Dealing with Cash For Cars was mostly easy. I filled out a short form online and someone called me within minutes. The person I dealt with was very polite and professional. When I mentioned I was shopping around for the best price, the representative that was helping me remained persistent that Cash For Cars would be the best offer, but was not pushy. My only problem was that I was not informed that once a deal was reached for my vehicle and an order was put in to have it picked up, the driver had up to two days to cone get it. I was told by the dispatcher that the vehicle would be picked up the next day within a 4-hour time window. It was not picked up that day. I had disrupted my day to be home, and they did not pick it up, nor had any driver agreed to pick it. No one called to inform me that no driver had agreed to pick it up. I only found out when I called to ask why it had not been picked up. A driver showed up the next day. I was paid the promised amount.
Overall, the process was easy and quick. Most things went as promised. The communication needs to be better.
Tow driver did not have check in hand after picking up the car and me handing over the car title. I had the follow the tow driver to his office to get the check.

After my car caught an engine fire and was no longer drivable, Hanna helped me sell it at an acceptable price. They took care of towing and fees and the whole process was smooth.

Uriel made it a very easy process. They also give the most for your vehicle, other places were tryna give me less for my wrecked car then what cash for cars were offering. I would highly recommend going through them if u have a wrecked vehicle to get rid of!!
It got done so that was positive but it took 7 days. I was told it will be today 3 different day's until they finally picked it up, plus it was much less then the on line offer which was kinda jacked, they should remove the online offer because that's not what they pay

I was done with my car after having made several repairs and then having a broken windshield. They made an offer, sent a tow truck and gave me the check within two days of contact! I had my doubts, but got a very fair offer and was so grateful for their professionalism!
