PSA: this has got to be the best O’Reilly Auto Parts in the nation! My husband and I had to change our breaks and rotors. They weren’t changed since we purchased the vehicle. It was serious. They graciously allowed us to use their parking lot for as long as we needed. I didn’t get all the names but Chicho helped my husband often when he got stuck changing the breaks and rotors since the rust had a death grip on our vehicle. Also Mike drove my husband to another O’reillys to get some more tools that they had in stock. The store wasn’t close either. Both Chicho and Mike were literally life savers. I want to mention how everyone in the store as well as and a young man from another store across the street who came to see how we were doing-they were exactly what we needed. Shout out to the Ozarks in Arkansas
Always a positive experience anytime I encounter these people. They will search around for any part you need anywhere possible and are always hard at work trying to make sure that you get what you need. Honest people
Rude associates. Unable to answer questions regarding products and very dismissive even when customers are still standing at the counter. Avoid if possible. Paris location is great
This might be a bit long but well worth it. Myself and our family of 5 along with 2 pets was headed west this week and broke down at the rest area before the Ozark exit. If I could give this store 100 stars they deserve it. They went way above and beyond what I’ve ever seen many people do especially a parts house, these fine folks were a blessing to our little family while traveling, and will forever be grateful for them. We were stranded for a day and a half and this store was a Godsend, so much so that I believe they are a lot more to the breakdown than a broken axle, and was to show that God's children are still at work and it was clear to see the people genuinely care. I’ve dealt with a lot of people, a lot of stores, and a lot of parts stores and this is by far a great example of the way things should be and by far the greatest experience we have ever had and was amazing to see. A big shout out to Adam, Phillip and Mike as they was the main ones we dealt with during the best breakdown we have ever had when we could still easily be stranded but these guys made sure we was took care of and tried in every way they could to help and they worked so hard to make sure we was back on the road as soon as possible, so much so that it made us wonder what we done to be shown the kindness we was shown and how hard they worked to make sure we was back on the road soon. We thank y’all dearly and thanks a bunch for not only showing us but also our kids that there are great people out there. If your ever broke down around Ozark and your worried about what your going to do, just put that trust in God and give the folks at Ozark O’ Reillys a call and I can say confidently that they will do everything in their power to get you back on the road from advice on what to do to try and finding the parts needed. From our family to the family at O’ Reillys we thank y’all so much and it was a pleasure to meet y’all and this is one time I can say I’m glad we did breakdown as crazy as that sounds? It was just another day I buy parts there often every body knows each other they call me by name and that alone means a lot I'd recommend the store to anybody good folks
My favorite parts stores. People are always friendly and helpful. Still don't understand what my engine size has to do with my wiper blades, but hey they've got em.
Got my radiator in but wouldn't deliver it. Needed an MAF sensor but had to get that from Autozone due to backorder.

My buddies and I were headed down to Texas for a fishing trip when our tire bearing went out on our trailer. We began to lose hope but a glorious Queen saved us. Malenda….you’re a life saver. She fixed it for us and got us back on the road. Thank you?Highly recommend.
This is the most helpful place I know. The young man that rescued me today acted like he really wanted to help. He tested my battery and offered to charge it for an hour, but I opted to just buy a new battery which he graciously installed for me. He also checked the alternator and the starter to help ensure an old lady wouldn't get stranded somewhere. I am ever so grateful for his help.
Great service. Always willing to help and their prices are a lot better than the competitors. Iv been a customer since I was 16 and this company hasn’t failed me once.
Big shout out to the guys working at the Ozark location March 18. In town visiting and had to make some repairs, the guys dealt with my crazy like Champs and had everything we needed! Great customer service and nicely stocked location which is nice to see these days. Much appreciation!
The two ladies working here tonight were amazing. I am traveling from the East Coast to the West Coast in a borrowed car. The check engine light (MIL) came on and another light on the console started flashing. I walked into this location 10 min before closing time and they graciously used their OBDII diagnostic tool to check the car out and give me the possible results.
Turns out it was an improperly tightened fuel cap.
One of them had the magic touch and was able to get the finicky cap to set right, and then the other one canceled the code and I was on my way with no annoying flashing light on the dash.
These women are knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. Thank you.
Had exactly what we needed, Rain-x. After rain all day and hard to see out of windshield, there was a reprieve in the rain so we decided to quickly wipe windows down and add rain-x (of course it hasnt rained since we put the rain-x on!). But we were in and out and on our way quickly. Thanks!
This location does not stay open until 9pm. Ask the employee for a certain part the response was "Hmmm! Well, the computer shows one but I didn't see it in the spot it is suppose to be in." "Do you want me to order?" I'm questioning why it shows one in stock if it's not when another employee goes to check different areas and finds it. Apparently it's offensive to this location if you need to work on your vehicle while in parking lot cause who knows if your gonna get the right part or not. Giving 3 stars is extremely generous!
The last 4 times I've been in there. Can't seem to get waited on. Or if I do the part I'm looking for. Are out of stock. Then have to wait a day or 2. To get what I need. After my last visit. I go to Napa now. I pay a little more. But they seem to have better customer service. An the part in stock I need.
I was traveling from out of town and our AC went out in our car! Four young girls and myself . I just simply had a question as to where to go or what to do to get help. One guy said you here to cool off you look hot and I said kind of our air is out. He called NOT IT and walked away. He and 3 others just stood looking at us and talking. I finally stared him down and he asked what I need. He wasn’t very forthcoming with suggestions. With not having a clue what to do he was rude and not helpful. A nice young man checking out suggested we go to Terry’s Tire! They were awesome! Don’t be rude when a lady or anyone comes in asking for help. What if it was your wife or daughter!
