I deal with multiple tow companies throught out North America on a daily basis with commercial vehicles and Leah by far has been the most efficient and easiest to deal with. Highly recommend !

I'd like to give Gavin 10 stars. I've been broken down on the side of the hallway twice in the last three weeks. However Gavin is/was the first tow truck driver that called me two hours later to make sure that my car didn't have any other problems. Gavin Harris thank you sir.
Got stuck this morning and one call to Redriver and they directed on what to do and a rollback was dispatched to my rescue talking about good customer svc and quicknes and I was back on the road
Wonderful service! No one wants to call a tow truck, but if you're ever in need in Arkansas, I recommend Red River. Our driver was friendly and professional. He went above and beyond.

Traveling cross country in our RV, had an overheat situation and was stranded on the side of I-30 on a Sunday. Found RRWS and gave them a call. Cooter was there 35 mins later and had us back on the road in under an hour. Very professional and would highly recommend.
I needed a wrecker pretty quick. & gave Red River Wrecker Service a call! Needless to say it was the best call I could've made for my situation. I was given an estimated wait time of 45 minutes & they showed in less than 30 minutes. Therefore I highly recommend this company!!
I want to give a shout out to Red River Wrecker Service for the awesome service and extreme kindness! We had a flat tire on I30 and had to pull over in a dangerous spot in a bridge. We had no donut or spare. They came and towed us back to their facility and helped us get our tire plugged. They even sent another truck to give us a ride because we had a car full. God bless this amazing establishment!!
Got stuck DEEP in mudd....I called these good folks, told them what happened and within 1 HOUR they had my man Gavin out here....not only did he pull me out, he WATCHED to make sure I didn't hit the gas station underpass as I was leaving!! Mike got to us in half the time road aide assistance said he would, and he went above and beyond to get us back on the road. We were traveling in our RV with twin toddlers so he basically saved our entire day!
Our truck broke down on side of the road and Gavin picked us up, he was just very nice and polite. He talked to me and my daughter and made the experience less stressful. We couldn’t recommend anybody better. Excellent quality of work!

We broke down 63 miles from home and when we tried to use the tow company through our vehicle warranty they gave us a crazy amount that we would have to pay out of pocket to get our vehicle towed to our preferred dealer. They wanted to tow it to the closest dealer which was farther away from our home. So I called and found Red River Wrecker Service on my own and told them where I was and where we needed it to be towed 108 miles away and across a state line. The lady on the phone was very nice and gave a quote very quickly. I had a great price less than half of the quote from my car warranty people, and their driver arrived within 30 mins. Very nice polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing any services they provide they turned a bad situation into a much easier one to deal with. If I ever need another tow they will be first on my call list! Thanks again to Red River Wrecker Service!
Would highly recommend this towing service. My car was blowing oil out of the bottom and I got stuck on the side of I-30. The tow truck got to me quick and the driver was so nice and wonderful to work with. Thank you Red River Wrecker Service!
Wayne recovered my vehicle after an accident today and promptly meet me at their shop so I was able to get my things out and waited while I took forever. Super nice guy and I’m grateful he was there to help on such a scary day!
I was going down the highway when I lost both rear wheels on my dually and red river wrecker company came right out towed away my fifth wheel and my truck, and they also started repairs right away and finished it pretty quickly considering it was the evening time, all thanks to Gavin and Mike cooper.They did an awesome job and you should definitely choose them over anyone else when your in the area.
A great shoutout to my local towing company Red River Wrecker Service .Gavin was sooo nice/generous. He went out his way to help me out the mud after being stuck at the cemetery with my 2 children while visiting my fathers grave site on his birthday on today. >Although it was dark and we could barely see , he was able to recuse me in less than 10min!!! What an awesome hero.
Driver had a busted oil cap on a trailer wheel, extremely easy fix, and needed a new one replaced, our local mechanic comes to our yard and changes these for $150, we were charged $332.77, just a warning get a quote before allowing them to work on your equipment, extremely over priced. We made the mistake of having an expectation of a price range and trusting we wouldn't be gouged, just a warning for other companies, learn from our mistake.
I broke down in my RV and after 6 hours of trying to fix it myself I finally gave in. I called them and the tow truck driver Ricky had already scene me their working on the RV. He did everything he could to help us get out of the situation we were in and make my day better. I can’t thank this family owned company enough for their help. I truly don’t understand the negative reviews they have received. My experience with them has been nothing but the best I could hope for.

Hands down the best wrecker yard I've ever dealt with!! Rickie the Manager went way beyond the call to make sure things got done! Even when he was slammed busy he STILL took time to answer my calls and was NEVER short or rude. Wish I could hire 10 guys like him and I'd be a millionaire! I highly recommend this yard if you're ANYWHERE near and need their services!
After two hours with a busted ball joint and multiple towing services telling me what I can only assume were jokes every time I asked about pricing I stumbled upon these guys with a random google search. After speaking with Melissa whom I believe is a dispatcher(?) I was already nearly ecstatic at their pricing. After Jimmy arrived (about 30 minutes) I found a new reason to be impressed. Jimmy was not only professional but happily explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. With that kind of service and a price I couldn't imagine anyone not liking I'm happy to say I fully recommend this business and their services.
