This was quick friendly and lil costly if police call lol but Brent in Texarkana was great and was so amazing in the cold weather had him move a 2nd vehicle will definitely use again
We were traveling from San Antonio north and blew a tire (thanks construction!) right outside of Texarkana. Within minutes of us calling, Allen was dispatched to our location and towed us, our vehicle and our 2 dogs to Discount Tire. He made this process seamless; very friendly, quick and happy to help. Thank you Neeley’s and Allen for getting us to where we needed to go so we could continue our journey. Many, many thumbs up!
We were broke down on side of Hwy on vacation. Neelys came out and towed us back to their shop on a Saturday and helped us fix the bad battery. “L” was great and he was friendly in transporting me and my family. They helped us in a bind where we knew no one
Attended a funeral in Nashville, AR. Left our car parked along the street behind the church where the funeral was. When we left the vehicle, there were plenty of other cars parked along the street. We rode to the grave side service with family members and then went to get dinner. On our way back, had a run in with several gentlemen from Neeley’s towing and an officer getting ready to tow our vehicle (completely understandable) because it was still parked on the road, at this time there is no other cars we were one of the last ones parked near the church.
After arriving, and getting out, we explained to the gentlemen that we had attended the funeral, cars were parked all along the road, we attended the graveside, rode along with family members, and got dinner. As much of a bummer of a day it was, the very polite officer understood as well as the tow truck drivers. In fact, the tow truck driver made it clear that he believed we attended the funeral, knew who it was, and was trying to not tow our vehicle due to the nature of the events.
I know there are operating costs and potentially opportunity cost when getting called to tow a vehicle from the police. I highly commend and recommend Neeley’s Tow Service (and Nashville PD) because of the respect that we were given. They completely understood, didn’t hesitate for a second to tell us that we didn’t owe anything and they were sorry for our loss.
As we were pulling away, I did notice there were two tow trucks from Neeley’s that were there. One of a more traditional tow trucks, and one that was a flat bed. I would assume that the traditional tow truck got there first, and noticed our vehicle was AWD. Then the second tow truck was called. To add to this, I highly respect and appreciate the cost these gentlemen from Neeley’s had. It does make a difference when it comes to making sure your property/car is hauled or towed away properly. As much as a bummer it would have been (and completely understandable and reasonable) it is nice to know they were doing their best to protect our property as well as theirs.
From this interaction, I cannot recommend Neeley’s Tow Service enough. If the rest of the world operated this way, it would be a very amazing place. If I am ever in Nashville again, and I require these services, I will be using Neeley’s. If we are ever in the position of getting our car towed from the police, I would also want Neeley’s to be the one handling our vehicle. (lol)
Seriously thank you, Neeley’s. I know there was time wasted from the operators and costs with that. I will be thankful for the generosity and respect we were given.
I did it again dropped the truck off before they opened , dropped my keys in the slot. They called me , told me the problem , and fixed it . All you can ask for . Would I use them again ? I wouldn't use anyone else.
We ran out of gas on I- 49 and after waiting for 2 hours with a 3rd going to happen waiting for Good Sam support, l reached out to Neeley’s from looking on Google. Terry was professional and funny making us feel at ease and that help was on the way! Dell was there in less than 30minutes! We had a tricky experience finding a gas station after Dell provided enough to get to it.
The whole experience, considering the event was made so much better knowing Neeley’s was ther for us and we like friends to us. To top it all off the price was more than fair. If you get stuck there is always support and you guys were ours today. Thank you so much!!!
We took it in just for an estimate. They said they were back up, so we left it with them. We handed them a diagnostic sheet and they wrote down what we described the issues were. We did NOT want them to work on the vehicle, but they did it anyway and charged us over $200 for it and what they worked on wasn’t even the targeted issue! Now we’re stuck having the same issues as we originally did. I do not feel like this place is to be trusted again. We just moved here and this was a very “welcoming” moment. Don’t come here. Ever.
If you ever need towing in this aea, only go with Neeley's. Alfred and his team are wonderful and will go beyond and above to help you.

If I could give zero stars I would! Call them and they laugh at you while your on the phone with them. If they are nice LOOK OUT. Ya know there's a saying that goes " We'll CHEAT you right" they have that saying down to a fine art. In Nashville the Neeleys have a really bad reputation for being snowy and making sure you know they are better than you. It's subtle but there. Most people in town will tell you " Do NOT GO TO NEELEYS"! I get it. They work on cars and yeah we need that. We don't want or need any snide sarcastic under tones! Ugh, they are terrible to work with. Remember if they are nice when they are done. Take your car somewhere else and get a second opinion and make sure they "fixed" your car and not " fixed something else that will break down the car later" I think that these people would do that!
I had the codes read on my pickup at Neeley's in Nashville and it show the Oxygen Sensor needed replaced. The guy that did the test told me to bring it in Tuesday morning so I did. The only one in the office that morning was Alford and he was one of the most rudest people I've ever meet or tried to do business with. He told me to just leave it and maybe they could get too it. I told him I didn't have anyone to pick me up so I'd just wait. Which I'd already told the mechanic that told me to bring it in and he said that would be ok. Alford would listen to anything I was trying to tell him about what the mechanic and I had discussed. I'm 72 years old and I've delt with a lot of people in business, but Alford is the rudest and unconcerned about his customers of anyone I've ever meet. Everyone else that I talked to at Neeley's were real polite, professional and seemed to care about my pickup problem and willing to work with me to get it fixed. I just left that morning and won't be going back. Alford has been in business in Nashville so long I guess he can treat his customers anyway he wants too and it's not my place to judge him. Just my right not to do business with him.
Outstanding! We were stranded on the side of I-30 on the last leg of an 1,800mi trip when the car died. Neeley’s dispatch was friendly and fast. They had a truck out to us within 20 minutes, which was much appreciated in 100 degree heat. Fred was professional and gracious. He insisted we sit in the cab in the AC while he got the car on the truck, and was patient when our first choice service center fell through. 100% recommend Neeley’s should you need them. Hope you get Fred!
SUPER SERVICE!! Probably not the cheapest but you get what you pay for, these guys know their stuff and are worth every penny!!!! Terri (for Terrific) is as good as it can get. Called, she was as nice as could be ( and spoke perfect Southern English!!) quoted it, got it picked up and delivered quickly. I own my own rollback two states away so I know the good from the bad and these folks are GREAT!! Will defiantly keep their number and highly recommend.
Absolutely one of the worst places here. They put on 4 tires for us on our ATV with nobody else but us here and it took 2hrs. If your wanting to get it done fast do not come here. I use my ATV for work building cable and I assure you I could have done it sooner if I had the tools. Not sure how this place stays in business or even has good rating’s. Nobody is ever here it looks like but I can’t complain to much nobody else could do it the same day. Boss was not happy with us missing work. Got the bill and it was $155 quiet ridiculous if you ask me
Alan came to my rescue and was very professional with great customer service. Alan looked at other possible solutions to why my car wouldn't start. He went above and beyond! I will recommend Neely's Towing to everyone in need of their services. If I could give Alan more than 5 stars it would be 10! You are appreciated.
Excellent service. Came in 4 minutes after call, with clean and newer tow truck. Tommy was fast and professional. Got my car of the highway ramp fast. 5 Star service.
Joe was super awesome, courteous, and professional with Neely's Service & Wrecker. This was our first time using them at GWG and they provided great customer service and I would highly recommend this company and their team to anyone needing a tow for their equipment/commercial needs. We will definitely be using them again in the future. Everyone was super friendly that I spoke to and the prices were reasonable. And it doesn't get much better than that!
Alfred, Kathy, Lynne, Ernest and the rest of the workers were absolutely wonderful. They went Way beyond to help us after our RV broke down 10 miles from the shop. Lynne and Kathy picked us up and brought us to the shop. They stayed way past closing time to repair the RV so we could get home about 500 miles away. I was traveling with my niece, her 2 children and my dog. We had such a bad experience with the insurance company, but the Neeley's crew made it all better. They have the small town helpful caring attitude. Thank you to all of you. I am sorry I don't know everyone's name. They deserve an A++++.
We slid on the ice today and ended up facing the sky in the ditch almost in the creek and Neeley's towing and recovery service came out and showed us that it was possible to recover a truck that looks impossible to recover! Thank you for your service Mr Neeley and the helper that was with him!! These people are So Nice and they re price was reasonable and they were Very Fast!! If I could I would give them more than 5 ⭐s!!
They completely overcharged me & when I spotted an error in their work, they refused to fix it because “it’s the best we can do” which was an outright lie since it was a very fixable mistake. The owner is a very crooked old man who only looks for profit instead of quality.
I've used Neelys for over 30 years and I've had plenty of tires , front end alignments , exhausts, wheel bearings, tierods, ball joints, ect..... you name it, they've done it for me. I have always been satisfied with there work and they have always been there, just a phone call away. They go beyond helping as I've seen when someone needed a tow and I was there hearing the conversation. Customer came first and there goal was to get them off the road to someplace safe as soon as possible. If you use them you will be well satisfied. If not let, let them know.
