Difficult to believe but on 1/11/2026 late at night, I was driving back from Bentonville, AR to Little Rock, AR. While driving suddenly BOTH of my headlights went out on the HWY. While driving with my day lights on only and we quickly looked up the closest O'Reilly's as I've always had good service with all the O'Reilly's store. Found this one within 6 min. of my drive from the HWY in Mayflower. I was in full panic attack mode since I was not familiar with Mayflower and only had very little lighting as it was around 7 PMish. Still so flustered, I didn't even get the manager's name, but I was so thankful for him and his team member. He had his team member looked up what I had purchased prior, he found the original headlights I purchased last year, the manager offered me better ones, but also noticed I had warranty on my past headlights and did a warranty for them. As I purchased these headlights not even a year ago. He also went ahead and changed my headlights. Saved me, my daughter and my friends from having a crisis on the highway. All I can say is that this place has hired really nice, honest and helpful team members. Thank you for saving us and for being so nice and helpful!
Me and my boyfriend broke down across the railroad tracks and luckily were close enough to here we walked to get a jumper box. We bought one and didn't realize it had to be plugged in ... So we went back, luckily this time the car still had some juice to get us there, we returned it and bought the right jumper box.. and the car still didn't have enough juice to get us home
Bought a battery, tech installed it and cracked jokes while he worked helping ease some tension. All this to say! Thank you guys for the help and getting us a new battery and getting us back on the road quickly
On two consecutive days we went to O’Reilly’s in Mayflower for simple parts (spark plugs & wires), not only would the clerk not raise his head up out of his phone, he would not and did not even acknowledge we were there. We simply left and were able to get correct parts and courteous service in Conway. It’s understood if the place of business is busy, crowded, short handed, etc. that service might be interrupted but in this instance we were the ONLY customers in the store on both occasions. We will NOT be returning to the store in Mayflower. Even a simple, hello…could have saved this entire situation/review…
No receipt no phone number no warranty. How many guys will keeping them receipt for a battery replacement? If you leave your phone number in their system and they can sell it to Telemarketing,are you lose your privacy information?Never ever business with them!
O'Reilly's in Mayflower is great. Had to replace my Alternator this morning and the clerk was super helpful. He took the time to search my previous purchases under a old phone number and discovered my alternator was still under warranty. Saved my fixed income butt a good chunk of change. This will be my store permanently. Highly recomend.
This is my go to spot to get anything I need for my pick up truck, 4 runner and some stuff for my semi. Very great people working in there, store is always stocked up, and it's always clean and a very friendly atmosphere
The team at this store is super helpful. I was there recently to replace a small battery. They looked it up and it wasn't in stock at that store, so they found one at another O'Reilly's in Conway.

Well I was going to purchase some block sealer that I saw on U-tube. WOW I can't even remember what brand, Blue Devil I think, if such a brand even exist lol... I was pleased with my visit, the parts staff seemed very knowledgeable, and that was surprising since computers & just pictures of the parts u desire have almost taken over, b4 computers came the counter help and part's staff had to actually know something about trucks and or cars‼
The guys tried their best to help me. My issue is 25 years of buying parts not once have I received their "rewards" points they claim. And the quality of parts has finished to the point I have to order 2 or 3 of the parts I need to hopefully get I that works. Maybe but sometimes it's three or four before the right one comes. Very disappointed In myself for foolish loyalty to the chain.And I will be advertising the ad match online pricing with parts geek and rock auto.
