Was having a death wobble problem and was told it was probably tire balance. We rebalanced 4 tires and was big difference problem gone. Good people to take vehicle too.
Very unfortunate that I’m having to leave a negative review for Keith’s. Have used him for years. Took my son’s car to have front end work. Keith said he was busy and that it would be 2 weeks before he could get to it, not a problem left the car there. 2 1/2 weeks later called to get a update on the progress and he tells me that he had started working on it and that it was going to be after the first of the year before he could get to it. Couldn’t bother picking up the phone to let me know that he wasn’t going to be able to do it. Set there for 2 weeks that I could have had someone else look at it. Needless to say, I will not be doing business here anymore.
Had the pleasure of finding this place through unlucky circumstance, but the kindness I witnessed with the customer in front of me was awesome. Also, the candid response and pricing I personally received was exceptional too.
Hands down the best in central Arkansas, will take time to greet you and talk over what's going on with your car, truck or SUV. The knowledge he has is top notch. Go see him and his crew!!!

We have gotten our vehicles repaired here for the last 20 years. As someone who buys high mileage vehicles for cash and drives them into the ground. I’ve had some experience with Keith and his son’s quality repairs and I must tell you that without a doubt, they are fair reasonable, and have excellent quality and truly care about their customers.
I was stranded in the ice on the side of the road I live on Tuesday of last week, trying to come home after a 12-hour shift at the hospital. Once I called Kieth’s, the wheels were set in motion and Lonnie from the nearby Liberty Volunteer Fire Department showed up and got me home. When they were able to get here, Kieth’s retrieved my car out of the ditch and brought it home. I knew I needed new tires, so I ended up getting a new full set at Kieth’s - great service and the best price anywhere I’ve checked. A huge thank you to Jordan, Lonnie, and to Kieth and all his staff for everything. They’re the best!
Great folks to deal with. We have bought many a set of tires, even more vehicle services done at Kieth's and we could not help but recommend them!! We love to support small locally owned businesses and this is a good one. If you are looking for bad service and rude behavior then this is not the place for you!

We are traveling from Conway back home when our church van low tire pressure light came on. Googled closest service station and it was Keith’s service Center in Vilonia. Pulled in and Keith came right out to help us. He got us all fixed up and back on the road. If you are around Vilonia stop and give them your business.
Kieth saved the day. Tire blew out, and Kieth personally found the last one he had in stock, new lug nuts to replace the old. And had my vehicle fixed within the hour. He and his crew were top notch, professional, and took care of my wife and I in our hour of need. I highly recommend Kieth and his outstanding crew for all your service needs!!! 6 stars!!!!
Usually it's a 2 week wait to get in. Keith worked me in first thing this morning for a check of my tires. Sure enough all tires were outta balance. Rotated the tires and advised a replacement of a front caliper soon.

Used to be a good place. Been going here since 2009. I will just go to Conway for now on. Was told it would be about 30 minutes to get to my two tires mounted and balanced, already off the car mind you, but that's absolutely reasonable as a walk-in. I end up loading the wheels and tires back up after waiting over an hour and just leaving. Guy inside the shop plopping down to look at his phone for a bit tells me they are not too busy to leave me to continue waiting. But they sure did jump all over fixing ol' boys leaky lawn mower tire when I first got there...
Guess it's all in who you know because Keith looked worn flat out. I'm sure if you're recognizable then you'll get good service as Keith will be the one to get it done. Doesn't seem like the management chain is effective at getting work down to the employees walking around with seemingly nothing to do.
Hands down, I have nothing but positive things to say. If I could give 10 stars I would. I locked my keys in my husbands truck. Not only was he able to keep me from being in the dog house, his prices were remarkable and his experience left no doubt to whom I would call in the future.
These guys were very nice and I am proud to say they were helpful of my situation cause I had to bring my dogs and made sure we were as comfortable as possible.. Cause one of my dogs is pregnant and they worked as fast as they could to change the oil in my car and had me driving back home ASAP!! Thank you Pep boys in North Little Rock Arkansas

Had some tires mounted an balanced on my van. They worked until the job was done and did not take any breaks. They ran into some complications with the lugnuts but did not waste any time to figure out a solution. Will be returning for future servicing!
Keith himself came out to my truck, while it sat on a flatbed tow truck, and apologized for being so busy he couldn’t look at it right away. After talking for a moment, explaining what happened for us to get stranded on the highway right outside Vilonia, Keith said he had an idea, and popped the hood. In minutes my truck was running on the flatbed tow truck. I was looking at hundreds of dollars to two my truck two hundred miles to get it home, and Keith replaced a single spark plug, and wouldn’t take more than the cost of the box of spark plugs. The best service one could ask for, by far!
I have always been fond of Keith's place until now. My property was stolen. He seems to only care about covering the crime. Instead of finding the thief.
I’ve been going to Keith’s for a few months now, and he is one of the best honest mechanics left. The whole staff there is extremely nice and helpful. They aren’t out to take your money, they are all good honest folks.
Not sure how me and Haley would make it without Kieth and Priscilla! They have helped us many times and let us pay out our bill in monthly installments! You can't beat that! So thankful they are a phone call away! I would recommend them to anyone! Great family atmosphere!
Keith is always very helpful & honest. I never worry about getting a raw deal because I'm woman. He's great & the only person we trust with our vehicles. His employees are also kind & efficient. I'm so glad we have Keith's in Vilonia!!
Keith is responsible for saving several lives during tornado by running to sound emergency alarm. His business was completely destroyed but he was able to rebuild it bigger and better. Convenience store and auto parts and repair all done here.
