  Expensive!! Tight and crowded! I dented the door on my BMW because the gate was not opened completely my husband lost his drivers license after taking it out to identify himself. We went back to see if he left it at the office but it was nowhere to be found.

  Car broke down on the interstate. And after being stranded over night and dealing with the passing snow storm. They towed my car to dealership and picked me up from hotel. I truly appreciated. Not from here and they were nice amd understanding.

  My husband was traveling and 6 hours from home when his truck broke down. I called J.D. Smith Wrecking and the gentleman I spoke to was so kind. They dispatched a unit to tow my husband's truck, and even took him to him to the hotel. To my pleasant surprise, it ended up costing less than I was originally quoted as well. Thanks very much for your courteous and prompt service....I would highly recommend them to anyone!

  J.D. Smith himself is very rude.. every time I go there he refuses to help with anything.. decent prices but TERRIBLE customer service. I would rather deal with Stephens auto salvage.. honestly if there was a 0 star rating that's what I'd choose..also time listing says he closes at 5.. I called just the other day and he closed at 3. Has no newer vehicles
