If I could rate this place with a “0” star rating, I would! Steve is an absolutely hateful and unprofessional human being for no reason! He is not reasonable and shady as hell! Do not trust him! He will rob you of your money!
Very rude and unprofessional. I called at 9:00am to get my car towed. And he told me someone will give me a call later that day to tow my car. I asked about what time will that be he said he don't know. I called back threw out the whole day to see if someone was coming. He finally told me it would be before 5:00pm. I called back at 4:00pm to see was someone still coming. He then hung up the phone in my face. Then when I tried to call back 5 times after that I got no answer. Don't waste your time on this place.!!!!!
VERY helpful.. prices are a little steep but his customer service is WAY better then J. D. Smith's. He even came back to shop AFTER he closed for the day while J. D. closed 2 hours early.. Very helpful even offered to pull the part off for me
Do not deal with this man! I drove over 2 hours to buy a motor from him. I had talked to him just a day or so before about the motor. He knew I was coming to get the motor on Monday morning early. I text him on my way to Pine Bluff around 8:45AM to let him know I was on my way, he text me back 30 minutes later to tell me that he wouldn’t be at shop until 1:00. I go to his shop around 12:45, he’s at shop with NO MOTOR. He tells me to give him until 2:00 and he will have it. He text me at 1:50 to tell me the motor sold on Saturday. We wasted a whole day, wasted gas driving up here and my husband wasted a whole day of work dealing with this man. I repeat DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PLACE! This man is not to be trusted! Terrible business!
