Traveling through from out of town and had a low tire. Bought a tire inflator but found that the tire needed changed. Colton was kind enough to help us out and change it for us. We really appreciate your help.
Des was very helpful. I was an hour into my trip and several warning lights popped up and I started having issues with my vehicle. Des was very busy with other customers, so I went back to my car to attempt to diagnose the issue on Google. After several minutes, Des came outside to ask if I needed help. I thought that was very generous of him to come out to assist. Most people would have stayed in the store and not bothered unless I came back inside. The issue turned out to be something the dealership would have to address but I could continue on my trip. I felt much better continuing my trip after his help.

While on a cross country trip back home we ended up with a flat. We stopped at Oreillys to get a plug kit to continue our journey home. Micah got a jack and tools from his own vehicle and loaned them to us. I don't know much about the location, but this man is an angel. #notallheroeswearcapes
These are nice and knowledgeable people, a lot of times you may have to order your parts but if you order them that day they will have them in the morning when they open up.
I'm not going to lie I'm normally a AutoZone guy but there's no AutoZone around this area just O'Reilly's so I had to try them out at a good deal on these shocks I blow mine out moving back into the area being overloaded with my trailer he thought some heavy duty trailer shocks I like the ride easy to install well I had it up in the air I bought some brakes too so I kill several birds with one stone the price is reasonable I'm satisfied with a lifetime warranty
They were awesome. I'm a disabled vet with hand issues, wrist, knees, back, neck, feet issues. My wife battery went out in her older model car. This young man without reservation ask us what we need. We told him about our vehicle. He checked the battery it was bad and he changed in less than 10 minutes. That was Friday thank u
I have to give him only a $3 for okay now because I'm tired of going back and forth to get the right part and I thought I always thought a Certified mechanic that serve this area she's supposed to get a mechanic's discount especially when you spend as much as money as I have with this company I'm not getting my discount in full like I supposed to I will talk to the owners
I only use Napa & O'Reilly Auto Parts because the staff are experienced and knowledgeable in the automotive industry. Their competitors are not. I like using O'Reillys better than Napa because their staff are friendly and very helpful (unlike Napa whose staff seems to be rude, like they hate their lives). To O'Reilly and all their store staff, keep up the excellent job. Sometimes a tech gets involved in a project that gets them in a bad mood but the customer service at O'Reilly is always able to change that mood. I speak from experience.
I would just like to say thank you, to the young man named Dakota, from the McGehee Arkansas O'Reillys! He had just what I needed, and ready for me, before I even got to the store! I called him and he had it waiting for me when I got there! Pure professionalism!!
