Wow, these people are horrible. They charge $350 for a used trailer tire. Imagine that, and for a brand new one from China, it's $570. This is insane — the biggest ripoff ever. That’s how you get ripped off. Do not go to this place.
Towing with NO LIGHTS in HEAVY RAIN = UNSAFE HAZARD, especially since the truck in the other lane was kicking up so much roadspray, you COULDN'T SEE it until you came right up on it! They're RISKING their customer's vehicle...
Broke down at the paper mill in Valliant Oklahoma around noon yesterday. Had a hell of a time finding a Wrecker that would come and get me. Bypass Diesel saved me! Dakota didn't waste any time getting the tractor hooked up and us down to MHC in texarkana. Thank you so much!!
My truck broke down on I30 right next to Texarkana. I called bypass Diesel. Jeremy came to fix my truck. He was very friendly & very knowledgeable. Fix my truck in 30min. Highly recommended.
Very convenient and excellent service. My trl was Rejected by Domtar Plant and Bypass was turn left out plant about a mile down the block on the right. They repaired my door seals and a hole in my trl. No problem. They stay busy though, but excellent work standards. I Will definitely come back and recommend this shop for trl repair work.
Broke down on side of the highway outside of Ashdown made a after hours call to dispatch. She said it would be 90 min before arrival. Jeremy and his wife arrived on the scene in less than 15min. Fixed my issue had me back on the road in less than a hour. Very accommodating and very nice people to have work on your truck. I highly recommend this place. (JSD Trucking)
We arrived to Texarkana to get our RV inspected for our annual DMV registration. Turns out, our drivers side windshield wiper was malfunctioning. Changed out the motor and switch and still had the malfunction which leads to an electrical issue. Called around and stopped by a number of Texarkana mechanics only to find that availability was days out, even just to troubleshoot.
The Bypass team were available right away. Arrived to the Ashdown location and Jeremy was on the problem PDQ. After 20mins of tinkering, he identified a faulty self-grounding connection on the motor. With a couple ground connectors, we were back in business. Jeremy was patient enough to let me cycle the wipers on-off multiple times to make sure the problem was addressed.
Raced back to TX inspection station before the 4.30 closing time. And success!!! Passed our 2021-22 inspection to get us back on the road to our next campground.

Worst place on earth horrible people. I had my motor blow up in my vehicle and they towed it I went too get it from impound took off work early and get there at 4:30 for them too tell me that the bill of sale I had wouldn’t work and I had too have the title. I already verified early in the day that the bill of sale was good all I needed was valid ID. I also told them that I worked and that would be my only chance too talk on the phone until I got off so I made sure everything was good had my wife meet me there with a trailer and find out it was all a lie so they tell me that I have too have title and then tell me they close at five and acted very rudely.
I've been to 4 different shops with my truck problems. Always feels like I'm getting shuffled around and long wait times. We're talking about a $6k+ job here. These people have been great. Got right on the job. They've spent time to talk to me about what I want to do with the present situation and given me their opinion. All the staff have been friendly and clear with explanations. I couldn't be happier with my experience.
Whenever I need something done they always take care of it very convenient I've had work done at two of the locations several time's never had an issue... whether it's my truck or one of our trailers.... dependable service ....price is fair...
