, Jeremy came to help. He used it as a teachable moment. Their display of team work was excellent! I would highly recommend this location!

Friday at 5 pm I need to get a new battery. O'REILLY'S had the battery and installed it in minutes. Thank heavens they were open and able to help!

Tara was super helpful, asking what I needed when I walked in. Helped me find it, and checked me out all with a genuine interest in helping and customer service. This is a small town where everyone knows everyone, so it's nice to be treated like family. They never hesitate to read codes for me or look up parts or assist me in any way they can.

This store was awesome we went in for some batteries for remote and they took the remotes apart and put the new batteries in for us. Thanks O'Reilly's

They had the little odd battery for a remote that I needed and even unscrewed the back and replaced the battery for me.

My experience was awful salesman was rude and immature man was behind the counter I was asking is if I was trying to shoplift which is the same as a accusing me of stealing I'm not a thief but this man is surely your punk
