Me & My boyfriend took a load of scrap to this yard the first time we have been there and I just have to say the woman that was working there was extremely rude and very unprofessional with how she was handling things. I can definitely say we will never go back there again due to her rudeness. I hope the owners will see this & do something before she runs the entire business to the ground.
Rude, unprofessional, wouldnt waste my time. They dont know how to treat customers. I dont like giving bad reviews, but, these people shouldnt have a business.
I am currently here right now with my husband. The woman that works here came and involved herself in my and my husband's conversation and started cussing at me. Then she told us to park our car in a bed of nails to unload tires in the back. I won't let anyone cuss me out so of course I'm hollering back. Then of course she threatens to call the cops if I exit the vehicle. What? Then the owner comes outside saying something about don't cuss hisemployees. Tell your employees not to cuss customers! We never come here lol. Bought a junk car on a rip off on Facebook marketplace. This place is very rude and unprofessional. Look at all my other reviews. I don't leave bad ones unless it's bad!!!! I'd really look for a new employee that knows how to treat a customer.
Most people work Monday through Friday and I know people hate working on Saturdays but when we wish I got stuff we only got Saturday to do it if you're not there it ain't no good to us so therefore you don't have my business
W&W n Marmaduke AR and Wilson n Arkansas r robbing people with aluminum cans at 35 cents a pound I believe these two companies have an agreement with the sheriff office to keep these prices this low at 35 cents when they should b at least 62 cents a pound do like me after this load im fixing g to haul off I'm looking at taking my aluminum cans to a deposit state where u can get 5 cents a can or 10cents a can thats about $1000 a week if i can gdt my aluminum cans to a deposit state these scraps yards keeping these prices this low and the law has trained there law to watch for everyone to throw the cand out the window to get the law there $1000 ticket for littering thats why the keep there prices at 35 cents a pound its an agreement between scrap yard and sheriffs office
Horrible. I don't scrap much I was cleaning out my property. I gave them a bucket of copper wire they marked as dirty brass. They took advantage of me not being knowledgeable about scrap. Old guy is rude as well
Rip off can prices are 53cents a pound but they only pay 40cents a pound so every. pound they make 13 cents off of you and stick in there pocket rip off there 2

Shocked how I was mocked by the woman and 2 male workers there all due to my mask. Been a customer for several years and am too ill for vaccination still.
The recycling center isn't open on Saturday, even though it says it is here on Google and their website. After driving nearly an hour to get to it, I was met with locked gates. When calling their listed phone number while waiting outside,the recording informed us that they're not open today
