Customer Service very rude said she didn’t have and wouldn’t send anyone to tow my vehicle. Asked me to keep calling and there was never a tow truck available. She kept hanging up in my face. I’ve never had any problems before getting a tow truck, like c’mon now. However Malvern Tow and Recovery jumped in with no problems told me and I got it towed, without all the extra nonsense.
They towed my motorcycle to their facility. It wasn't broken down, it wasn't wrecked? It was parked on the side of the interstate. Then I had to pay fees for them. Removing my vehicle illegally, there was no sticker is ever placed on my motorcycle within less than 12 hours. It was towed away and They expected me to pay for the toe like I had any responsibility in their actions. There was a simple electronic malfunction on the bike that made it not work but less than 12 hours. I couldn't even go pick my bike back up without going through all the I feel like somebody that works here must have a buddy that works in the state police department or the highway patrol
Bailey’s was quick and professional. They came when they said they would! Two other services didn’t… The owner even brought us a couple of cold bottled waters, and sat us in the air conditioned cab while he loaded the auto, it was a 100 degrees out. He even offered to drop us at our rental place! Above and beyond is what you get when dealing with Bailey’s towing and recovery!

We were in a bad accident on I-30 and Mike responded to tow our totaled car to his lot. We were still 3 hours from our home, after returning from our trip back home to see our family and get married. Mike and his wife took us to a hotel, Urgent Care, Emergency Room and to pick up a rental car after being stuck in a hotel for 3 days. They went above and beyond their scope of work to be there to help us. We left so very grateful to them and their company, that we told our insurance company we wanted them to tow our Mercedes to the Mercedes collision center, because we trust them. I would recommend them to my friends and family in a heartbeat. Thanks you guys for being amazing people!
Do NOT use this company because they are as dishonest as it gets. I called to get my truck (that was parked legally out of the way where other semi's park for only 4 days) out of their impound lot, which was on a Saturday, and although they were at the office, charged me $50 extra to "have somebody come down to release it." They said it was afterhours and when I mentioned it states online they're open 24 hours/day, with an attitude, she stated "I can't get google to change that." Even though thousands of other companies sure don't seem to have that issue. Anyhow, save yourself some trouble and find someone else!!
The lady who answered the phone was very rude and ugly to me for asking about getting my property out of a vehicle after a accident. They a crooks and thieves. They are wanting $200 cash and the title to the vehicle in order for me to get my personal things out. Again this was a two car ACCIDENT. Not impound or criminal tow job. This is ridiculous and unacceptable and they should be held accountable for their wrong doing
Charlie was professional and so helpful. He came out on Thanksgiving on a pouring rain day and was very helpful and polite and we could not have been any more pleased.
Got stranded on I-30 and they came right away. Mike was beyond helpful. He checked our car to see what was wrong, and towed us to a hotel close to a Walmart and a mechanic. So professional and accommodating!
Driver was quick and polite, very helpful in getting my car taken care of and helping with finding lodging because it was after shop hours to get my car fixed and I'm not a local
Bailey's Towing and Recovering is the best tow company to get a tow from. They are professional kind caring sweet . When I had my accident they treated me like family instead of a stranger they're prices are reasonable and their are always on time. I highly recommend them to anyone.
These guys at Bailey's were on top of it. Broke down on I-30. When I made contact they immediately had someone on the way, called hotels to find a place for me and my dogs that works for ease to the mechanic and places to eat. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much.
