These people charged me $191.63 just to pull a car out of the ditch, unhook, and leave. Didn't even tow it anywhere, and they charged me almost $200! I would avoid this place if you can.
Josh did an amazing job! He was very careful and meticulous at removing and loading an antique car. The cost was reasonable and I highly recommend them.
The worst Customer Service I've ever witnessed. Some guy answered the phone, "Yeah". He then proceeded to tell me that they don't tow from where I asked them to tow from. The place was 2 miles away. His entire conversation was unprofessional and unhelpful. Awful.
We were stranded on the side of the road and not much compassion or consideration was made for this fact. When we decided not to use their service as both my husband and I couldn't ride in the truck and didn't want to leave someone behind on the highway, the man got visibly upset and drove off in a huff.
